Absolutely terrible experience with Brignoni Towing. My parents stopped by to visit unexpectedly, and because it was unplanned I hadn’t had a chance to get them a parking pass yet. In less than 20 minutes of them being parked, their car had already been towed—even though there were plenty of open parking spaces available at the time. It felt incredibly predatory. When we went to the tow yard to get the car back, the person on the phone told us the office was closed. We then called another number listed for the same company and were told they were actually open and that we should just wait for someone to show up. The communication was completely inconsistent and unprofessional. To top it off, we were charged $140 to retrieve the car even though it had only been sitting in their lot for about 30 minutes. The whole situation felt like a cash grab and was handled very poorly. I would strongly advise others to chose another company.

They towed my car even though I had all the necessary permits and the filming was completely legal. I will sue you, you illegal car towing thieves!

Disgusting and poor example as a business that preys on residents. Your predatory and habitual behavior decided to tow my parents who decided to drop by my apartment unannounced. They arrived at 6:15 PM and were hooked up to a tow truck by 6:50 PM with the award of paying you a nice Christmas bonus of $135 to drop the vehicle. My parents were not staying the night and were here less than an hour before being targeted. In the amount of time that they were able to collect their belongings and depart for the evening, they were faced with an excessive level of harassment. Your intimidation and relentless pursuit to prey on the hardworking tenants of this community is disgusting. Your associate also lied and decided to pocket my cash to drop the vehicle with an up-charge. Not only have you left the worst impression, but you have made my entire family feel unwelcome and unsafe for a gleeful $135. Your reputation is tarnished and we will not take this lightly as the direct victim of your disgusting policy. Merry Christmas to your Team, we appreciate you being a family own and operated business that preys on the very foundation you supposedly support.

Horrible company who partakes in predatory, bandit style towing preying on the weak, uniformed and vulnerable. Their signs are only in English but they will tow cars on private lots who have valid parking stickers for any reason including a flat. They do not honor the rate of half the fee to drop and will charge the full price outright. Mind you this happened to my mother in law who was waiting for her son to come home for 45 minutes to drop off Christmas presents. Disgraceful horrible company who profits on the predatory values that glutinous state officials have promoted. Shame.

Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward vehicle recovery turned into an unnecessarily frustrating and disrespectful experience from start to finish. My car was towed for parking in a no-parking zone across the street from Old Town in front of the gift shop next to the food truck area — a risk I knowingly took and after seeing their reviews - a known hunting ground. The tow itself isn’t the issue. The problem was the complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic respect shown by Brignoni Towing at every stage of the process. From the very beginning, the experience was poorly handled. There is no signage indicating which towing company services the lot, so I had to rely on my vehicle’s GPS through the Tesla App and a Google search just to identify and contact them. When I called to confirm they had my car and to understand the recovery process, the employee on the phone was dismissive, provided almost no information, and ultimately hung up on me while I was asking simple, reasonable questions - asking me multiple times if I am the owner and if I intend on recovering - after making it clear when I called that was the reason for my call. Once I finally confirmed the address, I took a Lyft to their location — only to find no attendant on site. I called their phone number and the person who answered the phone refused to give even a rough estimate for when someone might arrive. My fiance and I waited outside for over 30 minutes, and even when an employee eventually showed up, they chose to assist someone else first despite us being the only ones waiting at the window. When we were finally helped, the interaction was by far the worst part. The employee was condescending, combative, and openly arrogant, showing zero interest in answering questions or providing clarity on the process. I expressed concerns about how my 2026 Tesla (with only 2,000 miles) had been towed, knowing these cars must be fully lifted. I also asked what the procedure was for documenting the towing method or filing a claim if something was wrong. Every response was met with hostility and the same dismissive line: “Call the cops if you don’t like it, and take us to court if you want.” To make matters worse, I was told I had to sign a digital release on a phone screen — with no opportunity to review any document or clause beforehand. The attendant insisted the paperwork would only be printed after I signed, which is completely unacceptable. That release, unsurprisingly, includes language waiving all liability. Customers should never be asked to sign legal documents blind, especially in an environment already lacking transparency and professionalism. Even inspecting the car was made difficult. I was only allowed to do so because I insisted, and the inspection had to be performed in a poorly lit lot, as they refused to move the vehicle to better lighting. All in all, the recovery process took 1 hour and 45 minutes, with over 1 hour and 15 minutes wasted at their establishment due to their lack of organization and disregard for customers’ time. Again, I don’t mind paying the fee for my own parking mistake. But what I do mind is being treated with a complete lack of basic decency, respect, or professionalism. This company operates as if the people they interact with do not deserve information, dignity, or transparency. My strong recommendation: avoid doing business with Brignoni Towing in any context. If the way they handled this situation is representative of how they operate, I would not trust them with any service whatsoever.

