The customer service guy here John is a rockstar he shared a simple trick to read my oil correctly. The dipstick in a Cooper isn’t so simple. John was great also added in some other tips. Definitely the best customer care I’ve received in some time.

The AutoZone website said they had four large jugs of the hard-to-find Valvoline ATF+4 fluid and of course on the shelf there was only one. Hard to hold it directly against this store, and the guy there was nice and as helpful as possible in that situation. I don't know if stuff disappears off their shelves or falls off of the back of trucks or what inventory problem they have, but I sort of feel bad for AutoZone if corporate thinks they have a lot more inventory and there has been a lot more shrinkage. The store is pretty clean and organized and it's not overly large but it does have a little bit later closing hours, by 1 hour, than most of the smaller stores. It's probably above average for an AutoZone.

I was on my way to the store on purging and Goldenrod to turn in my battery and I got stuck in the middle of traffic. A man named John that worked at AutoZone came across the road and help me get to safety. He was very courteous and even put in brake fluid for me in my car. I did not get his last name, but thank you for employing men like John. He was a true blessing.

Janiel was very hospitable, helped me pick out and put new oil in my car. Thank you!

Janiel was an absolute blessing. He was driving home, saw us stranded on the road and was quick to let us know he works at Auto Zone and was willing to help. Janiel worked to diagnose our issue for two hours, on his own time! Thanks to him, we know exactly what’s wrong with my vehicle. He was so even so kind to let us get food before taking us to our hotel. I cannot put into words how grateful I am to him. This is a shining example of the kind of personnel AZ hires, they should be so proud!

Came in to get a new headlight bulb and Janeil was very helpful when I noticed a wiring issue. He helped me get it sorted out and now everything’s working again! Great service!

The staff at this Auto Zone were TOP Notch. I ordered brakes and they helped me through that process. Then when my mechanic stated I didn't need brakes they cheerfully handled my return. I'm physically challenged and Gabriel even allowed me to stay in my car and he took care of my return. He was very kind and had a 7:30 a.m. smile ?. Thanks Gabe!!!!!

YOTZIL R. was and is the MVP. My car was giving issues this morning and I was already freaking out because I couldn’t start my car I didn’t know if my car had any problems and with this being a brand new car I am still paying you can imagine the stress. So I decided to head to Auto zone to check my battery and check engine light which also turned on which can explain the amount of frustration I was already having . When I came to the store and assure me he would be right with me as the store was pretty busy. This G.O.A.T of a man took his time and when I asked him questions he was honest and kind. The problem of the car was the battery so he checked my battery replaced it since I had warranty and when I asked if he could recheck the diagnostic he did and even erased check engine light since the problem was the battery. The fact that he took his time made me feel at peace with the situation and made sure I was able to leave satisfied is beyond what he should have done. If you come to location ask for him you won’t regret it. It felt good that I could talk to someone who not only care about my situation but also was kind and patient with me during this time. 100/100 I would again just for this guy right here.

Mr. ERNIE RUIZ was the Goldenrod Auto Zone attendant that helped me during my visit to the store about 2 weeks ago for an air flow sensor purchase. I was very impressed with the fast, empathic & efficient service received by him. Wish more employees (everywhere) were as focused & client-service oriented as him. Gabriel was busy stocking shelves when he saw i needed help. I needed a few things and a head light for my Forte. I was floored when he offered to install it in my car. I first went to the other place across the street was dirty and no one offered to help. This store is clean, all the guys are well groomed and dress well. I want to say thanks for all. And now back to my retirement.

This location has always had very good employees who have always helped me find the right products and its always good to see them whenever I go into the store. One of the workers I've forgotten his name (bad memory) had a 96 Mustang and I got these pics with myself and my friend and his Mustang along with the workers. Great staff always helpful, clean location.

I went here the other day to change out my battery and was very pleased with the service I was offered, they were able to give me a new battery at NO CHARGE IT WAS still under warranty,, I always wonder what happened to the guy that sold hotdogs here??? It always smelled so good and they were so yummy ? but I haven’t seen him in a bit! But hey keep up the great work you guys are awesome
