This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Orlando Auto Parts & Recycling in Orlando, FL shows a sharply mixed picture: big wins and big misses, averaging 65/100. Many reviews praise quick scheduling, courteous drivers, smooth paperwork, fair parts pricing, helpful loading, and even hard‑to‑find parts ready fast. But recurring issues include price drops on arrival (quotes slashed at pickup), lowballing tied to catalytic converters/titles, unreachable or rude phone support, early closing, and weak follow‑through on damage claims or receipts. Staff professionalism varies by rep; response times and customer service are inconsistent. Parts availability gets some kudos; overall sentiment is polarized.
They quoted me $490 then they get to where the car is and the tow guy sends a picture of the catalyst converter to the company and who ever he spoke to told him leave the car because it was not the original part. So the tow guy tells me he's gonna call someone at another company then he offers me $200 and since the car was at the mechanic shop I had no choice but to take it. But when I call back and tell them I left something in the car they tell the car is there not at a different location so where is the rest of my money and why did they lie to me?
Do not accept any haggling of price reduction. Say no and tell them to go home if they wont accept their quote. Got a quote for a vehicle, provided battery, keys, title, everything, nothing was missing. After the driver comes they say the price went down by $50, why? No reason, random excuses like that its a old vehicle. I already provided the year of the vehicle when I got the quote. Nothing changed, no reason provided for the quote change. Instead the manager tried to guilt trip me by threatening to fire his employee. Pure harassment and disgusting behavior to prey on weak people. Filing a formal complaint with the state
I was left stranded on inpound location.
Low ball me in the price of the car
Did not like i was looking for best offer.
Do not trust this location. I am a single mother, my son unfortunale crash the car
Car Was under my name.
Explained to them i came from Puerto Rico to help my son and me. We made it to the location by bus and uber.
Would never use this place again or refer anyone. Be careful I called and they told me 500$ then arrived and offered 290 they never said it was a quote if that was the case it wouldn't have been an issue. Also asked if I could have something of proof that I sold the vehicle on arrival I was told not a problem. Then was told by the driver they can't give me anything and I would have to wait 5-7 days super unprofessional when I called and spoke to someone they told me they would call right back and it's been my 3rd time calling with the same excuse. Do not use them!
Excellent Excelent. Edwin was already waiting for me. Documents, signed and confirmed. He was very courteous, polite and professional.
Marcelino who I spoked to was very cordial and very professional
We spoked about pricing and time frame. Process was a breeze
Customer Service is outstanding. I will refer them who needs this kind of service. Thank you so much to both of you! Blessings!
Good communication and very fair prices on parts. In addition they helped me load my doors in my Jeep. To be honest, I didn't think about that and had they not helped I'd have been screwed lol. Buy with confidence, these guys are a class act!
If I could give a -0 I would, unprofessional company, quoted a price for a pickup in person, after finding out the title wasn't available at the time of arrival, attempted to reduce the price $150 less than what was quoted because there wasn't a title, per the worker. After finding the title and advising the gentlemen within minutes, he said the price would still be the same and it wasn't because of the title. Attempted to cheat my family member. Also my property was damaged by the tow driver attempting to remove the car. After showing him the damage to my property , he pulled a towel from the inside of his truck to wipe off the evidence from the outside of his truck. I was advised a manager would reach out to me during the weekday. After no response from a manager. I called the company to speak with the manager, he mentioned he would following up with me to provide information of where to send photos of the damage. I never received the information or a call with any updates. After a few weeks, I decided to call back. I spoke with the same manger again, he said " my property was already damaged, and his "cameras" didn't show the driver came in contact with my property. This is CLEARLY A LIE!! . I have video proof and family members who witnessed it. Do not work with this company!!! If your property is damage, do not listen when they tell you they'll get back to you. CALL THE POLICE , get a report and file a claim right away.

Your response was very prompt, I wish I would’ve received a prompt response when I initially reached out! As I stated in my review above, your manager NEVER reached out to me to submit the information to provide my evidence. After calling the office AGAIN, I was told you all did not follow up because “your cameras” didn’t show your driver damage my property. Why would I reach back out when your manager pretty much lied and didn’t want to assist??? Please don’t come on here acting as if your company really care about the customers. Your employees need more training!
Great service! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Was quickly out the door with my new car! Came to pick up my title and plate in less than a week after purchase. I was very pleased, will recommend to my friends and family!
Isaac was amazing, he worked with me to get the best price for my automobile. He made the process very easy and painless. He helped pick up heavy things, so I didn’t have too. He also made sure my driveway was clean before leaving. I’m very glad that I decided to do business with them. Thank you very much for helping me get my truck sorted. I will use these same people next time I have a car that needs junked.
Arturo was very professional during the pick up.
The price was lowered from $600 to $500.
We were able to negotiate $550.
I accepted that offer and am satisfied with the service.
Roseliano did a wonderful job pulling my car from the back yard under very difficult circumstances. Could have destroyed my fence gate but was very careful and no damage occurred. Outstanding service!
