I wanted to find a company that would be easy to work with. I had been on the phone most of the day. Then I came across "Wheelzy". I thought why not. I made the call. Right away I felt comfortable, customer service was extremely nice. They made the entire process very easy. Communication was really important and they proved just that by putting someone on the phone to make everything thing happen. They didn't dillydally around. Within 30 minutes there was a driver in my driveway the very same day. Impressive. The driver was very courteous. As I watched his attention to detail I realized that I had choose the right company. Their continuous communication thru the entire process was very admirable. I'm keeping "Wheelzy" in my contacts.

They arranged pick up and although the tow company was having issues with being behind on pickups and I was being charged a fee for my car sitting an extra day they compensated and made up for the inconvenience because it had to sit an extra day longer than arranged. Fast response, staff is very friendly. They Reach out to me numerous times to make sure the tow truck came. I would’ve gave five star but the tow truck try to negotiate a different price than what was offered to me. He tried to take $100 off of what was offered. They offer me 545 in an email confirmation and he took $45 off. I still got the car sold for 500 so I can’t complain. I just didn’t want to get the runaround

It was an easy, friendly experience. I had used several web sites to receive offers, I had picked the buyer I was going to use and then I contacted this site. I received more then my highest offer and here is the important part, the deal was done the next day. The other company needed two weeks.
