Your regular trash pickup and bulky item service is outstanding. However I have noticed paper trash flying out of your trucks when they are traveling on I-75 in the Naples area.
Waste Management is absolutely infuriating to deal with. I just moved to this house in July and they have skipped my trash, recycling, and bulk pickup just about every single week. My recycling has been ready to be picked up for the last 3 weeks and I literally watch them just drive by and pick up everyone else's recycling. I contact them every single week and they say oh sorry someone will pick it up in the next couple of days which is not a solution. My bins are out in the appropriate places the night before every single week so why they continue to play games is beyond me. Some weeks they will pick up the trash but not the recycling, the next week they will pick up recycling but not the trash. Last week they didn't pick up my recycling or bulk pickup. So I guess when I start receiving violations from the HOA for something that's not caused by me in any way I'll make sure to forward it to them. Why am I paying for a service that I'm not getting? I've asked them in every one of my last 13 emails That contains photos and videos of only the service being partially completed or not at all, why it is that they are having such a problem fulfilling their obligation and of course they never once will actually give me an answer. And of course as you can imagine, every time a week is skipped and makes it more of a problem when now I have double the trash or triple the trash or quadruple the recycling. Because not only dp I not even have adequate place to put all of this, but then they are going to complain that there's too much to pick up even though it's because of them. Literally all of my trash cans, recycling bins, yard waste bin, Etc are all completely full and now I don't even have room to put today's trash anywhere. Just wild that something so simple is such a problem here.

I requested for my trashcan to be fixed and also my neighbors who was not technical savvy. They came and fixed all the trash cans. I was highly satisfied.
I don’t have a problem at all. I only wish they would put the garbage cans back in the driveway instead of just leaving them in the street for them to get hit or we have to go around them because the wind knocks him down in the middle of the road.
I had an issue with my cans being placed in the road after pickup. I mentioned this to the man picking up the cans and explain that I was disabled and he started putting my cans on the side of the driveway off the road very nice young man
Worst customer service ever. The phone number hangs up mid sentence, the only way to get in touch is with virtual assistant texting. Also horrible. They disconnect before you can finish. Driver often misses the can, which is on the street. He speeds down the street and only picks up what he decides. I have them on the ring passing right by.
There's a gentleman who works,on
W Lester rd in Apopka. On mondays,im living here since 1982,and never had someone who, actually wait infront my gate,blow the horn,and attemp to take my bin to the curb.This gentleman is amazing,and helpful. Never in a rush like if he's driving on a speed course,like the drivers before him.Thank you.

They sneak price increases into invoice without prior notice. Will “negotiate” by locking you into 5 year contacts and do the same play again and again. Beware lack of honest & ethical business practices here.
The WM truck just emptied my very full recycling bin with their automatic truck, and a few papers escaped to the ground. The driver was watching, got out, and picked them up, so thanks for hiring people who care about doing a great job. This is usual, as WM has been servicing my Lake Mary home for over 15y with on-time service and clean trucks.
Drivers and online staff professional and courteous. However, "surprise" inactivity fee of $901.00 with no prior notification or warning to help us the avoid the charge, and no detail on the website, was extremely disappointing. We were not prepared for such a "got you" expense. We have used several other disposal companies, and we were never assessed any unexpected fees; they always worked with us to provide the best experience. We have several other large projects in the near future and will not consider WM in our plans or recommend WM to associates.
Sanitation employees are great! As long as everything is neatly placed out for pick up, there is never an issue. They are friendly and always wave to me and my dog when we are out for our morning walk.
Unfortunately my business has a commercial account with WM in Orlando and we have gotten NO responses to 2 weeks of emails, voicemails to our account manager, and now, I get hung up on after waiting on hold 30 minutes. It is insane that they have any customers at all. Hoping to cancel our commercial account ASAP.
When I called for a pick up after the recliner sat at the curb 3 weeks, somehow it was marked as completed on the 14th of March 2024 yet its still her on the 15th of March, phoning in has been a challenge, A-I answers the phone.smsh ????? Allow humans to retain those jobs.
Everything is perfect with them but customer service over the phone could have been a tad more professional. I was asking questions for clarification on things with my new account, and the representative got an attitude with me for having to repeat herself. Example: "I just told you that (in annoyed tone)"
Sometimes people need to hear it again, and I didn't ask anything rudely, I was being very polite. But I got my trash carts and trash is getting picked up in a timely manner, so I'll get over it! :)
Update: I was able to get in contact with WM corp and they were very helpful in resolving the problem.
Our agent (Gustavo Del Toro) agree to give us a new dumpster with a lock, but never followed up. We tried to call after signing our contract, but he was nowhere to be found. He would not pick up the phone at all. Please don't work with them.
I've had five issues in total over a two year period.
It took three months to take care of one simple issue.
Placed eight calls with five different employees, they were supposedly "writing notes" on the computer but when I called back after 24hrs. not one employee knew exactly what my problem was, I ended up repeating the same information over and over, very exhausting.
Two of the five employees were courteous the other three need training or another non CS job.
I don't know how they are going to do it, but they need to do something soon.
The Worst Service! I call and call, wait on hold for over 30 minutes, they took over in Osceola for Wast Management and never advised us when our trash days were to be. Again, called and put on hold for over 30 minutes. Finally called their toll free number and left several messages. They never called me back. So much for the pretty trash containers and trucks. That is all they have going for them. Get Rid Of Them Osceola County or Credit my trash amount in my taxes.
I closed my account in May 31 2019 because I sold my house. My account was prepaid through June 30 2019 so I was due a 1 month refund. The customer service rep who I spoke to apparently did not close my account. Instead she put the new homeowners name on my account and his payment was applied to my account. I have called numerous times amd spoken to numerous reps. Now we are in August and my refund still has not been processed. I called today and spoke to Katrina, who I e spoken to in the past several times. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for exactly 22 minutes. Ruby, the call center supervisor, finally came on the line. She said my refund will be processed but she has to sit down and calculate how much I am due. Really?? You don't know how much 1 months payment is?? Hopefully, I will get my refund soon. If anyone needs garbage pickup service I'll pray for you because Advanced Disposal was just bought out by Waste Management who isnt any better. You're probably better off taking your garbage to the landfill yourself.
Zero stars if I could. I had devastating damage from Hurricane Irma. Called this company and was told $500 deposit and they would deliver dumpster. When we were done, we would call them for pickup and refunded amount would go back to us. They charged us and picked up said dumpster. Then when I asked about a refund, they charged us $789.49. I have been calling them for almost 4 months trying to get an explanation of service. They told me they would call back when they figured out the bill issue. They never did. Fiance had similar experience with his phone call. It was almost $200 for the container delivery and $600 for the pickup. We finally were able to talk to them today and they said "they underestimated the fees". We finally paid their bill and decided to post for everyone else to know our experience. DO NOT USE.
