Told me they’d arrive in 30 minutes. Ended up waiting 3 1/2 hours, called every hour and kept getting told the same thing, “They’ll arrive in 30 minutes, the driver is dealing with a police call”. I understand if there’s a lot of calls from the county but atleast keep me informed instead of making me wait in this weather for hours. Really unprofessional the lack of communication. Ended up cancelling the call and going with a different tow truck.

I woke up today to a flat tire on my truck. A screw in the road did the tire in. I removed the flat tire and planned to put on the spare but neither I or a friend could get the spare to drop from underneath the truck. So, I thought my only choice was to have the truck towed to a local garage, since I didn't have another vehicle. Joe from Miranda's showed up quickly. He was able to get the spare off the truck and then lifted up my truck with his to make it easier to change out the flat tire. So, I didn't need the tow which was wonderful. Amazingly, Joe did not charge me anything! He was very gracious and helpful. I hope I never need a tow in the future, but if I do, I know who I will call.

Hands down best company in Oviedo! Handled my vehicle with care, they were there in a reasonable time even with heavy traffic and they have the best price as well. The driver was even able to change my drop off destination in an instant with no problems. Couldn’t have asked for a better company.

Not too certain what sort of back door deal this company has with FHP but got into an accident FHP impounds my vehicle for investigation for 5 days. Not convenient but understand. Call towing company on day 5 they say it can not be picked up till the following day. Arrive at opening following day and am instructed that I must pay to get my vehicle out and they only accept Cash!! First, I am shocked at this revelation, considering both FHP nor the tow truck driver ever mentioned they’re being a fee associated with an investigation and FHP requested the car for. On top of that I had Uber take me there, which means I am on property with no notification that were cash was required yet no way to get cash they don’t have an ATM machine, so have to walk up the street to a store and get the cash. Upon return I’m told the Total no if is almost $600. I’m told there’s no option. The only way to get the vehicle is to pay the money in cash. I pay the money I leave the following day I get a notice in the mail that they have filed a lien on my truck rather notice of lien for $460. Saying that is the amount that I had to pay to get it out now let’s not forget that I was told the exact day that I can get it. Number One was not told I had to pay cash number two and was told substantially when arriving on site at my first available opportunity to get the truck. Needless to say, the entire process has some sort of scam associated with. You cannot call your own tow truck company for an impound tow. you have no options on payment even though you’re deemed not at fault and not charged. Yet this company has exclusive rights to charge whatever they want or seem fit even if contrary to what they sent you in the mail. Seems very odd to me. I’m pretty sure some oversight needs to be done with this process.

Yesterday (Bike week Sunday) I had a senior couple break down at my store. AAA gave them a six hour runaround. Just before I closed I called Miranda's. They said here in less than an hour and were here in 40 minutes. I called the senior couple to make sure they were picked up and they were having a good time on their way home!! Definitely will call this company again when needed. Pricing was $100 less than the other two I called!!

The tow trucker blocked my car in before even starting the tow process. I asked him to politely to move so I could get out. He said I had enough room and I didn’t know how to drive. But I was driving a rental which I informed and he proceeded to lower the tow and put the car on the truck. 24 minutes later he moved the tow truck and didn’t say anything to me. My grandmother almost got her doctor appointment canceled because we where late. Don’t use this company

I called Miranda's based on a friend's recommendation to have a few of our work vehicles towed. Pam, who took our call in the office was cordial and professional as was Jerry who hooked and towed our vehicles to the service center. Pricing seemed very reasonable and we will definitely call this place again for any future towing needs.

My car stalled on the 417 the night before Hurricane Ian arrived. I have AAA so I contacted them for a tow, but they were going to have me waiting for 3+ hours. I called Miranda's Towing and they were out within about an hour. Great driver Jon Paul and overall great service.

Andrew from Miranda’s towing rescued me, after 2 other tow companies failed to listen when I said I need a flatbed. He was very courteous and professional, got my car all the way from work to the tire company with no issues whatsoever. Will definitely be using Miranda’s Towing in the future.

Great Work! Our company just received 2 (40 Foot Containers) delivered by Ray, Best truck driver i have ever seen! Backed into our parking lot and unloaded the containers in there exact location with ease.

Excellent Service! After being told I would have to wait over seven hours (!) for an AAA contracted service to show up I decided to find my own. From the first phone call to vehicle drop off Miranda's did exactly what they said they'd do. They arrived 30 minutes after I called them, loaded my Corvette, took it and myself back home, and unloaded it with no problems whatsoever. Their equipment is well maintained. The operator, John Paul, was very good. He knew what he was doing, took his time to make sure there was no damage to the car and we had good conversation while driving home. I highly recommend Miranda's Towing/John Paul.

The manner in which your employee acted upon with a customer and you have no regard to look into the situation shows why your employee feels it is okay to speak to customers the way she did. It is unacceptable and completely pitiful to deal people the way she has done. The accusations she stated didn’t match with the timeframes she stated in the phone call. If she claims I contacted her that afternoon to release my car, why was the vehicle released at 8:30am that same day? Once you make it make sense then we can have a conversation until then my lawyers will be in direct contact with Pam. Thank you

Really Good Service. The Tow Operator Brandon was very professional and also very nice. He even got my car into the right part of the driveway. Don't underestimate the value of giving someone a smile and having an encouraging personality. It really does make a bad experience such as your tire coming off while driving and the aftermath of that a bit less sour.

