This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Orlando, FL, reviews of Junk Cars Buys show an overwhelmingly positive trend: polite, professional staff (Douglas, Victor, Omar, Luis), fast, on-time pickups, clear expectations (title/key/ID), and fair cash offers paid on the spot. Many mention smooth towing, honest quotes, and zero hassle; wait times are short and communication solid. Few to no complaints appeared. Note: customers discuss buying/towing cars, not parts, so inventory, yard organization, and part-finding can't be assessed here. Overall score: 99/100.

What clients say about Junk Cars Buys in Orlando (FL)
I needed a car to be towed and junked. Luis was very pleasant and gave me all of the information I requested and told me to call back if I had additional questions. With this being my first time junking a car, I had several questions. Each time I called back Luis answered the phone and was very patient and showed extreme understanding regarding my situation. Thank you
Victor arrived when my roommate called to pick up 3 of our old dead cars. Victor let us know the car breakdowns and replacement cost and gave us amazing quotes for our cars, we walked away with $400 cash for completely dead vehicles. Thank you very much Victor!
I don't usually leave comments on anything. But I wanted to do it in this case because everything was done in a timely manner with great professionalism. Also, I wanted to say a big thank you to driver Douglas for making the transaction so smooth.
Douglas arrived on time. He called me to give me a 30 minute notice. He and the phone operator both let me know the 3 things I needed to make this process quick and easy: 1. Title, 2. Key, and 3. My ID, letting me know I'd have cash for myself.
Douglas was friendly, courteous, patient, and straight to the point. I would recommend them to anyone!
Thank you for making this whole process quick and easy. I was anxious about having to deal with my car but you guys made it so easy with no stress I wish I had called you sooner. They gave me a good cash payment.
It was a nightmare selling my old car till I found these guys!
Everything was fast and easy, they paid me the full amount in cash.
The driver Victor was so respectful and willing to help! He answered all my questions without a doubt! Thanks guys!
