Supuestamente son servicios 24/7 y el único teléfono que tienen no contestan. Vas a la oficina y está cerrado. En fin un servicio pésimo.

I was 2 miles from the airport trying to make a flight when my tire blew out. I heard it pop and then felt it. Thought I could at least make it to the parking lot but had to pull over. I called Brian and he was there in less than 10 minutes, changed my tire with cars whizzing by in about 15 minutes and I got to my gate with a half an hour to spare. Best service I've ever had. I'm so glad I got him on the phone on my second call.

Staff is incredible and offer great flat rate prices . The best part is they also have a mechanic shop and if you tow to the mechanic shop you get commerical rates. I will definitely use direct towing from here on out.

The company is great. I called within high traffic times and was able to get picked up within 30-40 minutes when all other companies told me 1-2 hours. Bryan had great conversation and was very considerate of my stressful situation. The pricing was also affordable seeing that it was an emergency situation. I would definitely recommend Direct Towing Serive to any and everyone I meet.
