This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Orlando, FL, Junk.com scores 96/100 with overwhelmingly positive recent feedback. Customers praise professional, courteous crews, fast arrivals, efficient haul-offs, and fair pricing—often same-day, quotes honored, even discounts. Service is friendly and tidy, with cleanups after removal. Strengths: staff professionalism, quick wait times, easy scheduling, reliable communication. Weaknesses: a rare no-show and no access to a supervisor. Note: reviews cover haul-away service; little data on inventory variety, yard organization, or finding parts.
Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I had an appointment scheduled and waited the two hour appointment arrival window. When no one arrived I had to call to be told the crew went home for the day and they would not be able to make it. I never received a call letting me know no one was coming. I was told there was nothing that could be done and that I could not speak to a supervisor. This left me scrambling last minute to find a service from another company.
Thank you so much! Denzel was prompt and had great communication. He worked quick and cleared out all the boxes etc that I had from moving in under an hour. Thanks again!
Rashad and Daniel were amazing regarding meeting up at the venue as instructed. They were very professional in attitude and work ethic. Highly recommend!
Jaquan was great. Very professional in his communication. Very skilled on how he was able to move all the junk I had. If you are in Kissimmee Orlando area need junk removed ask for Jaquan.
Great job Jaquan.
Jayqan did a phenomenal job clearing out all of the stuff we didn’t need in our apartment prior to us moving! He was kind and really quick and efficient. Pricing for the Junk removal was great only payed around $200 which is way cheaper than other places.
The pickup was smooth, fast, and refreshingly drama-free. Jaquan showed up on time (already winning), handled everything with care, and made the junk disappear like a magician who specializes in clutter. Polite, professional, and efficient—no attitude, no shortcuts, no mess left behind.
If you’re staring at a pile of “how did this even get here?” and want it gone without the headache, this is the person you want knocking on your door. Junk gone. Sanity restored. Would absolutely use again.
Great service and good pricing! Arrived on time, provided a quote, we locked down pricing and Jaquan did a phenomenal job of completing the work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Jaquan and Ray are very sufficient . Was on time when they quoted the arrival time . They gave me a 10 percent discount.the company itself very easy to work with had no problems getting a quote from them the quote was very reasonable because I had a large storage unit
James did a fantastic job, and even cleaned up the leaves left on the ground after he single-handedly loaded into the trucka gigantic pile of branches left from a tree trimming. Plus, he was extremely polite.

We had the crew from Junk.com (Denzel and Jordan) remove a large and heavy load of landscape debris from our property today. Both guys were absolutely excellent in all respects. They were very cordial and efficient. They did a great job! We recommend them without reservation!
Peter was absolutely awesome! As I am prepping to move being able to have someone pick up everything I was unable to move myself or donate was truly a blessing and this company by far was the most affordable and professional. If you need great service, quick friendly and affordable hands down use them!
Yossian was incredibly professional and efficient from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the entire junk removal process was smooth and hassle-free. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and left the space spotless. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Highly recommend Yossian for anyone needing reliable junk removal.
Jose Malave was prompt and very professional. He made sure to get the things as requested and took great care of his surroundings. He was mindful and polite of all the people that were working and got the job done so quickly. He was like a professional moving ninja! I would highly recommend him and would use his services again when needed.
The stand up guys exceeded my expectations. I had a big job for them and they came ready to work. I had 10 large concrete vaults and I had trouble finding a company that would remove them. They not only removed them but were friendly and courteous and cleaned up all the mess. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs junk removed. Thanks guys!
Isaac and Christian were awesome. They were efficient and friendly and professional. The prices were very reasonable and made my moving life so much easier. I recommend this company. For their moving needs. I hope these guys are getting paid a lot of money because they deserve it.