I had an exceptional experience with this towing company thanks to Elier. He was incredibly professional from start to finish. Elier arrived quickly, handled everything with confidence, and made a stressful situation so much easier. He communicated clearly, treated my vehicle with great care, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. If you need a tow, ask for Elier — he’s reliable, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to providing outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Zero star. Very incompetent and irresponsible workforce. Tow company was instructed not to touch a $95,000 sports car by the contracted apartment complex management. However, their incompetent driver got the genius idea ? to tow my car; that which they were told not to do. He thought he would get a Nobel prize ? . I was inconvenienced by their irresponsible action. Furthermore they returned my white car with dirty greasy fingerprints. This company is pure garbage.

Customer service was extremely unprofessional. All I wanted was to sell my car to a third party. They never showed up. They lied about contacting me. Not very trustworthy. Beware of this company.

This review is being submitted in response to an unlawful towing incident that occurred on October 11, 2025, involving my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At approximately 4:30 PM, I entered a mechanic’s yard with my girlfriend to retrieve her vehicle, which had recently been serviced. I briefly parked adjacent to the business, with her as a passenger, and we entered the premises to collect her keys and settle payment. While standing just outside the business—within approximately 10 feet of my parked vehicle—a Brignoni Towing truck arrived at about 4:42 PM. Upon noticing the truck, I immediately approached the driver to inform him that I was in the process of picking up a vehicle and would be leaving shortly. Despite my efforts to communicate, the driver ignored me and continued reversing toward my vehicle. He then proceeded to initiate the towing process. I made it clear that I was unaware of any parking restrictions, as there were no visible signs indicating “No Parking” or warning that vehicles would be towed at the owner's expense. I also offered to move my vehicle immediately. However, the driver refused to release my vehicle unless I paid $140.40. Notably, the vehicle was never towed off-site—it remained at the original location—yet I was charged the full tow fee. According to Florida Statute 715.07, if a vehicle owner arrives before the tow is completed, the vehicle must be released upon payment of no more than half the towing fee. This law was not honored. Due to having no other viable option at the time, I paid the full amount to have my vehicle released. I also recorded video evidence of the area to document the absence of any posted tow-away signage. Following the incident, my girlfriend contacted the business. A male employee claimed that the property manager had taken photos of my vehicle, emailed them to the towing company, and requested the tow. However, we were present for only about 10 minutes, standing near the vehicle the entire time, and saw no one take photos until after the truck had already begun the tow. When I asked for further information—including the names of the involved parties, copies of the photos, and the email request—I was denied access to all such documentation. I believe Brignoni Towing acted improperly and may be engaging in predatory or unlawful towing practices and due to not reaching a resolution. As of today, an e-file lawsuit has been filed and I will be taking legal action.

It’s funny how they think they are being cool giving us a hard time but at the end of the day we will be in our way, making our money and those guys will keep working at this disgusting place for the rest of their lives ? (it’s lucas from the Kona, btw, please, come at my place, because I don’t think you will have the same attitude over here lol) Ps.: my address is at the doc I gave to you :)

WARNING — Predatory and Dishonest Towing Practices On August 9, 2025, this company hooked my car up to their tow truck but never towed it, yet still charged me the full tow rate of $150. Under Florida Statute §715.07 and Osceola County Ordinance, when a vehicle is only hooked up and not removed, the fee must be half the trespass tow rate — $75. They knowingly overcharged me by double the legal amount. On the recorded phone call, their own representative lied about the charges and gave conflicting explanations for the amount. The next day, when I went in person to request the legally required written authorization from the property owner/agent, the owner admitted he had it but refused to show it to me — a direct violation of Florida law, which requires this to be produced upon request. This company is engaging in: • Overcharging beyond county limits • Refusal to provide required written authorization • False statements on recorded calls • Misleading law enforcement and consumers I have filed complaints with the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, and the CFPB, and I am preparing for legal action. If you value honesty, transparency, and the law — stay far away from this company. They prey on people who don’t know their rights.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was towed from my own apartment complex due to their mistake—not mine. To make matters worse, their website claims 24-hour service, yet no one is available until 9 AM. Now I’m stranded without a vehicle because of their negligence and false advertising. If you’re going to operate a towing service, at least do your job correctly and be honest about your hours. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. **Updated After Owner Response** My car was towed from my own apartment complex—not because I broke the rules intentionally, but because the parking sticker had fallen off due to the extreme heat wave we’ve been experiencing. I understood the technicality, accepted responsibility, and paid the fee without arguing. My frustration—and the reason I left this review—was about their misleading claim of being a “24-hour” business. When I called after my car was towed, their own employee told me no one was available until 9 AM. That’s not an opinion, that’s what I was told. After posting my review, I received a condescending and defensive response from the owner or manager , trying to deflect blame and accuse me of being “emotional” and “unfair.” Instead of taking accountability or showing any empathy, they doubled down on their attitude—which only further proves the point I was making. Their customer service is unprofessional, their advertising is misleading, and the way they handle feedback is just another red flag. I hope management and others in the community take notice.

