This company is amazing ! I searched high and low for a specific battery that is hybrid and hard to find and they had it for a lot less than most places not only that they were mobile and came to my place to install it all under an hour and half . They were fast , hard working and humorous guys ! 10/10 recommend their service !

So far so good. It's been a week & the car is still doing great. I had the battery repaired once by someone else & it only lasted 6 months so I decided to spend a little more with BRE & get an extended warranty. They were quick & efficient. Thank you

Battery Repair Experts are just that..experts! Our hybrid Prius was not working well without the batteries. I found Battery Repair Experts online and scheduled them to come to our house to switch the batteries out for us. They were very efficient, professional and polite! It only took them about 45 minutes to complete the job and clean up the area of the driveway where they worked. And to top it all off, the cost was about half of what the dealer had quoted! I I would absolutely recommend Battery Repair Experts to anyone in need of batteries for their hybrid or EV!

Changed my Camry's Hybrid Battery .. was a mobile service .. gave me the lowest quote and the best service .. My technician was Fernando Rincon. He did the job real quick and gave me tips to maintain the battery better and even offered warranty for a cheap price .. below 1500

They’ve done an excellent job for me and replaced my battery on the warranty in a timely matter they were here on a Friday evening on until 830 pm and resolved the problems that I had thanks team

I see all of the raving reviews for this company and am not sure if my experience is just an anomaly or if others have no idea that the product is not good.

Here is my experience with this company. After ten years of driving my 2015 Prius, I decided to preemptively refresh the hybrid battery. I looked at the reviews and called. They came to my house and installed a refreshed battery. I was looking forward to better performance. When I got into the car the battery showed a full charge. When I began driving, within 20 seconds the battery was down to two bars and charging hard. It did charge up but each time I got in the car to drive the same thing happened. I called and the company and they came and put a different battery in. The same thing, charging hard in 20 seconds.

I decided to have the battery tested. It passed all of the tests except battery life expectancy. That came in at 40% poor condition but will still run. This means that the battery depleted 60% faster than a new battery and is most likely the cause of the heavy charge on startup. The battery I had replaced wasn't doing that.

I am not at all happy with the service this company has provided and will be contacting corporate headquarters to seek remedy.

I would beware of them and if you do use them spend the money and have your refreshed battery tested. I hope you have better luck than me.

I am updating this review based on the conversation and action taken by the owner. I posted the original review because their website said that warranty service was only provided if a code is being generated due to battery issues and mine was not giving a code. As suggested in the reponce to my review,I did Call Juan the owner and discussed my concerns. After hearing my complaints he was very happy to correct and provided a replacement battery that performs as expected. Service was rapid and the installation was quick. Thank you Juan for your excellent customer service.

Everyone was very professional and explained the process start to finish. Was broke down in the driveway. Fernando came to us first thing in the morning and was done in a few hours. Thank you to the team as well! 2012 Prius driving like new

Absolutely love this service we have used them a couple of times for different Prius batteries over the years. They come right to you replace the battery and warranty their work! Definitely will be using them again and again!

Awesome work. On time and staff Fernando and Rincon (sp?) were very efficient and careful. I know this “sounds” like a rushed job but trust me it was impressive. I witnessed the entire removal and replacement and it was between 10-15 minutes. Yes, that is what I said. They completing the job with a computer check. Been two days now and the battery is fantastic. 5 year transferable warranty as well. Highly recommend.

I used Battery Repair Experts to replace my hybrid battery two years ago and now my inverter. Both experiences have been amazing. They are the most cost effective option, Juan is so great at communicating, and the techs are very fast. Would highly recommend if you are needing work done on your hybrid vehicle.

Extremely unhappy with this company! After 12,000 miles my car is throwing a hybrid code. When I had it serviced I was not informed in writing or verbally that the warranty is only good in the state of Florida. I have since moved and now I have a useless battery that I spent $1,200 on a year and a half ago! I was told on the phone there was nothing they could do for me. The person was rude and said if I wanted to bring my car from Arizona to Florida they could help me. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this situation! Buyer Beware!!!!

UPDATE: Changed my hybrid battery 4 years ago, Great prices car still runs great no issues whatsoever. Very friendly customer service and they’re mobile came to where I was parked did the job in an hour. Affordable, Fast, Efficient.

Had such a great experience with Battery Repair Experts! Pulled in with a dead battery thinking it was gonna be a whole mess, but nope—they took care of it right away, super chill and no drama.

Honestly, I’m really happy with the service. My Prius was already showing signs that the hybrid battery was dying, and after doing a lot of searching I found Battery Repair Experts. I was surprised at how reasonable the price was compared to other places that were quoting me ridiculous amounts.

From the very beginning, they were super friendly, explained everything patiently, and didn’t try to push me into anything. They even came to my place to install it (which was a lifesaver!), and it was all done quicker than I expected. Plus, they give you a warranty, which is really reassuring.

It’s been a few weeks now and the car is running great—feels like new. I'm glad I didn’t overspend. You can tell when a company actually cares about doing things right. Definitely recommend them.

Juan is a total pro and operates with integrity. A huge refreshment with the pricing that I was facing from the dealership $4064. Upsetting to be sure. Hector, the mechanic was awesome when he bought battery really pleasant really easy to talk to. They came on time. They did the work and I am so grateful the owner is the best guy to deal with. This company is AMAZING! I don't have enough great things to say about them. Juan worked with me on scheduling and was very fair on the price. We ended up doing 2 family hybrid vehicles at the same time. Juan went out of his way to diagnose some check engine lights on our Prius and helped us resolve the issue with no extra charge! Very fast and efficient. Best price I found around on hybrid battery repair. Plus they come to you. My technician was great and was here about 20 minutes and was done and had the car running perfectly and showed me the computer diagnostic showing all the codes were satisfied. Give them a call for any hybrid related issues.

I give 5 stars after going thru a very trying experience. It started when this company did a great job replacing my battery 7 years ago at a great price! When it was time for another repair/replacement one of their contractors that came out before offered to do it at a much lesser cost. Not realizing he was a scammer, I agreed. He came out a bunch of used parts, switching them out without even knowing if my parts needed replacement. Within 4 days of his so-called repair, all my lights came back on. I contacted Hybrid Experts and told them what happened. Mr Alana immediately responded and promised to make good on the repair even though he had nothing to do with the rip off. He kept his word and last month the work was completed and I have had no more problems. I’m appreciative that this company can be trusted to do the right thing and I will highly recommend them to anyone needing hybrid battery repair! And when my auto needs another repair I will deal directly with the company and not someone trying to make a fast buck. Thank you Mr. Alana.

Those guys are the best. I took only 30 minutes to change my 2014 Camry Hybrid Battery for a really great price. I recommend them they really know what they are doing

These guys are awesome. I had my hybrid battery placed in February and it went bad yesterday and this morning one sent out Marvin and it was fixed less than 24 hours. I'm really impressed by everything that I see and hear from this company. They are awesome and I know if anything else goes wrong. They have one call away coming. All the way from Orlando met me at my job In saint petersburg florida Replace the battery and he was done in gone in less than an hour. I am really impressed with you people. I would recommend anybody who needs any kind of hybrid battery. Or any work done on a hybrid to go here? They have everything you need there wonderful people. I appreciate everything thank you all.
