Jonathan is an awesome guy and really helped me out today. I was in a rush but he was moving so quick already I didn’t have to tell him that I didn’t have enough time.
Went to Auto Zone store 4830 to pick up some parts and I got GREAT service from Jonathan. He was hella helpful and funny as hell. I needed some parts that had to be ordered, Jonathan helped me source them out. Service was amazing. Thank you for your help. Gonna make this my home store.

I’ve been going to this particular store for years and I honestly never felt so thankful for the quality of help I had from Angel Torres Berle . Luis Gomez at store 4830 in Orlando was very helpful. I had a failing battery, he checked it, confirmed, replaced it with a new one. Also checked the alternator and starter and I was on my way in minutes. Great customer service.
My second time here and my second time having the best experience ever with Chris as well as Luis , both very helpful and very accommodating. On today's visit, they did not have the battery clamp that I needed. But they did tell me that the one right up the road had it in stock. I usually avoid that one due to rude customer service but I decided to give them another shot due to the severity of the corrosion buildup on my current one. Against my better wishes, I went to the other one, found it there. It was treated very rudely and the gentleman who serviced me would not put it on for me. I've returned back to this one only to be greeted by Luis at the front door who asked immediately new what I had experienced grabbed his cart came outside and in less than five minutes changed my battery clamp, even though it was purchased at another location. This location is my favorite one.
The customer service here that is offered by Luis and Chris are wonderful.

Pichesca is the best commercial person this store has ever had. Juan has been an asset to this location. Karina and Wilfredo are great too. This has been the best team this store has had in a while.
My battery was cranking slow so I stopped in to get it checked. I bought my battery at AutoZone a few years ago and it was still under warranty. They didn’t have that battery available but Jonathan switched out to a comparable version. He also cleaned my battery cables before putting everything back together. Jonathan was friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service!
I bought a battery with a warranty, yet I had a problem with it, and I came to AutoZone and not only did they replace the battery, but an employee by the name of Wilfredo helped me out a lot by actually saving me a trip to the mechanic and doing the work himself. I am not only thankful but also in debt with this company I wish them well and I hope that you too can receive the same service that Customer needs and desserts.
Jonathan is amazing, and knows exactly what he is doing and won’t sell you short. He will keep it honest with you. I appreciate him taking his time to look at my car and point me in the right direction.
My second time coming here. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help. The store manager Wilfredo has assisted me TWICE with installing a headlight on my Dodge Challenger. The staff here is a blessing and the customer service is 5 stars. This is the Autozone to go to!
What a fun, friendly and experienced store. Kanina was extremely helpful in removing and replacing my car battery. I watched as she replaced it as I never saw this done before. I was impressed with her knowledge.

Fast friendly service. They are always willing to assist and they don't give that " you don't know what your talking about because your a female" feeling. Associates are always welcoming.

Yaneisy helped me find the best battery for my car while having the amount of years without breaking my pockets. She is kind and made sure we were satisfied with purchase. Wilfredo not only changed my battery, he went to advanced auto where my care was stuck. I went to auto zone expecting to just pick up a battery and change it myself but Wilfredo to customer service to the next level and told me he will drive to my car and change the battery for me. After the battery was changed he looked at my moms’ car and told her how to keep the battery positive and negative from getting caked up from use. He is an amazing human being.

I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone Store #4830 thanks to the incredible service provided by Store Manager Wilfredo Vidal. I came in needing a battery replacement, and even though the store was busy and the staff was helping other customers, Wilfredo personally stepped in and changed my battery himself. As the Store Manager, he didn’t hesitate to get hands-on and make sure I was taken care of right away.
He explained everything clearly, was extremely professional, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. It’s rare to see that kind of dedication, and I really appreciate how he took the time to help me directly. Wilfredo sets a great example of what real customer care looks like. Highly recommend this store!
