This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Orlando, FL, Jdm Express Japanese Auto Parts Inc. scores about 84/100. Most reviews applaud knowledgeable, helpful staff, hands‑on guidance, quick shipping, and a clean, organized shop with broad JDM inventory—engines, fittings, tubing—at competitive prices, making parts easy to find. Highlights include solid packaging and even extra help with deliveries. However, several posts cite poor communication/tracking on orders, a price‑match reversal, missing engine components, and warranty refusals on bad engine/trans, causing delays and frustration. Overall sentiment: strong but with notable service caveats.
What clients say about Jdm Express Japanese Auto Parts Inc. in Orlando (FL)
Super chill and very helpful staff, came in with no idea how to use AN fittings and walked out with the knowledge needed to set up my own AN lines as well as the materials necessary.
I am reviewing the correct business, please don't act like I'm confusing you with another business. When someone asks you about a product that is out of stock you decide it's not worth your time to respond to inquiries.
Super clean, legit JDM K24A. They even sent a video of removing the valve cover and pics of the head to confirm. Shipping was very fast and received within 4 days. Strapped to a pallet and shrink wrapped thoroughly. Very happy with my purchase and will be back 100%
Edwin was the best he came all the way to poinciana to bring me a piece i was missing i cant thank you enough this is the best place hands down and best customer service ❤️
If you live in central Florida, and you haven’t stopped by here you must be living under a rock. These guys have been putting in the work with multiple platforms in the JDM community and are open all the time, they’re great with their customer service excellent prices you can’t beat the quality and consistency that these people bring to the table. Be prepared to have an amazing experience.

A lil late to this Review, but a man Named Jean I believe helped me with my fuel line problem ive been stuck on for about a month, in a matter of minutes by just showing up to the shop. Really cool, and chill people who dont mind helping if they can. So again Thanks Jean, No more Fuel leak.
Jean was so insightful and was able to answer any questions I had. Great communication and pricing. He had my items boxed up and sent photos of packaging within 1 hour of my payment. Will be doing all of my race car shopping with them from now on, 5 stars!!!!!
Best prices around on chromoly tubing. Been there several times to buy some and will return there every time I need more. They also have a LOT of engines and other parts in stock. Wide selection of AN fittings.
This morning had the best service @jdm express for headlights restoration. Am very satisfied with result and the service provided.
Your car needs to be pampered. ??
I bought a complete k20a2, when I got there to pick it up the engine was missing starter, header, flywheel clutch, thermostat was broken. On top of this they wanted me to pay extra 40$ for that missing starter(which I didn’t)Bad communication. I don’t think the owner doesn’t know they did this.
I ordered Rota Slipstreams from them and never got a tracking number. Paid through paypal and payment went through so they have the money. I called and they told me they will update the tracking number on paypal but never did, I called and called for the next few days, no answer at all. I emailed and still no answer yet. I spoke to them through facebook messenger couple of times and tried to send messages after paying for the rims and yet again I get no reply nor did they open up the message. Now if they dont answer in the next few days I will have to create a dispute on Paypal and get my money back. This is really unacceptable, cost of rims was 535 Dollars.
Best place to go to for your jdm needs. Has almost everything I ask for when I need something for my 94eg hatch. The guy is super chill and very helpful. If he doesn’t have something he will order it for you. I highly recommend coming here. I will continue to do business here.
Bad business. Owner agreed to price match an engine. When i get there he refuses to price match after we spoke thru messages. He also pretty much calls me cheap by saying its "ONLY" $150 difference. But yet he is the one who didnt price matched after telling me yes. Wasted my time and gas. Never again. Taking my business else where.
My go to guys for JDM parts for my subaru. They have a lot of inventory and the parts they sell are always in better condition than most JDM parts importer.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Tons of great quality parts in stock. Will continue to do business with and recommend to anyone looking for aftermarket parts and jdm swaps.
A JDM heaven, Civic, Integra, STI, 4g63 they got it. Costume hoses cut to fit, fittings, turbos, fuel pressure gauges, racing seats, JDM body kits, rims, racing fuel and more. If they don't have it in Stock, they can order it as well. Cool shop owner too who helped with questions with my turbo setup.
Bought a transmission and it was bad . I asked about the warranty and they refused to even exchange it for another one. I will not come back to this place
