Purchased 6 batteries for my golf cart at this location and they died 18 months later.. just outside of the warranty window. I called batteries plus and Duracell to see if there was anything they could do considering these batteries should have lasted years. Both companies declined to help. I can't support businesses that offer bogus warranties and don't stand by their products that clearly don't last. $1,300 down the drain.

James, the owner is great, easy to work with. Needed an acid battery for a motorcycle. First one I picked up the new employee Melvin didn’t put enough acid in it. He was great though, he really wanted to do a good job and just didn’t know how to work the acid dispenser. Fair enough, but wasted a mechanics trip charge.
I called James and he said no worries he’d set me up with a new one no problem. I asked if he would get one filled and charged for me and he said yes but when I arrived, James was not there. Miles, who was confident that he knew what he was doing, overfilled it, and I had battery acid spill all over me and the motorcycle upon attempting to install it. Good news is the bike is running and I didn’t die. I would not purchase a lead acid battery from this location. Apparently it’s a complicated process. The next day I called just to let them know and I didn’t get the feeling anything is going to change. I’d still go to the store if I needed to buy something, but I wouldn’t buy an acid battery from them again.

In hindsight, I suspect that James did what he said, but Miles did not know the battery was already filled with acid. Innocent mistake, but I didn’t feel like he acknowledged the mistakes he made. Haggling over my five dollar core charge was also disappointing. Since I didn’t have the credit card that I bought the battery with, Miles said I couldn’t get my five dollars back so I just walked away without it. In the future, I would probably go to one of the many other battery plus stores in the area.

They denied warranty as neglect because I didn't use my car for 1 month! While theirs sits there for 6 months or more. Next time, be dishonest or honest and say their battery sucks and you have no clue what wrong. "Upgraded" me in their battery brand. Stick to auto zone for all your car part on the fly. NEVER going back. They ask you questions NOT to help you but to see how they can void warranty.

I stopped by this place because I happened to see a sign out front stating they replace key fob batteries. I have a four year old Toyota and ended up getting the lifetime replacement battery for 23 bucks. The manager was very helpful and friendly and it took just a couple minutes to get it completed. Highly recommend.

The store is immaculate and service was great! James was very pleasant and professional, took care of our issue quickly while engaging us in a nice conversation. Excellent customer service!

Great experience with courteous and friendly staff. The owner explained when he had held James up on my phone repair, yet James still had it done within the hour and a half he said, and came out to my car to retrieve me when the job was complete. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I came in around 6:00p with my mom's medical scooter battery terminal that was no longer keeping its charge. The young man " Ayden " took such good care of me. He was able to replace the old batteries and put everything back the way it came . I would never have been able to disconnect and then reconnect all of the wires . I was on my way and my mom is now back on her scooter. Thank You . This is my number one spot for all of my future battery needs . Yiur employee "Ayden " deserves a raise and employee of the month. He is the best .

I walked out to my car during my lunch break to find my car battery was dead. No problem, I can just order one online and have it installed at my closest location, right? Well the closest location didn't have my battery in stock, but the next closest one is 20 minutes away(Store #878). They asked what time I would like to schedule install? 6pm, perfect after work and after my husband gets home so he can watch our son. Order placed at 130pm. At 230 I get a call informing me that I need to come sooner because the "installer" leaves at 5pm and she's inexperience with performing it since she hasn't done them. The female associate seemed helpful by trying to ask if my closest location had it in stock, unfortunately no because I already checked; thanks for the heads up but still huge inconvenience. Why allow me to schedule up to 7pm? Due to child care I said it would be difficult, but I will try to come before it would probably be right before 5. It's 91 degrees today, I will not be bringing my 1 yr old child in a car that I can't be certain will start again. I was able to get someone to watch him and rushed over in the middle of traffic to store 878 making it there by 4:53pm. "The installer(store manager James) is gone." I'm sorry if I barely made it, but if you state you're here until 5pm and you were aware that you have someone who's going to come in before you leave. You would think you would stay until the time you've mentioned-5pm? Completely unprofessional. I'm baffled by this is the type of person that was selected to be the store manager. Owners, I hope you know the type of employee you have working under you. I get it, jobs are jobs to put food on the table sometimes. If you don't care about how your stores image is or you're just milking your job while cutting corners and being lazy, you should not be manager material. Find someone who cares about your business and respects your customers because in this age with everything being saturated and sold on so many platforms, your personal empathy and the experiences you give will set you apart from the rest. James is not your guy, he's not even your standard 9-5 employee since he was way gone before that. I took the battery I purchased and had to find another way for installation. Find another store, advance auto parts, pep boys, whoever to save yourself the trouble from dealing with James. Oh, no apologies were even mentioned after my arrival. Super professional. Thanks a ton!

