I came for a estimate for my rear bumper, the estimator just ran me around in circles about the prices are gonna be higher than what what i expect. idgaf dude just do your job. Im paying. Im in the parking lot with up to 5k to fix my car and bad costumer service made me take my business elsewhere

Melvin provided me with two estimates for work on repairing my drivers side door. He throughly explained both options and prices were fair. My car was later hit again and the bumper needed to be replaced. Both Repairs were done in less than a week. I am extremely satisfied with the results. Color matched perfectly. Could not reccomend Lockhart Auto Body enough. My car was involved in an accident with a driver insured through a sketchy insurance company. Melvin was super understanding of my situation with them and had offered as many solutions as possible over the two weeks that my car remained at his shop. The generosity, time, and work that the shop had put into my car despite it not being repairable at the moment (none of which is the shop's fault but instead the insurance company) has solidified me as a returning customer. I can’t say enough how thankful i am to have brought my truck to Melvin. He ran into part issues and delays and knowing i had a deadline , he found an alternative in another state and sent one of his guys to get it to be able to make the deadline. He handled all the insurance people. He made sure everything on the truck was taken care of as it should be, and to top it off, it came out absolutely perfect!! Hands down the best body shop around!!

They were able to get to my car promptly and when they found additional damage it was communicated to me what they found, I was able to go in and actually see what they found which was nice. They were able to get the additional parts quickly and have my car back to me looking great in a very timely manner. I brought my car here after I got into an accident and needed to get my front bumper replaced. They were very professional and responsive and didn’t make me feel dumb for any of the many questions I had. They took care of dealing with my insurance, making the whole process stress free. The work they did was amazing, going above and beyond to make the front my car look brand new. They even vacuumed the inside of my car, which almost made me cry because I was dreading the idea of doing that myself :’) They did an amazing job and the peace of mind they gave me throughout the process was more than I could expect.