If I could give zero stars I would becuase first off my car got illegally towed and then I had to go through the cops to find out where my car was. The guy was really rude on the phone when I did call and when I went to pick up my car after that I paid for my car and gave them the receipt for where they illegally towed my car and they did not want to see it and then they said that I would run out to my car if I knew they were towing it. I ended up grabbing my car and it started making noises and turns out they apparently don’t know how to tow cars because when they towed my car they damaged my driveshaft. They don’t wanna pay for damages so I had to spend $4,000 on fixing my car all because of them not knowing how to do there job I called the cops seeing what I should do about my car when they heard me on the phone with the cops they decided to take off. I will be seeing them in court for this and word of advice if you don’t know how to tow a car you should not be towing at all one mess up in a car is ok but always doing it to peoples car is not alright. You will be hearing from my lawyer

I’ve personally never had my car towed but my complex uses this tow company. They circle the parking lot like sharks waiting on cars. The employees also like to scare women. Got asked to walk a lady to her Apartment due to how one of the truck drivers was making her feel at night.

My son's car was illegally towed by Brignoni towing and they recklessly towed his car causing damage to it. We walked outside while the operator, Abimeleck was mounting the vehicle. My son requested to pay the drop fee for the vehicle to be released before he finished hinging it and he declined my son's request. I was witness to this. This is illegal, as they are required by law to release the vehicle when the owner offers to pay the drop fee, they're supposed to offer it. He said he can't do that and that we had to go get it at the tow lot. My sons followed behind him to the lot and witnessed the vehicle become unhinged from the back, dropping to the ground. He then hinged it back. At the lot, my sons complained to the supervisor and the operator lied and said that he offered to release the vehicle with a drop fee payment and that my son declined! My son called the police but the operator left before the cop arrived. The office staff just laughed at my son's face calling him crazy. The next day, my son heard a noise from the car and he took it to a mechanic and found out the car's suspension was damaged from the car becoming unhinged and dropping. As a result my son had to pay over $800 to fix it! My son has tried several times to contact them by calling and sent them a demand letter by email and they are not responding. Brignoni, it is in your best interest of your business to respond to my son and compensate him for the illegal towing, legal expense and damage to his vehicle. Contact my son Willy asap to resolve this issue or he will be taking other measures. You guys should not be in business, you have a bad reputation for towing cars illegally and damaging cars because of your reckless practice.

Didn't even get towed, their truck was parked blocking the entire parking lot for multiple drivers, and the driver was very rude with glossy eyes. Wouldn't trust them to tow a car out of an empty parking lot, if they cant reposition a truck to let traffic through or hook it up within 20 mins. EDIT TO OWNER: was in a condo parking lot in the back at 11:30pm on a weekday towing a car and apparently waiting on payment. No emergency or anything just rude drivers who dont know how to drive anything bigger than a 1/2 ton. Hell my 14 year old cousin can drive a 1 ton better than the drunks yall hire!

This is absolute worst towing company. I understand no one is going to be happy getting their car towed and leave a great review however being unhappy with my car getting towed wouldn’t urge me to leave a review but what will urge me to leave a review is the indecency of these people, in this company the employees laughed in my face called me names and mocked me when I said I will call the cops for them not following laws just because im concerned about them dropping my car in the middle of the street as it wasn’t properly hooked to the car with how fast they tried towing it away. Mind you they towed it without accepting a drop fee from us that we asked if it was possible to do.PLEASE KEEP IN MIND IN ORANGE COUNTY TOWING COMPANIES ARE REQUIRED TO OFFER A DROP FEE BEFORE TOWING THE CAR WITH A 15MIN GRACE PERIOD TO RECEIVE THE PAYMENT. These people do not care about the people they care only about themselves. Hopefully my car doesn’t have damages to it after they dropped it.