Aiden was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He was able to get me all the batteries I needed (battery for my motorcycle and my diabetes glucose meter) including a key fob for my son's car as a spare. He was efficient and fully engaged with my needs. I will always come back here.

The location needs educated employees. Twice I was given incorrect information. Merci who answers the phone is a petulant child with no customer service skills or knowledge of the items from Batteries plus. Miles also told me something was in stock when it wasnt. Rick the mngr was no better and I got the feeling he hates either his job or just doesn't care. Unfortunately I have to use them because my product is under warranty. Never again.

If you need to get your phone fixed, I would strongly suggest you do not go here. I was just getting the front screen replaced on my iPhone, and after waiting about an hour the store called me and informed me that there was an issue. The new screen that they had put on my phone was defective, but it was the only one in store, and they ordered a new one, but it would not arrive until 2 days later. The larger issue at hand was that they informed me after they tried to put the old screen back on (which they had told me they were not careful with, and it was much more cracked then it was before), the screen blacked out and was not coming back on. After this, I informed them I would just like my phon back and I will take it elsewhere. About an hour later, they called again and said that the employee performing the "repair" had left out the proximity sensor. The employee had no sympathy for my situation, and did not offer an apology of any kind, and did not try to provide any consolation for sending me back with a practically non-functioning phone. Would absolutely not recommend going here for a repair or for decent customer service.

Ayden is the most hardworking and kind employee I've ever interacted with at any business ever. I was having battery issues with my car and decided I needed it replaced. I came on a rainy afternoon, and Ayden was the only staff working at the time, and he was doing his best to give every customer the best service he could. When he got to replacing my battery, the rain water on my battery caused a spark between the cable and the battery, blowing a fuse in my car (was NOT his fault, he was just doing his job and it could've happened to anyone). I had to leave my car at the store overnight, and he personally offered to drive 30 mins to the dealership the next morning (on his own time before work) to get the fuse to replace in my car. He also offered to Uber me home since my car wouldn't work with the broken fuse. Throughout the whole process, he was so personable and easy to talk to, and it seemed like he genuinely cared about the work he was doing. He could've easily turned me away because he's not a mechanic, and it wasn't his job, but he truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He worked for hours and did research to properly diagnose the issue and then resolve it. He's an outstanding guy, and I am so thankful that he was able to help. Batteries Plus should be proud to have an employee like him.

So I called around today, Sunday to find batteries for my brothers mobility scooter. The battery died last night. I talked to a very nice guy and he said they had them. I went to the store, and he couldn’t have been nicer! I have never had such great service from any store. Thank you for such wonderful customer service. I am sorry I didn’t get his name but I will be back, for sure!

All I can say is Wow! Went in with an old flashlight all I knew about it was it was rechargeable. Tyler the store manager was fantastic. He went above and beyond to provide premier customer service and yes after searching the we he picked out the correct battery. You have gained a very happy customer. Thank you Tyler.

I needed a new screen for my Samsung Galaxy 8 on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. Dare was the only person handling the store & had several phones to repair before mine. While I was in the store I witnessed him service walk-in customers & answer the store phone. Both with the utmost professionalism. My phone was the last phone repair for the day & he got the job done. My suggestion to the store owner & management is, value your stellar employee & don't overwhelm him. Knowledgeable people aren't easy to find.

I did an online order for a laptop replacement battery. I knew the size was close and would be confirmed upon arrival, with the understanding that there would most likely be an exchange. The 1st battery did arrive and was confirmed that the width was too small and a replacement was ordered. I went in on 8/29 and the employee found the replacement. He realized that the other employee did not order the correct replacement. The correct battery should arrive on 8/31. We will see what happens.

