Would never use this place again or refer anyone. Be careful I called and they told me 500$ then arrived and offered 290 they never said it was a quote if that was the case it wouldn't have been an issue. Also asked if I could have something of proof that I sold the vehicle on arrival I was told not a problem. Then was told by the driver they can't give me anything and I would have to wait 5-7 days super unprofessional when I called and spoke to someone they told me they would call right back and it's been my 3rd time calling with the same excuse. Do not use them!
Got some extra money for a Car that was rotting away in my yard . The driver Zadiel made it easier than i thought just a few pics and he put cash in my hand . I was amazed of how easy the process was.

This place will try to rip you off, saying that your car was in a accident and that your Cadillac converter it’s not the original that is missing just so they can bring down the price because all they worry about is that I seen it in person
Whole experience was awesome. I had to get a rear hatch, rear bumber and tail light for a 2012 nissan juke. Looked all over locally and could not find the part. When I did the ads seemed sketchy, wanting a deposit, id look the business up and it say permanently closed. Nope, not Happening.
Finally found a post for Orlando Auto I messaged them and talked with Ceasar in parts, he was extremely helpful. We were back and forth on messenger and phone calls. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. If you've ever sold anything on Facebook you know what a nightmare that can be. I can only imagine what he deals with on a daily basis. I told him i was driving down from Brunswick Ga, (3hrs 18min) he told me to call when I was close and he would have them start removing the parts. I called an 1hr out and he said they had them ready and waiting. We get there on Thursday right at lunch and this place was a mad house, by that i mean busy. In less than 20 mins I looked at the parts, paid for the parts, they loaded them up and I was out of there and on my way back. The only thing I wish...they were closer. If need be, I'd definitely use them again.
If I could give a -0 I would, unprofessional company, quoted a price for a pickup in person, after finding out the title wasn't available at the time of arrival, attempted to reduce the price $150 less than what was quoted because there wasn't a title, per the worker. After finding the title and advising the gentlemen within minutes, he said the price would still be the same and it wasn't because of the title. Attempted to cheat my family member. Also my property was damaged by the tow driver attempting to remove the car. After showing him the damage to my property , he pulled a towel from the inside of his truck to wipe off the evidence from the outside of his truck. I was advised a manager would reach out to me during the weekday. After no response from a manager. I called the company to speak with the manager, he mentioned he would following up with me to provide information of where to send photos of the damage. I never received the information or a call with any updates. After a few weeks, I decided to call back. I spoke with the same manger again, he said " my property was already damaged, and his "cameras" didn't show the driver came in contact with my property. This is CLEARLY A LIE!! . I have video proof and family members who witnessed it. Do not work with this company!!! If your property is damage, do not listen when they tell you they'll get back to you. CALL THE POLICE , get a report and file a claim right away.

Your response was very prompt, I wish I would’ve received a prompt response when I initially reached out! As I stated in my review above, your manager NEVER reached out to me to submit the information to provide my evidence. After calling the office AGAIN, I was told you all did not follow up because “your cameras” didn’t show your driver damage my property. Why would I reach back out when your manager pretty much lied and didn’t want to assist??? Please don’t come on here acting as if your company really care about the customers. Your employees need more training!

My fiance had contacted them regarding our old car just to get a quote we didn't make any appointment or tell them to come get it but out of nowhere my fiance received a call saying that they're hooking up the car and trying to take it without his permission while he's at work then they also tried charging him saying that he had made an appointment which he never did they keep harassing him trying to get the car And all we wanted was a quote and this happened today 01/07/2025
They reached me out to offer $600 for my car and then when the driver came to my house the office called me again to drop the price almost for full price. I told him to get out of my property I am not doing any deal with shady businesses.
Absolute horrible company to deal with. Called me while I was at work, so naturally I sent the caller to voicemail. They called back immediately and a very rude girl tried to get me to schedule a pick up of my vehicle. I stated that I was out of state and would call Monday when I was home. The girl then proceeded to tell me we could schedule for Monday. I again repeated that I would call them. They then called me the next day at 7:52am (did not answer as I was asleep), then proceeded to show up at my residence at 9:30am and try to take my car. They parked in the back of my house with a tow truck & proceeded to take photos of my car. My husband indicated that I was not home & he did not feel comfortable releasing the car. When I called this company to explain what happened, the same dumb rude girl answered the phone & proceeded to call me a liar because I “didn’t have a drivers name”. I have him on camera, saying the name of his employer, showing my husband a text he received telling him to come to my home. Apparently they don’t begin work until 8am… so please explain the call at 7:52am?? The girl then proceeded to tell me that there was no one else I could speak with when I indicated that she was being very rude & I would like a supervisor. Then she hung up in my face! I called back and spoke to a nicer lady who apologized and explained the situation. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM cause obviously they don’t know how to hire employees who know what the hell they are doing.
Isaac was amazing, he worked with me to get the best price for my automobile. He made the process very easy and painless. He helped pick up heavy things, so I didn’t have too. He also made sure my driveway was clean before leaving. I’m very glad that I decided to do business with them. Thank you very much for helping me get my truck sorted. I will use these same people next time I have a car that needs junked.
