I would caution others before doing business here. I purchased a battery for my BMW i3 because they assured me they could handle a mobile installation around my schedule. They have nothing but five star reviews because they are all fabricated.
I explained multiple times that I would not be home until after 5:30 PM due to work. Despite this, Brandon arrived early while I was still at work. I called back and spoke to him directly and even sent a text that I would not be home until 6 PM, to which he responded “OK.”
After I got home, I waited over two hours with no communication. My calls and texts were ignored until after 8 PM, when he finally responded because I threatened to call the police for theft of my battery. To which he said saying he was “on another job.” and didn’t know that I was trying to reach him, which is untrue because I have screenshots of all of my messages where I texted him and after each message. It shows as read.
The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. A simple update would have avoided the issue. Instead, I was left waiting for hours for a service I had already paid for. I eventually asked for the battery to be returned to the store so I could seek a refund. To which he responded that I would have to come tomorrow at 8 AM when they reopen.
Overall, the experience was stressful and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
These guys know their stuff!! Been runnin their family biz since the 70’s and it shows! Unparalleled customer service. Second to none as far as goin out of their way to make sure you get what you need for your ride even if it’s an old school! They know their stuff!

This place is the best I have been getting parts for all of my Vw projects since I moved here to Florida back in 2001 and they know what they are talking about ask them a question and they have an answer thanks for the excellent service and prices
I have been coming to this shop for years and the customer service has greatly depreciated, I recently bought a part for one of my vehicles and changed it out didn’t fix the issue , brought the vehicle to a reputable shop they said that part was defective I returned to k&k talk to the same guy (Gearld) who acted like he didn’t even sell the part and told me he only makes 10% on selling me the part and didn’t really care or have any concern on replacing or refunding the defective item, long story short I went to triangle autoparts where the customer service and team is amazing and was gladly able to help me out with a new amazing working park thank you JR and triangle auto parts
Best old school parts shop ever, not only was I able to get a difficult part to find but also I got education about my car from them and a referral to a great mechanic!
It was a great experience. We showed up 5 minutes before closing and Brendon was happy to help us with what we need. He gave us great information on what was wrong and answered all of our questions.
One stop shop for Diagnostic and Parts. Talk to Brandon if you need diagnostics on your European Car. They also have good prices for parts. If I lived in Orlando, they would be my got to place for sure.
Amazing parts store for European cars. Mercedes Benz South said it would take days to get my parts. They were able to have my parts within hours. Very nice people and extremely helpful!
