My first time having to get my car towed and wow Mark made it so easy! First off it's 3 in the morning and my night already wasn't going the best but he completely changed that around. Car broke down on Sunday in the middle of nowhere between Bithlo and Christmas. After calling about ten tow companies that were listed as open on Google, Coolrunnings answered the eleventh call I made. They showed up earlier than expected and towed my vehicle an hour home. The cost was reasonable and Mark was professional and a pleasure to ride home with.

Wow!!! Mark was amazing! We are a military family relocating from Japan. Our vehicle was shipped from storage from San Diego to Orlando BUT we are moving to Jacksonville, FL. Orlando was the closest VPC to Jacksonville. We were afraid to drive our car from Orlando to Jacksonville after being in storage for five years. I called all around Orlando finding the best price for the long trek. Mark was a friendly voice and very responsive. Plus I loved the name of his company! After agreeing on a price, Mark picked up the car from VPC at our appt time and dropped it off to our new home in Jacksonville. With coordination with our real estate agent, Mark and myself, our car is sitting in our driveway ready for our arrival from Japan in a few days. Thanks Mark!!!! God send an angel to me earlier tonight. My car broke down on the busy highwayon 417 . And my brother called this towing company and Mr Mark came to my rescue. He told us that he would be at my location in 30 minutes and he was there in 20 minutes he is a people person and he work on my vehicle and I was able to drive home .he knows is job . This tow truck company is amazing. He answered the phone quick and told me it would be a 20-30 min wait and surprisingly made it to me in 15 minutes tops. Service was great, I felt super comfortable with his service especially with being a young female on the side of the road. I would definitely recommend this tow truck company 10/10 Reasonable prices as well! If I am in need of another road side assistance I’m definitely calling this one!

I've got tell you! I'd ever need a tow in Orlando, I'm going to say please use Cool Runnings Tow service!! They are legit! Nicest guys you'll meet! And the best at speed! Their quick to come! I've nene waited more that 30 minutes! Now I know that may not be all the time for them, but every time I've called, they never took more the 30. At point it only took 15 minutes! And they took care of our truck with total care! I highly recommend them!! Look them up! Prices are very reasonable! Honest work! Small businesses need our support!!

I needed my car towed and the entire process took less than an hour! He was such a pleasure and extremely helpful and reliable. I called and he was on his way right away and not like other tow companies where you have to wait hours, he was there 5 minutes after I got to my car. If you need a tow, this is the guy to call! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

10/10 recommend. The Owner assistance my grandparents and I today while being stuck on the side of the road, he was very professional, courteous and caring. He made sure that everybody remain safe while he loaded the car. Such a wonderful experience he help relieve so much stress.

I had my car breaking down, at night, in the middle of the highway and that was very nerve racking for me since it was the first time it has ever happened. Mark calmed me down when providing directions and making sure I was safe. He went above and beyond during the whole process and even offered to hold my car in his truck after finding out that the dealership was closed for the night. The car was delivered in perfect condition, besides the fact that it had broken down. Service was AMAZING and I highly recommend this company to get your car towed, if you ever need it.

These guys were awesome! Answered the phone on the second ring and beat us to the parking lot by where our car was broken down by 5 mins. Responsive and professional. His truck was clean and he had our vehicle loaded in 2 mins. Reasonable rates. About 45 mins later we got a text with 2 pictures showing our car safely in the mechanics parking lot. I highly recommend cool runnings towing. 11 out of 10.

Fast friendly and great service! Car trouble near the Orlando airport. After waiting 3 hours for our insurance company to "try" to get a tow; we called and Coolrunnings was there in 30 minutes. He was willing to tow the 1 1/2 hours to our home!! Car was left in the driveway perfectly and carefully!! Highly recommend!!
