I had my car repaired here last week for a minor dent on the trunk and bumper. The staff was very professional and did an amazing job. Their pricing was highly competitive; they came in significantly below other locations' quotes. The work was performed very quickly and was finished a day early. They communicated with me during the entire process and addressed all my questions and concerns. The car was also washed and detailed afterwards. Highly recommend and will return if/when the need arises.

Robert and crew were awesome. I was able to get an early appointment for a differential oil change and a complete brake inspection the next day, They did the differential oil change and only the necessary brake work, which I appreciated. The price was below the competition. I'm going to take my F-150 back to their body shop to have them repaint the roof and hood. Very professional, nice people. Alan

December 5, 2024: As mentioned above, I took my truck in to have the roof, hood, and front bumper painted, and to install a new windshield wiper cowl. The body shop did a beautiful job! To top it off, they detailed the entire inside and outside of the truck. Above and beyond! Alan

My GF and I have brought our cars here for probably 2 years now. We've had everything under the sun fixed and they've done it every time. The owner is a nice guy who doesn't blow things out of proportion like some other auto repair shops have done. They're always straight with you and I haven't had any issues thus far. Highly recommend.

R O Auto repair took care of my husband and my cars for over 15 years. We graduated from a Chrysler Sebring, driver's side window wouldn't go down, "we could replace for $300 or we could weld for $30 don't how long it can hold" what do you think.. weld held for 4 more years. Sold that, got a Lexus; more well,we could replace items or do this... 7 more years, bought a Mercedes, dealership warranty ran out.... Mercedes wanted $600.00+ for an oil change, fluid check, etc. R O auto wanted about $120.00. But that was 6 years ago. Have recommended my neice, nephew and their friends at ucf to him. This guy is so honest, understands you can't always do all needed work and will tell you what you should prioritize. Wish we were still in central fl to work on our vehicles.

Just want to say I had the best experience with getting my car fixed. The owner was amazing and they did an amazing job overall. My car looks way better than before and went above and beyond. So glad I found a trustworthy place I can go and refer over. Thank you all !!

The owner is a very respectable person who is upfront and honest with you. They do a great job at identifying and fixing whatever issues you may have with your car.

We try to do our own repairs in my family but whenever there's something we can't do, this is the first shop I'm calling.

Last Saturday I got there really early so they could work on my car. They changed the brakes, the water pump, and two of the three oxygen sensors that my vehicle has. The third one had to be specially ordered because none of the locals carry it.
Pricing was fair and I received great customer service. They were able to work on my car in the 4 hours they open on Saturdays. I will definitely be back when my car starts to misbehave again.

Very easy going and stress free place to bring your vehicle. They did great work replacing brakes and repairing collision damage quickly. Even came in under the proposed quote. Definitely will come back.

Edit: I have to update my review. Paint is pealing off my bumper after 2 years. We also took our van back several times for the same issue and they couldn’t figure it out. They didn’t charge us each time we returned the van, but they couldn’t identify the issue. Went to the Toyota dealership and the problem was the part they used not being either right or the right quality.

Thanks to this page, I took the advice of some posts and used the services of R.O. Auto Repair in Bithlo. Last night, I was coming home from work and was 3/4 of the way over the Lake Jesup bridge when my serpentine belt broke and my temperature gauge went into the red. I pulled over as soon as I could and called R.O. They told me that I would be receiving a call from the towing dept. Within 2 minutes I received a call from the tow truck operator and he was putting my all wheel drive vehicle onto a flat bed trailer 24 minutes later. Today, R.O. replaced the belt, pulley and tensioner. They also fixed my air conditioning by a simple freon recharge. I’m now back on the road thanks to R.O. Auto’s quick, reasonably priced, professional, and courteous service! I’m so impressed that I’m bringing my vehicle back to them on Monday for some brake work!

Well, after Friday’s excellent service that I received from R O Auto, I brought my 2014 Mercedes ML350 back for some brake work as my car shook violently while braking at 60 mph +.
They replaced my front and rear rotors and pads. Not only does my suv brake like new, the price was unbeatable and unbelievable. Three hours later I received a call that my car was ready to be picked up. To say that I am incredibly impressed with R O Automotive is an understatement!!! Highly recommended!!!

