I seldom ever write reviews. If Im compelled to write a review, my experience was exceptionally well or exceptionally terrible. This was exceptionally terrible. New to Orlando. My Buick needed a new battery so I went to this location and bought the cheapest one I could find for my car. I went home to install the battery. Somewhere along the way I lost the receipt. No big deal, I just bought it an hour ago, I'm sure they can reprint my receipt. I install the battery and bring back the old one for the core charge. There is absolutely no record of the transaction I made an hour ago, and no record that I bought the battery. Not even after they typed in my phone number or name. The same person helped.. or lack there of, both times. He was a white guy, long hair. So basically, I won't be getting my 22$ core charge back. The guy is either incompetent and made a mistake, or thieving. I don't care which of the 2 it is, I do know, I won't be going back there again.

I was greeted with a warm hello welcome in. The service was great everyone was friendly. Tina was top tier in the pros department

I went in to replace a battery.. Marie was very helpful and knowledgeable she went over and beyond my expectations..She installed my new battery with no hesitation.. she was really heaven sent, I wish all associates in the automotive world was as nice as her.. I wish I could give her 10 ⭐’s…

Emerson went above and beyond and has great customer service and interpersonal skills. With great knowledge, and willingness to help out in any way he can. I would definitely come back in the future.

Two visits in one day. Ileane E has by far the WORST customer service and needs training. Likely a member of management - her customer service skills do not align with her title.

Great service and the employees are excellent “ Greg or George “ I forgot which one was his name but his very helpful everything..

Maybe it's just because we had someone new, but to be honest he was definitely not trained properly, had no idea what he was doing, had no answers for any of my questions, and did not know how to look up inventory, did not want to perform complementary services (such as replace windshield wipers)

Big shout out to Joey Vilvella (I hope I got the last name correct). He was super knowledgeable, had an amazing attitude, and took care of me and my battery problem. He was helpful and nice to work with. Good on this particular location for having employees that take care of their customers like Joey, he's an asset!

Tiffany was very profesional and very sweet girl .Joey was the master of knowledge from the store. Very nice store. I do recommended 100 plus!!!

Stopped by to get my battery checked. Joey was awesome. Though it was a free service, he provided excellent customer service and answered any additional questions that I had regarding the car.

I’ve been a customer of advance discount auto parts in orlando since I’ve been a car owner. I visited the orlando location and Luis sold me and also help me put on my wind shield wipers! Customer service is excellent. Thanks again

The team at 5408 Advance Auto are AWESOME! These are are very dedicated to helping customers. I have been visiting this location since 2017 and every time I visit I receive A+++ Service. Ensuring that I obtain exactly what is needed and necessary. And I am never taken for grant it.

This store have great staffing. Very polit, courteous and patien and professional.

Not bad actually very hellpful and that other place is my usual spot for parts, but folk like Steph, Joe, Eric at Kirman location has won me over to come more often. Thanx folks !

Pine Hills, Orlando could use more shops that actually want to help u get what u need as fast as the next day if they don't have it in there in store inventory. And they tell u what u individually have to have for your particular vehicle. For instance, like what Mercedes Benz requires not recommends. Hey these guys are on point. Their return policy is pretty good to.

They always have the parts in stock for what I need for my vehicle. If they don't, they are able to see what store I can go to in order to buy the part I am in need of. Also testing my battery and other small services these guys provide are really convenient. Their knowledge let alone is a major help to me.

Customer service of Luis was amazing. Luis was knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful with questions and suggestions that were key to keeping my car in top notch shape.

Today I went there and the agent that assisted me was Christine... Omg Excellent customer service when I say she went out of her way to help me when I ordered the wrong part I’m telling y’all she did that and then some! Not only did I get the wrong part but when I went to the repair shop SHE personally delivered the correct part to me at the repair shop even after the drivers were gone for the day!!! So ladies and gents when you need parts and great service go see Christine at the Pinehills store!!

Staff were SUPER SLOW...attitude needs to be more customer friendly, one is treated as if you are there for handouts instead of paying customers..not enough staff.

Recently went to store to buy a part,, now I usually buy my parts there because there is a really sexy and beautiful woman with a body well built!! I will buy all my parts there from now on,,,, I will do anything to get a shot at her,,, she is definitely thick, and solid,, really wasting time working there,,, she is built for other things,,, but anyways she always has my business!!!!

Customer service was ridiculous at this location. There where 8 employees working in the store. 7 were t as long as no laughing in the back while 1 lady was there to struggle with 6 waiting customers...

I always have a great time at this store hardly ever a line great customer service and they are pretty knowledgeable about most vehicles you bring to them this place is like my second home