This is absolutely the guy you want. Professional , timely and great customer service. Not only did he pickup and deliver my car in a timely manner, I recieved photos of the car from the arrival and after unloading. That kind of attention to detail is not something you get everyday. Not something you say without knocking wood, but should I need another tow , I'm absolutely clear on using Miranda.

Courteous professional service from start to finish. Took great care in loading my truck on a flat bed trailer as I did not feel comfortable attempting to drive it given the condition it was in. Cost was extremely reasonable for the service provided & operator arrived in less than 30 minutes after my initial call. Thank you Miranda's for your outstanding service. If I ever need towing service in the future it will definitely be Miranda's given the quality service I received.

This company was called by AAA to tow my car last night. I waited 3 1/2 hours for them to show up. No calls, no updates. Even the people at AAA couldn’t reach the driver after multiple attempts. Finally at 1AM the person at AAA told me to Uber home and they approved an unattended tow. I got a call at 1:30AM from the driver giving me an ultimatum. Either “tip” him $20 on top of the $66 for the tow itself, or he’d cancel the job. With him being the only available tow truck until morning, I had to choose between leaving my car unattended for hours or pay this man’s extortion fee. I agreed to pay, since I had no other options, which was also painfully explained to me by the driver. When he arrived 45 minutes later with my car, he nearly ran it into my garage unloading it. I paid him for the tow, paid his “tip” and had to wait 15 minutes for my receipt because he kept trying to shoot the breeze with me at 2am when I wanted nothing to do but go to bed. He nearly drove off without giving me back my key. After he’d left, I noticed my 2 month old battery was completely dead, which it had been working perfectly fine just hours before (the faulty starter was why I needed the tow). I never would have chosen this company, and I certainly never will again. I don’t appreciate being extorted when I have no other options, then getting creepily hit on in my drive way in the middle of the night. Stay far away.

I had an unbelievable experience with Elliott with Miranda towing! We were broken down and the 1st dealership we went to could not help us. He helped us understand our AAA benefits and got us very close to my in-laws house (since we lived very far). Once we got to the 2nd dealership he even ran inside to get our puppy some water and walked her around the lot while we were making sure the dealership would be able to help. Elliott was a God send to me, towing is never an ideal situation and for me is a last resort, but Elliott has restored my faith that there are good people everywhere and truly went above and beyond. Thank you Elliott!

Left me stuck for 5 hours plus in 94 degree heat. no attempt at communication was made until 4plus hours had gone by. When asked if the vehicle could be picked unattended due to there inability to to the pick up in a timely and professional manner. They refused and made no attempt to make an exception. I do not recommend ever using this company

My Sister and I used Miranda’s Towing and John the tow truck driver was so wonderful. He was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful in a difficult time being involved in a car crash. John was thoughtful and I would recommend this towing company to everyone and I will never use any other towing company. Miranda’s towing company is best!!!!!!!

Miranda's is top notch! From service to drivers, I can't complain. I wanted to drop in & say I've had Elliot (Ellio's) twice now. He is AMAZING! Always kind, happy, smiling! He's very clean too! He made me smile even though I had just broke down. Elliot is definitely a driver you want on your team! He is great! Please pass this on, he impresses me every time.

We were in a tight spot. My 17 year old son broke down in a very busy off ramp and right in the middle of a busy construction area off the interstate and I got there later to help help him and I called to get the car towed. This driver from Miranda was so helpful! (I wish I could remember his name so he could get credit)! This driver took care of everything. And, even asked if we were okay or needed any further assistance. It was so nice having a driver that knows what to do and also takes care of the customer! By the way, this was from a AAA Roadside call. If only all the tow companies had people like this driver! Overall, an A+ experience from Miranda towing because of this driver!

Best experience I've ever had when getting my car towed in Sanford this morning. Driver was there way sooner than expected (he did call to let me know when he'd arrive). He was very pleasant, but still professional, and he certainly knew what he was doing. Won't go into detail, but his knowledge and experience saved me from what could have been a 4 hour wait for a flatbed truck. Would recommend Miranda's Towing without hesitation. Fantastic service!!! Fantastic employee...they are lucky to have him working for them. Thank you very much.

Miranda's towing came out to my car last night. I received a call letting me know the driver will call me. I then received a call from the driver letting me know his name and how far away he was. He was very friendly and personable. I thought I had a bad battery or alternator. He browsed under the hood and made some good suggestions on how to get my car checked for free. I work for AAA Emergency Road Service....and have encountered many tow providers. Miranda's towing employees are professional.

Miranda's Towing responded within 15-20 minutes from the time I called them. Allen and Ray were awesome! They went over and beyond to provide unbelievable service. I was ran off the road by a distracted driver, which caused my car to get stuck in mud. These two guys were digging in the mud to get my car safely out without ripping the bumper off (it was stuck in the mud). After five minutes of digging, they had my car out. Despite being covered in mud, they were so nice. They were happy to help! Thank you Ray and Allen!
