I think this was the easiest process I have ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle. Galina Was top-tier from beginning to end. She was very patient with me, allowing me to test drive several vehicles, I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying. I told her what I was wanting to pay and she worked everything out for me. Galina Is a great asset to Greenway Kia.

What a funny car buying experience. I went in for service, planning on working from the waiting room while I was there for a few hours. As I am sitting in a meeting, Gallina poked her head in and asked if I would be interested in upgrading my car if she could keep my payments the same. I sat in Zoom meetings and she worked out numbers. She was able to upgrade me to a newer Carnival with the higher trim level and kept my payments the same. As I was moving my stuff from one car to the other, she explained the extra features the car had. It felt so backwards because that is normally something I would be doing BEFORE buying, but I loved my 2023 Carnival and really had wanted the SX originally, it just wasn't available when I got my first one. I left with the new tires I came in for, just attached to a new car I didn't plan for, but I love it!! And Gallina made the process so easy. Happy with the experience and the car!

Kia Greenway West was amazing. I had the most amazing sales person his name was youssf he will help you get the car you want no matter what it takes! He helped me so much and got me into a brand new Kia K4! I am still getting used to the technology but it is my first brand new car and i’m in love with it! I highly recommend coming here and getting a car from them they will help with anything you need.

Denial wasn’t the issue with me, it was how they handled it. I wish I could remember the names to give props to the two who were great and name the girl who pissed me off. I had a guy and a woman as my original 2 salespersons. They were awesome. They were very cool. Now, this one black girl with a bob and braces approached me and said she’s a “sales floor manager” okay cool. This girl HOUNDED me for a co-signer. I don’t know how many times I had to tell this damn girl, I do not have a co-signer. I have NOBODY. I was ready to leave at that point because okay cool I’m accepting the decision. I need a co-signer to have a car. I don’t have one. So I leave right? WRONG. She wouldn’t stop asking and drawing pointless diagrams on that damn paper. Girl I’m not dumb. I understand that I need a co-signer and why. I diagram is not going to make me have a co-signer. Then she storms off with an attitude and proceeds to side eye me from afar. Girl, find you another job if you’re going to throw a tantrum because a customer can’t come with a co-signer. Hence- why I called her a girl because that’s what she was acting like. A LITTLE GIRL. Toddler if you may. So for that chick, I leave 2 stars. Won’t be back.

I was told he’d be reaching out to me to explain why it’s more than what the deal was and was never reached out to. Other than that, he was helpful to even get me accepted. It kinda does rip you out of your money especially knowing I’m a Woman going by herself although I wasn’t alone because I had the Lord with me by my side. But anyhow, I was told after 6 months I’m able to refinance. And hopefully, they fix this issue now and actually keep their promise and also charge me for what the deal was, not more. Shout to JESUS HIMSELF, our LORD and SAVIOR! The one who gets ALL THE GLORY AND CREDIT, AMEN! Prayer works! Don’t stop praying! Keep praying; your blessing is on its way. Lay it at the foot of Jesus and know he is there and near. He has and already did what he promised that you asked for. Look at my Miracle for example. Although there is a financial issue, I believe the Lord is going to fix this. And Kia will fix it back to the deal that was made. If not, I’ll fix my review. Always remember you’re never alone; the Lord is always with you. But thank you once again! Follow-up questions were ignored completely. So when Greenway Kia West reached out to us, we were skeptical. But Henrique’s communication was short, sweet, and direct with no fluff or gimmicks. He told us straight up, “You have a deal. When can you be here?” When we arrived, Yassine took care of us since Henrique was not in. He was not fully briefed on the details, but he handled everything professionally and respectfully. He reviewed the car with us, confirmed the numbers, and, with his manager’s help, made the final offer work with no games and no hassle. The process was smooth, honest, and refreshingly fast (it is a dealership, so some time is expected). After everything we had been through, this experience was a breath of fresh air. Greenway Kia West was transparent and demonstrated true integrity from start to finish. If you are upfront and realistic, they will absolutely meet you with the same honesty.