I spoke with a mechanic, received a quote, and he ordered the parts. I was there over an hour. Then the owner told me they wouldn't fix my car because it was too old and a bolt might break and he didn't want to be liable. I've never heard of a repair shop turning away a car! And if they weren't going to repair an older car they should have told me that on the phone instead of wasting my gas to get there and more than an hour of my time.

For over 20 years, we have taken our cars and trucks to R and O and have trusted and depended upon them not only with vehicle repair work, but also autobody repairs and painting. In every single case, their work has been top-notch and reliable. I would not trust anyone else with our vehicles. Roberto and his entire team are friendly, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and can be depended upon in any circumstance, maintenance and emergency. Had issues with my 2013 Corolla, I thought it was something far worse than what it was. These guys took my car Sat told me what was wrong before they closed for the day and had my car ready by 10:30 Monday morning. The owner (I at least think it was) was very nice and informative, and HONEST. I highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to RO for awhile now and I have no complaints at all. The owner is always looking out for my best interest. I’ve never felt comfortable at a mechanic repair shop, until I started coming here. My truck is old with a lot of miles on it. I’m trying to make it last as long as possible before getting a new vehicle. I feel like my truck is in very safe hands here.

I've been taking our family vehicles to R O Towing for over 15 years. This is a family run and owned business that I trust. Their prices are fair and they take the time to properly diagnose problems and fix them in a timely manner.

Really grateful for this shop. I had a terrible morning with my truck not starting, then my A/C didn't kick on. On a day I was working and happened to bring my dog due to a vet appt later in the day. We were both terribly hot sweaty and concerned. RO was able to fit us in right away and understood my concerns about my dog and let us sit in the air conditioned office.

I just had a terrible experience taking my truck here. I came in to get tire pressure sensors installed, and I asked for a tire rotation. My boyfriend had called the day before to make an appointment and was quoted $65. Everything was fine until I went to check out and the owner said it would be $125. I told him that’s not what I was quoted and he got very rude and aggressive. He agreed to take the $65, and was not pleasant about it at all. As soon as I drove off the lot, I noticed my steering wheel was vibrating badly and the truck was riding poorly. I went back and asked them to rebalance the tires, and he refused to do anything else. He tried to tell me that my rear tires weren’t balanced and it was caused by the rotation. What kind of reputable mechanic would remove your tires, but not balance them before putting them back on your truck? I’ve never been this dissatisfied with a company to leave a bad review, but I wanted to warn everyone else about taking your vehicle is here. They tried to scam me on the cost, provided poor service, treated me rudely, and my car was worse off after I left than it was when I brought it in. BEWARE!!!!

I had received an exceptional service with these team of professionals. The service was fast and thorough all throughout. They were able to take me in almost instantly on few occasions. I now live an hour away and I would drive there for the service they provide. Great family business to support! I love the singing birds in the waiting office :) They kept me in good company.

This is a local business that I have used several times now in the past year. Tires, full brake replacement and now AC diagnosis and repair. I was told about them by other customers of theirs that live in my neighborhood. I have been very pleased with how quickly they complete thier work. Also the quality has been fantastic, breaks I had done at tire kingdom sucked! R&O replaced everything at a fraction of the cost and for over a year now they work like new/ today I have my truck there for AC issues, it was a simple switch not a major repare, this speaks to integrity. They do a great job and I recommend them for sure. They have earned my trust. Robert York.

No complaints about the work (yet) but they did add just under $200 to the repair bill without calling to authorize it first. According to the office of the Attorney General, mechanics are required to contact the customer before exceeding the estimate by $10 or 10%, whichever is greater. Ended up paying more than we would have at a reputable dealership. Had no choice but to pay it or else have the car held hostage. Also, since we supplied all the parts, he illegally charged taxes on labor only. Called to request that be refunded and he hung up on me. Will be filing a complaint about the illegal tax charge with the state. Wouldn't go back and couldn't recommend them anybody else.
