I know this place sold for $1 million a couple years ago, right now this place is worth no more than $200,000, for inventory only, and first thing that should be done is Fire the management and then straighten up the employees, you’re literally call and call and call And you press one for sales department and then they tell you oh I need to transfer you to Sales and then you go to voicemail, and this is after you try to call for hundreds of times, it’s the worst service before you either get there, what a shame, don’t waste your time calling these people

I feel bad to leave this review because everyone will try to call Cesar. He is the absolute best from beginning to end. He even took pictures and video and send it to me since I lived far away. I gave him the VIN number and he cross referenced to make sure the part fit. Came to pick up the parts today and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place, especially if you're working with Cesar. Honest, professional and knowledgeable.

Terrible customer service. I called in advance and waited for 25 minutes to speak to someone, I never did. The telephone prompt kept saying “2 minutes.” I drive there and asked them for what I needed, which should have been available based on their online inventory. I walked in, wasn’t even acknowledged, the worker typed in some stuff and said it’s not available. I showed him the online inventory, and without even looking in his records or batting an eye said, “that car is already crushed, it’s not available.” While it may be true, a little more customer service and attention to customers would be appreciated. Or at least a little more willingness to help. There were also 2 other employees on their phones, with AirPods in, who looked up at me, made eye contact, and didn’t bother to greet me or ask if I needed any help.

Poor service bought a motor for 2000$ and payed shipping 400 motor was bad and it had been 5 days and still have not been shipped back to me this is the second motor

Put your oats in there paid them with Zelle. They gave me the wrong parts and that won’t answer the phone Also, I’m missing a taillight that I paid for which was close to $400 and they are not returning my phone calls

I called this place on Saturday and a "owner" said he would sell me a truck bed for $650 and was going to send me pictures, never heard from anyone and ive called for the last 48 hours and get put on hold as soon as somone answer they say please hold and never come back on the phone, there's no way to communicate with anyone here. I called 10x today and guy put on hold 10x By luck someone answered and said please hold after telling me the truck bed was now $1,500 ?! Is this a legitimate business???

Not recommended! I bought parts that turned out to be in poor condition. When I tried to return them, they kept 25% of the amount, without any prior warning. The parts were junk, and the service was terrible. Scam and fraud!

Don’t waste your time, horrible service. Called few times to order parts and they either won’t call back or will put you on hold until you hang up. Take your business elsewhere and avoid the headache.

This place is ridiculously unprofessional, rude and racist. I will never shop or try to purchase anything from them. No one never answered the phone and when they do the rep. is rude. If your any ethnicity other than white, you'll have to wait a long time before someone even acknowledge you. Sorry place of business.

This is my fourth time calling this company I received A lot of attitude and Poor communication from the parts department. A little more effort and research will be appreciated. 1.If you don’t have a part. maybe recommend other vehicles or makes that have similar interchangeable parts. 2. Hanging up on the customer is never the right thing to do. Especially When they’re asking for more information 3. Leaving people on hold for more 20 minutes Also bad business * I recommend you try GREEN STAR AUTO or JDM ORLANDO.* instead

Tried to get in touch for 3 days. Left voicemails. If I get someone on the phone they transferring me without saying a word or the line just disconnects after 5 minutes on hold... I am afraid to do any kind of business if their sales channel is so busy - there is no way they can provide a good support with this load level. Careful.

Purchased a ABS Control Module for daughter’s car. My father is a mechanic & installed it & it was defective and didn’t work. Went to return it because it was still in the 30 day warranty period. Was told they can not give a refund because they mark the part with a marker and it wasn’t visible anymore on the plastic part. Which is was on the screws and faint on the plastic park because my dad wipe on the brake fluid off. The guy say yes I can see it was there, but it’s not like it’s supposed to be so we can’t give the refund. You’re thinking you’re saving money you’re not. Now I have to buy the part again. This time I’m buying it new not used.

Was the solution to our problem. We needed to replace a seat for ford transit, $150 plus $15 for track came with all the motors. Vicente was super helpful and even sent us a picture of chair. Price was super competitive compared to other places. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Good luck getting in touch with them. They don’t answer the phone. It’s just constantly on hold. You could call throughout the day and you cannot get nobody on the phone. Don’t know how customers are supposed to just take time out of their day and drive up there not knowing if the parts available shame on them

Hire a receptionist!!! Customers call and your automated system leaves people on hold forever! Someone picks up then puts you back on hold forever again. That is not professional and just poor service. How would you like to be put on hold for 30-45 minutes not once but twice?

