This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Orlando Junk Cars For Cash in Orlando, FL scores 97/100 with overwhelmingly positive feedback. Customers highlight professional, courteous staff, quick quotes, same- or next-day pickups, smooth paperwork, and on-the-spot payment (one check deposit hiccup was promptly fixed). Pricing is generally fair with occasional price matching, though a few wanted higher offers or felt follow-ups were a bit pushy. Service limitations noted (e.g., no motorhomes). Little to no data on inventory variety, yard organization, or finding parts. Overall, fast, reliable service and strong communication.
I reached out to Wheelzy for an offer on my car, and the process was incredibly easy and quick. I accepted the offer and scheduled a pickup for the next business day. When the tow truck driver arrived, he handed me a check for the agreed amount. The service was professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Wheelzy to others!"
I really am so happy. I had never done this before and the customer service was awesome. They made my process so easy and they pay well. Thank You so much ? I am going to referral all I can to you guys
Everyone I spoke with from start to finish was polite and courteous. My car was picked up on time and I was given the amount quoted to me.The young man was very nice. Thank you.
Great company, I called and they priced match with another company. Offered me a great deal and picked up the car with no problem. Highly recommended and will use them again if needed.
Highly recommend. Professional courtesy, Great customer service, excellent communication. Scheduled removal of our old vehicle within 24 hours, and followed through as promised.
They were very helpful & came as soon as possible to get our vehicle. I only wish they would take a motor home that we have. They had been a challenge to get rid of.
Fast, Easy & Friendly. We had a great experience with them - they offered a decent amount for a car that was almost 20 years old and not operable. They picked up within hours, they followed up to make sure everything was good with the pickup and the towing company was quick and friendly. Would definitely use them again!
Melanie was awesome. She made the intire experience simple and as quick as possible. She followed up to ensure a smooth transaction and to keep me informed of the process . Thank you.
I called them they gave me a quote. Then they came out within an hour or so and pick up the vehicle Great tow truck drivers and service had to sign papers took less than 5 minutes
I called after 4:00 p.m. and spoke to a very informed receptionist who got all my information promptly. I was given a fair offer within 10 minutes and heard from the tow truck driver within the hour. He had that car out of here in the time it took me to do the paperwork. Highly recommended
The service was efficient....I was able to complete the transaction during my lunch hour with no issues and the tower and representatives were professional and offered me a reasonable price for my old SUV....I would definitely recommend them!
Yeah I was very polite prompt he also communicated with me all the way through it I tell him that I was going to be about 45 minutes and I was like 2 minutes late but I also let him know how far I was down the road and all that well then a junk cars I recommend you
Super easy doing business with this group. I provided some details about my car and hours later I was able to schedule a pickup time. We had to make some adjustments due to travel issues on my end, but everyone with this group was patient and understanding.
When I was all set, they came out, hooked up my vehicle, we signed some documents, and I was paid in cash. Definitely would recommend them and would use again!
The representatives that contacted me were incredibly accommodating with my busy schedule in setting up a time to pick up my car. Their follow-up was borderline harassment with their daily text messages, phone calls, and voicemails, but following up with customers is an important part of their job and the offer for my car would have expired in a certain amount of time. I would do business with them again ??
So I deposited my check and the check was returned. I texted the rep that I had worked with at 10pm expressing my displeasure. I got my first call from Wheelzy at 10am the next morning. I was in a meeting and couldn’t take the call. They called 3 more time before I was finally able to answer. They apologized for the issue. Turned out that you can’t deposit that check electronically. But that wasn’t a big deal for them. They immediately deposited the money directly into my PayPal account. You can’t beat that type of customer service. I highly recommend this company.
Gene contacted me about selling my 2013 Elantra which was not in good shape. I was offered $1,500 for the car and then they upped the offer to $1,700. After we agreed I told Gene the side view mirrors did not match the color of the car. I sent Gene pictures of the car that he asked for. After seeing the pictures of the car he offered me $1,440 which I thought was fair. We agreed on a deal. I signed the title where he told me to sign. The title was in my name however, it had another person's name in the assigned to. An associate of Gene asked me to sign a form because the other person's name was in the assigned to field. They picked up the car and gave me a check. After the sale I was contacted and was told that I should sign another form which would give Wheezy a clean title which I did.
The bottom line is i received more for the car than I thought I would receive and they worked through the issue of another name in the assigned to space on the title. Gene walked me through the entire process and allieviated my concerns and made the deal happen. I would recommend Wheezy to anyone wanting to sell their car.
