Today on 417 bus number 901 at 2pm was driving reckless and aggressive with a full charter bus and came with inches of running off road. And I called and dispatch placed me on hold and got hung up on! I called back and went straight to voicemail this company is unprofessional and ghetto. Don’t not use them!! No customer service if I could give them a zero I would.

George is incredible! He helped take several hundred customers to Welcome To Rockville, and was so pleasant. He got along great with our customers, and stayed on time. I would highly recommend him for any transportation needs!

George was such a great driver! He was great with our students and very safe. When it was time to leave he was prompt and had the bus really cooled down. Highly recommend!

We just finished our field trip to Sea World traveling with Phoenix Bus Lines. our bus driver, John Napier, was top notch! He was so kind to the kids and staff on the bus. He accommodated temperature requests, lighting requests and even allowed us to play our classroom Playlist and have a full Taylor Swift song a long on the bus. He was prompt and friendly. The bus was very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be requesting Phoenix Bus Lines and specifically John for our next trip!

Driver Jay was awesome ! He was friendly, professional and an expert driver ! We were a school group and Phoenix was able to get us setup with the trip in 1 day with only a week’s notice ! Pricing was very reasonable and the booking process was easy.

We booked two band trips well in advance and both had major issues. The first trip had no air conditioning (Florida, late April…miserable). The driver missed the exit off I-95 which added 25 minutes to our already uncomfortable drive. After they dropped us off at the destination, they said they were going to the home base for repair or replacement but they came back 4 hours later with the same bus and still no AC, allegedly for different reasons this time. They offered us a 10% discount, which I was only able to collect on because we had another trip coming up with them. On the second trip, we reserved 3 busses, only one of which had GPS and they weren’t very good at staying together. We did get AC that time. When I asked the driver about where I could find the bus during the mid day in case of emergency, he said they were going back to the home base. Nothing in any emails or contracts that we exchanged said anything about leaving after the drop off, everything listed a continuous number of hours. They insisted this was the only way to do it and then were late on their return because on of the busses was having trouble. They quickly sent a replacement but that required the transfer of all the students and belongings. It also smelled horrible and took a shocking long time to get the driver “set up” in the new bus? I tried to book a different company before the second trip but they were too close together and none of the other companies our district approved were available. They were significantly cheaper than the other options I had to choose from. I will gladly pay more next year.

George was great. I had lost my phone on the bus and he found it. He has a great since of humor as well. I would recommend him again!!

My driver George was 10 star out of 5 stars!!! Very patient and put my over sized scooters on so I could go to Sea World...I wish I could take him home. .so kind and Kenton our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly Perfect day & Felt so safe Thank you!!!!

Phoenix Bus Service was incredible. The service transported a group of 60 fifth graders from Tampa to Orlando and back for their end of the year fieldtrip. Even in the midst of traffic, the drive was smooth and pleasant. The driver was awesome and had a great sense of humor and disposition. Definitely a great experience and I would recommend and use their services again in the future.

Our driver was amazing! They came right on time and even pulled up a little closer to help us avoid the rain. We will definitely be using the company again and highly recommend George as your driver. Phenomenal!

!!!DO NOT USE THEM!!! I had the worst experience with this bus company. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional, driver was going to be 1hr and 25 minutes late for my timed event. We had to make other arrangements for our 56 employees due to the bus not arriving. They refuse to provide me with a refund of my deposit. Office staff was rude, they have no customer service skills, you can't talk to the owner or anyone above an ops manager because they have "no contact info" for management. Stay far away from them!!!

Our company booked with Phoenix for a round trip from Orlando to Tampa. Obtaining a quote was fast, easy, and there was no change in price when it took me nearly 2 weeks to confirm the reservation. Customer service was helpful with all questions. Our driver, Michael, was on time and friendly with us the whole ride. The bus itself was clean and comfortable with a smooth ride. No complaints! Would definitely book with Phoenix again.

Raheem is a very good driver. He put us first and took time out if his day for us and still had a good attitude. I would love to have him every time.

We had Kirk as a driver for a weekend trip and he was amazing! Very professional, super nice and a fantastic driver. We travel allot with our group and have had some rough travel experiences and this one by far has been the best experience to date. Highly recommend. Thank you Kirk!!

I used Phoenix Bus a few weeks ago, Richard was my driver and let me tell you guys I had the best experience ever! The bus was clean, accommodating and we even had access to wifi (which was new to me). I’ll definitely be contacting this company again! We were all very impressed with the service. I booked with them expecting to be just one more bus company in Orlando but damn I was wrong! The bathroom was so clean which was so important considering the number of kids and adults. Our driver Lashon was the most understanding and loving lady. 10000% recommended!!!!

this unit (851) almost crashed me on the i4 entering the Kirkman road as well as driving in a zig zag. Is a dangerous driver.

How this company has a great review is beyond me, I definitely fell for them. I will state that my company had a complicated drop-off at Disney Springs as we had gotten special approval to park in a VIP spot by Disney. I tried to communicate this with that staff multiple times (even sending over a detailed picture of the drop-off location via email and calling a few times). The team speaks very little English, so it was extremely hard to communicate with them. We ordered two mini-buses, and I called to confirm the day of, and the company had obviously forgotten to book the second bus. Come pick-up, there were two COACH buses that showed up which was not what I ordered, knowing they would be too large. I will agree that Disney Springs is not easy to drive around, but the driver didn't know where he was going, having to make some pretty sharp turnarounds. At the end of the night, I called ahead to have the buses ready where they dropped us off and the driver said he could not pick us up there, and was not able to explain why. I called back after trying to figure out where to take the large group and he said he was where he dropped us off. So I took the group to that spot and no one was there, I called him and then he said oh, I will be there soon. Nearly 10 minutes later the driver shows up and pulls into the wrong lane to the parking garage and it takes nearly 5 minutes to backup. Needless to say, the experience was not great. Communication was terrible, I did my best to communicate the drop-off over the phone and through email well in advance before the event. Would not recommend using this company, and do not plan to use again.

I book with them on Friday January 25th for my group. Amazing customer service. Had the driver information 48h before the trip start. Driver ( Michael) was very courteous, on time and professional ( ask for him when you book). The bus is very clean. I recommend.