Called them looking for a transmission and told him it needed to be for the exact model of the car, I even asked for a photo of the transmission and he said there was no need because they “wouldn’t make the rookie mistake”. After like a hour drive with toll I got to a crowded reception, they made me pay first then I got to look at the part I was buying. Which took like 30 minutes wait and was of course wrong after I tried to make sure this wouldn’t happen. They gave me a manual transmission and I needed automatic, they told me they had one. Made me wait another 20 or 30 minutes and was totally different in the wrong year. (2013 i needed 2010) After all that all they could do for me was a refund and send me away. I do not recommended this place at all as they are very unorganized.

So it's Monday 9:15 in the morning.I tried to call them.And was immediately put on hold.Not even greeted after 13 minutes.I hung up, I decided to call back because the ball was Went to this place for parts.And it was on old winter garden road.So it was close to my home after calling and waiting 13 minutes.I decided to call back at nine thirty only to be greeted with the same answering machine that left me on hold for another ten minutes. Customer service. It's at it's worst. No one should be on hold for 15 minute back-to-back. I never did get through on the phone with anyone. I'm way out in Stanford. This would be almost an hour drive to Come There to See If They Have the Part. All they have to do is pick up the phone and let me know they have the part or not.. I guess I'm just frustrated because I really needed them to pick up the phone and yet they don't.Perhaps they have so much in store business that they just don't need to pick up the phone.Perhaps they don't have enough people working there to even pick up the phone. Nonetheless, very disappointed that they could not even help me today.They didn't have the part I would understand but to not pick up the phone I don't understand

I made the worst mistake of purchasing a tailgate to B&T. Pictures provided online and via email are false advertisement. When the tailgate arrived was completely damaged from prior accident. I marked just some damages that where never mention to us. The tailgate is unable to be fixed or even used. We have called numerous times and we get put on hold; and then hung up. We have a personal phone number to one of the sales rep and we called and texted and no answer as well. We have emailed them and no response as to a solution. Do not purchase from this company they are very unprofessional, unreliable; I would not recommend them at all.

Sometimes I drive all the way from Tampa to B & T Auto Parts because of the Quality of the parts and the Courtesy of the staff. Never had a problem. They have good stuff that they guarantee

Very professional team even in my madness! My mind wasn't comprehending 3 rims at $50 each came to $159+. Mind you, they have a sign that says, "we don't charge you tax, we just collect it." The guy said very politely, didn't you just tell me you like the sign and we had a conversation about the tax. I understood that but I was computing the rims at $25 each so I was totally discombobulated. He was very kind and patient until I figured it out and the entire team had a good laugh with me. They're very kind and made it super easy getting what I need because they actually have their inventory listed in the computer and I didn't have to go on a scavenger hunt to find what I needed. It was a 50 min drive and I'll definitely go back. Wish they would open on Saturdays but I understand they need a wknd too. Customer service/Service period is always, always #1 with me. I write about good experiences and bad experiences.

It was a pleasure doing business with B&T Used Auto Parts. Since I did not live in Orlando , I worked with Juan over the phone and via text. Juan texted a picture of the wheel rim that I purchased and shipped it to me. So , I was relying on him to ship what I saw in the picture. He did and it was exactly what he said I was purchasing. Accordingly , if I have the need for used auto parts in the future , I will definitely contact B&T and only work with Juan !!

The service is horrible, I ordered a condenser fan and the radiator fan and was told it would be pulled for pick up on arrival however when I got there it was not pulled. The time was just after 1pm on 2/25/2022 when I got there, the sales rep told me to wait unlit 4pm he would have it because the parts pullers were busy working on orders that were ahead of mine. I returned at 3:50pm and was told that its coming out now but it wasn't told to until 4:45pm I was told they only had one and not both. The owner of this company is paying guys who sit at the counter and have casual conversations instead of answering the phone also instead of taking a few orders at a time and go into the yard and verify that the parts are there and inform the customer of the status of their order they don't. Based on the prices this company has the potential to grow but the staff needs training or replacing.