Update the week of 9/1: It was realized that the higher capacity battery (8,000 MA) is too narrow for my laptop. So I went with the 5,000 MA battery with a small refund. The employees were great and I will come back in the future!

In and out in under 2 minutes. Fantastic customer service and product knowledge! I needed two batteries for my cars 2 Key Fobs and they knocked it out in a second. Life time warranty batteries?! Great deal for $22!!! Thanks!

Great service. I love buying batteries and light bulbs. I spent my life savings on 400 golf cart batteries to start my business (golf cart demolition derby) and have no regrets. Great store. Went in for a new battery for my cell phone and initially I didn't much of a difference which I was disappointed by. However after expressing my disappointment the store's manager, Crystal, quickly contacted me and offered to replace it with a different battery or refund my money if that still didn't work. OUTSTANDING customer service. Ended up swapping the battery to a new one which did the trick. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Crystal. A+ store manager who took a negative situation and turned it in to a positive one. THIS is how you run a business!!

Loved my visit to this store! It was my first time there and I couldn't have been more pleased. I ordered online to pick up in store and this was the smoothest transaction I've ever made. My sales rep Pedhrom and the store manager Harry were both pleasant, helpful and eager to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Very customer oriented. I had trouble finding their shop, and they "talked me in" by phone. When I arrived they greeted me by name and spent time talking battery treatment and life with me. When I left, they made me feel like I had made their day by coming in. Excellent products and service.

Crystal was absolutely AMAZING! Despite issues, she never gave up on changing my battery and I am so very grateful to her for that. She also shared some of the great specials they had going on in the store. Not only did I leave with a brand new installed car battery, but I also left with some great LED lights for my house.

I went into Batteries plus Bulbs with a busted iPhone screen. I left my phone at the store for repair and returned to pick it up after an hour of shopping. Crystal helped me, she was very kind and knowledgeable about the repair and I really felt taken care of. She also let me know that my battery would likely need to be replaced soon based on her review of the phone’s condition. She set me up with a glass screen protector too and I walked out feeling like I had a brand new phone! I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely return when I need to have my phone serviced again.

Recently, on one early morning the battery of my 2013 Honda Odyssey went dead and the car refused to start even with the help of a jumper cable. I searched online for a replacement so that I could quickly change the battery within the morning. There were several options with a wide range of prices between $60 for cheap alternative and $260 for a premier one. Most of the places within a 15 mile radius of my home either had no compatible replacements in stock or had a pickup time later in the day or the next day. Fortunately I found Batteries Plus Bulbs website. It made my online shopping quick and simple. Within a few minutes I was able to purchase a replacement at a very competitive and reasonable price and I could pick up my purchase in 2 hours at this Batteries Plus Bulbs store on N Alafaya Trail. Customer service I received there was excellent. Regarding the replacement, I got the Duracell Ultra Gold Battery. I would say it is the best of the best out there in the market. I will definitely go to Batteries Plus Bulbs again for all my future battery needs. I would highly recommend this place to you as well.

Went to this location to have my phone repaired a second time, ya know, after thoroughly neglecting and smashing my phone to bits. Spoke with an associate named Justin who had informed me of a system error in which I was overcharged. Justin was a tremendous help! Fixed my phone and even got my money back!

Not only was Justin completely honest, he had also demonstrated integrity with a great sense of humor. I cannot express how grateful am for his help. If you're reading this and need your phone repaired or just a battery and/or bulb... this is the best location of the chain. You're in good hands here.

I've come to this store numerous times for various things like a car battery replacement, windshield wipers (I was surprised they had these; good quality - I recommend you see if they have ones to fit your own vehicle), phone battery replacements, watch battery replacement, phone screen replacement and tempered glass screen for my phone. Service has always been great. The manager, Will, is very knowledgeable about batteries and bulbs. Excellent with phone repairs; I would recommend him over some of the other stores in the area in a heartbeat. You can trust that he will only try selling you what you need.

The store is always clean and inviting. I highly recommend visiting this store for all your bulb, battery, and phone repair needs.