This towing service was amazing! Picked us up quickly to take us to the nearest Tesla charger when our car ran out of power at Disney. It is a late Friday night and Bryan was very attentive, safe and prompt with his response. My son was nervous and afraid since it was late but he went above and beyond in making us feel safe and assured that we would get to the charger safely. I would definitely recommend this company

Great experience and fast pick up. Brignoni had great customer service. I had to reschedule my pickup and they were happy to help. My car was disabled and in a tough spot. My tow operator Abimeleck, was able to get it out. I appreciate their adaptability and costumer service. I would use Brignoni again!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Got towed from in front of the gift shop at World Food Trucks along with lots of other people. I’m not even contesting that because our driver should not have parked there. That’s not our issue. Our issue is with getting the car back. It was late on a Saturday night and we went up there to get the car back for $150. Ok. Get there and nobody in the office. Call and someone will be there shortly. We wait. We finally see some guys by the office behind the fence and ask them if we can get the car and they go into the office and start helping us. The car was recently purchase so it doesn’t have the state issued registration yet. We have the temporary registration and paperwork from the dealership. Which is all one would have in this scenario. They call someone and hand us the phone. We were told that they couldn’t release the car because of no registration. I remind him that we DO have ALL the registration paperwork one would have when purchasing a new vehicle before it has been registered permanently, we are well within the legal window to have the registration completed. Not good enough. So we are here at 1am, 2am with a 2 year old child trying to get our car back and they are refusing. WITH the proper paperwork. We love 4 hours away and are told that we have to wait until morning so a manager can “try to help us”. I asked for his name and he said “José”. And I asked “José what?” He said “my name is José”. The phone that was handed to me to speak to him on had “Brian Brignoni” listed as the caller ID of who I was speaking and Brignoni is the name on the side of the building. But that’s neither here nor there. I don’t care if he gave me a fake name or not. The fact that it felt like he would even do that shows there that the whole operation felt sketchy. The fact is, they held our car illegally because we had appropriate paperwork to get it back. How they can legally do that is beyond me. He did say that he wouldn’t charge us to hold the car overnight. Well do you think? You’re holding it illegally! You’d be dead wrong to try and do that in the first place. But someone showed up when we said we weren’t leaving and would not stop calling as we live 4 hours away and had nowhere to go. Did José give a care. Nope. Someone showed up and asked to see our paperwork. Lo and BEHOLD it was magically correct and he could release the car to us. It wasn’t enough 30 min prior but it is now. The whole interaction seemed predatory and sketchy. I understand they offer other “consensual” services other than stealing people’s cars but I’d save my money and use ANYONE else because their left hand doesn’t know what their right hand is doing and they apparently, from my experience, don’t respect people’s property and couldn’t care less what type of bind their ignorance puts you in. For the record, if you visit the gift shop in front of World Food Trucks, bring your receipt and park in the correct area (we were in the wrong about that part) or you’ll get towed as they are circling like vultures waiting to tow you. We saw them towing people who were actually INSIDE the gift shop. And charge $150 to get it back. Haha visit the gift shop if you dare because you’ll get a nice $150 souvenir for parking. To the gentleman who helped us and had a bit of common sense… thank you for having the professionalism to do what the others should have but didn’t. To José and/or Brian… do better. If you steal peoples’ cars and hold them hostage, learn the process for selling their cars back to them. Thanks for nothing.

They were very professional and fast to respond. My road side assistance left me stranded waiting on a tow for 2 hours. I called Brignoni and they were there in 30 minutes and were 100.00 under what everyone else was quoting. They will be my go to in the future. Thank Giovanni!!!!!

Biggest Scam company I went to visit a friend just moved in community ten minutes later coming out to found my car towed by this company requesting cash money to put car down driver didn't have courtesy to tell me before getting out of car that I can't park there waited until get into the house to Tow the car then asked for $135 but next door people saw me and told me don't pay more than $70 driver want cash only then when I give him credit card he called his dispatch and charged me $72 . Companies like this and people like this driver should not be in business. I'm putting complaints with better business bureau.

These people are criminals with a towing license that abuse the little power they have. They illegally towed my car while eating inside Denny’s from the Dennys parking lot. They are Liars and scammers looking for any means to make money on their small and corrupted business. They tried to say someone came in side to verify if it was anyone’s car, that is a lie me and my family were eating right by the entrance and no one came inside I even verified with Dennys employees whom also stated no one came inside. I filed a claim with the police whom also have all this information I have receipts matching time when they towed I was inside eating. They didn’t care. They are all rude and low life’s. I had my 2 children ages 5 and 10 and one of their employees tried reaching for a gun because I asked a question. On what grounds did they have the right to tow my car illegally? That is theft. The owner did not want to give me a name for the employee who attempted to pull a gun on me and my family as well as did not want to provide any information. They are waiting for a big law suite to hit them. Pathetic business and pathetic people running the business

LET'S SHUT THEM DOWN. Everyone that deals with these thieves. Let's report them to the Better Business Bureau and OSHA. First, they only accept cash second they got no proof of myself being parked illegally. I have video proof that they are just towing vehicle's just cause they don't know the car, and it's in the area, so they tow it. Second, I got proof of their employees not following OSHA requirements on safety attire, their employees are operating heavy mechanery in unsafe environment.
