Absolutely horrible service. Strung me along over a two day period telling me he was on the way 4 different times and never showed up. Called to ask where they were after the 4th no show and 2 hours late and was hung up on and had my number blocked. Called from another phone and he hung up on and blocked that phone as well. Extremely rude and unprofessional I highly suggest going somewhere else unless you want to waste 2 days being strung along and lied to over and over just to be treated like trash at the end and back where you started. Even explained this money was urgently needed to keep my electric on and guaranteed me he’d be here and still put me through all that. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere who has a professional working there.. Just called another company and they came within 30 minutes of me calling and gave me the same amount this guy offered. What an absolute joke.
Responding to your response: No it was your company don’t treat me like an idiot I know who I called and who I spoke to over and over for 2 days especially after how I was treated i will never forget your company or the name my review stands and is accurate. I’m also not the only person who gave you a very similar review maybe you should get better employees and if it was you maybe treat your customers better and honor your word and not waste peoples time because you’re busy. I normally don’t do reviews but your company was so bad I had to so nobody else has to go through what you put me and my family through when we couldn’t afford to have our time wasted. Very helpful and professional, and trust worthy, responded right away to my phone call, helped me out even though I was out of state, would highly recommend their business! Promised to Zelle me money for my junk car a few days after he picked it up, and although I didn’t expect to get anything, I was surprised that he kept his promise and wired me the funds. Would highly recommend this trustworthy business.

Where do I start! This man is a CON ARTIST! He lied saying he was going to help me! Took my money and gave me the WRONGPARTS for my car! He ripped the bumper causing damage! Now he won’t answer the phone tells me he’s to busy moving into his new house! I RETURNED the wrong parts and he says I have to wait till he sells it on eBay to receive a refund!!! This is ridiculous!! PLEASE BEWARE AND DONT WAIST YOUR TIME! Go some where else!! If I could put 0 starts I would !
Best price and best service with the most humble attitude it cant get any better. Also not bragging or anything like that but out of everybody who i called to get my van picked up for junk everybody was rude or low ballers. Great service and fast easy pick up! I called around to get a quote at different places but they offered me the most money for my car. I scheduled a pick up and my car was picked up the same day and I got the cash!! I definitely would recommend them
It was very emotional to give you a one star for the only reason your business is registered with the state. Stay away from this business!!! This is a horrible place to do business with. The people are pathological liars to begin with. They schedule pickup for my vehicle (3) times on 6/12/22 and never showed up. They made numerous promises that they are on their way but never kept any of them on all (3) different promises despite the disgraceful lowball price they offer for my vehicle which was very insulting. This operation is a total disgrace. The good news for me I sold my vehicle for double to another buyer on 6/13/22. I hope other patrons boycott your business. I have all proof of what took place in my possession.
The place pays the most money for Junk Cars in the area. I called 5 local junk yards and Manuel from Beaver was the most professional over the phone. They came to see the car, he also honored the price he gave over the phone, then hauled the car away. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. This was the easiest and painless transaction. Thank you Beaver team.
Was quoted $225 and pickup time of 9am. Called at 9:45 they stated driver would call me back.. called at 11:30 they said towtruck broke down. Finally showed up at 3 o'clock and driver hands me $200.. I state I was quoted $225.. he gets on phone and says he can only offer $200.. I will definitely would go with a different company next time.. one that believes in honestly and that my time is also important.

I called these guys 3 days ago, got a quote, which was a great price, but the guy never came by, called the next day and he said he will be coming by to pick up the car, never came by. I called again today and all I keep getting is excuses and the run around. worst company ever, they are not accountable! they give great prices but never follow through!
