Recent reviews suggest Jay's Car Towing Co. in Orlando, FL is strongly positive overall: quick ETAs, fast response, careful handling (including motorcycles and lowered cars), courteous drivers, clear updates, clean trucks, and transparent pricing. Services praised include fuel delivery, battery help, lockouts, and long‑distance hauling. Wait times are usually short. One isolated 1‑star alleges poor care, but the trend is upbeat. What clients say about Jay's Car Towing Co. in Orlando (FL)
I was on a lonely road and my bike broke down unexpectedly. I needed to get my motorcycle towed and I needed it done fast. The business was responsive and sent a driver with motorcycle transport. He tied the bicycle up with great care and took pains when loading and unloading it. I loved his knowledge, attention to detail. The whole process was dealt with professionally throughout. My motorcycle got to the shop for repairs incidentfree. Service was trustworthy, cheap and provided great peace of mind in a difficult time.
I hired this towing service for Fuel Delivery after running out of fuel late at night. They were on time, did a good job. Would recommend. They also examined my battery and gave me a Battery Service deal which was really useful. Then I needed Car Towing to the nearest shop. The driver was careful and efficient. They also offer Car Lockout, Motorcycle Towing and Special Vehicle Towing. And then there’s that they also have their Local Hauling and Long Distance Hauling services handy. The driver was friendly, professional and very thorough. I would absolutely call them again for any emergency.
My car broke down not far from home, so I called a hauling service in the area. They were always on time. The driver showed up on time and quickly took care of everything. It made me feel good to know that he locked the car securely before moving it. It was the same great service when I got locked out of my car before. Having a business that can do many things for you, like give you gas and fix your batteries, is great. It's good to know that they can also drive long distances in case something bigger comes up. There were no extra fees, and it was easy to understand what was going on. In general, the process was easy and reliable.
Jayden saved the day for me today! Good dude and good price, and no damage to my car my car as it was moved. Thanks again guys, hopefully I never have to call again but if I do need help I’ll be calling you guys to assist!
To relocate my car across the state, I needed long-distance hauling. The organization did a great job of coordinating everything, from setting up the pickup to the pickup itself. The driver was on schedule, loaded the car safely, and kept me informed during the ride. I also heard that they tow motorcycles and other unusual vehicles, which is handy for people who own more than one sort of vehicle. The process was professional, quick, and clear about the costs. I was sure that my car was in fine hands. For both short and long trips, this is definitely a solid service.
When my automobile broke down late at night, Jay's automobile Towing Co. came to my rescue. The driver was nice and performed everything right. It made things seem easier to deal with.
I hit a huge pothole that broke my front tire and bent the rim, leaving me stuck on a busy route. The guy acted swiftly and was very careful of the traffic while loading my car. He was very attentive with how low my car was and made sure the tie-downs were in the right place. He even suggested a good local business to fix the rim. Call this team if you need reliable car towing from experts who really know what they're doing.

The dispatcher checked my location and told me about when the driver would get there. The technician got me enough gas to get my car going again. He made sure the automobile started up right before he departed. The service was simple, but the professionalism made it a lot simpler to deal with.
I paid them to take my car to a city far away. They were willing to change the schedule and kept me up to date on the trip. I was happy to see that my car returned back the same way it departed.
We had a truck wedged in a parking garage with a dead battery. These drivers moved through tight spaces with ease and pulled it out easily. Very capable drivers.
