Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I had an appointment scheduled and waited the two hour appointment arrival window. When no one arrived I had to call to be told the crew went home for the day and they would not be able to make it. I never received a call letting me know no one was coming. I was told there was nothing that could be done and that I could not speak to a supervisor. This left me scrambling last minute to find a service from another company.

Jayqan did a phenomenal job clearing out all of the stuff we didn’t need in our apartment prior to us moving! He was kind and really quick and efficient. Pricing for the Junk removal was great only payed around $200 which is way cheaper than other places.

James did a fantastic job, and even cleaned up the leaves left on the ground after he single-handedly loaded into the trucka gigantic pile of branches left from a tree trimming. Plus, he was extremely polite.
