I’m halfway through an awesome Disney vacation, and one of the most magical moments of the vacation happened at their Car Care Center. They did a quick repair on my Lexus after a brush-up with a tree in the dark at Fort Wilderness. The fix was effective and efficient, and the experience was more than pleasant.

Called another location that was horrible, and then called this spot next and received AMAZING service on the phone from Colby. They got me towed and fixed with great support. When I came in they had another couple saying how great they are too. Thank you!

This Car Care Center is excellent! My daughter dropped her car off due to some noises. The techs looked for the issue but could not find anything wrong. They rotated the tires and tightened up loose bolts to help with the issue. When my daughter picked up her car there was no charge for the service! How often does that happen any more? Thank you Disney Car Care for caring.

Very impressed with the service here. Our car broke down as we were leaving to go back home from our vacation. Once the Manager, Ivan, heard we were trying to leave that day, he went above and beyond to rush order the parts and get it fixed quickly so we could get back on our way. Very grateful!

Colby was awesome and professional! We were vacationing and picked up a nail into our rental tire. Colby and his team got us back to the parks in record time. Awesome place for quick service! Hopefully I will never have to go back but will if need be.

Thank you all here for helping me out with my tire and the guard underneath the front of my car. Immediately upon arriving I was helped and guided through what would need to be done in detail. I felt safe leaving my car in their hands and I’m very appreciative. Shoutout to Shane for his help and professionalism.

Colby was fantastic and got us a tire ordered for a next-day appointment. He gave a completely accurate time frame for repairs. Awesome work guys!

Steve and the entire team were wonderful. I came in with a few issues and expected the worst. They were reassuring and came up with several options to help me. They walked me through everything so that we were on the same page and they got me out and back to life as quick as possible. I have come here countless times for repairs and they always take care of me. I will continue to come here because the team is always very transparent with issues and pricing. The inside waiting area has a counter with plenty of outlets so that you can work while your car is being worked on. For those not working; there are chairs and a tv as well as a vending machine. It’s also air conditioned which is important in Florida.

VERY nice experience. It might cost a few pennies more but people like Diana at the rental desk make it well worth it. Courtesy pickup and drop-off at your Disney resort by a friendly driver. The car had low miles and was CLEAN! Not like airport rentals. When we brought the car back the young lady in the lot took care of it in one minute. Wish we could rent from them all the time. And we will when staying at the Parks.

We had a screw in our tire and they took care of us within one hour. The technician Lee was fast and courteous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Mavis.

Colby and the team were amazing. I was a walk in with an oil change and they took me right away. Even with my family waiting, they completed the oil change in what seems like record time. I would highly recommend to everyone in the area. I drove all the way from Universal Studios resorts just to come here.

The service was great and the price was reasonable. We used the shuttle service to TTC and was able to kill time at the park while we waited for our vehicle to be serviced. Once it was finished, they picked us back up and the overall service was quick and awesome.

Caught a crew in a tire at Fort Wilderness. Called Steve then limped over there. Steve got me in right away and the repair was done in about 45 minutes. Price was amazingly fair. I wholeheartedly recommend the car care center for tire repairs!

Colby, front desk at WDW Car Care Center went above and beyond helping with my non-working key fob. Graciously changed and replaced the battery. Fantastic service. Thank you. Also, Steve at the front desk helped with all the initial estimates an inquiries since this was my first time at the car care center. Very professional and kind service. So convenient and priced right.

Trevor was awesome. My truck had a wheel bearing fall apart as I pulled into our resort and Trevor got my truck diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. I could it be any more pleased with the interaction and service provided by Trevor and the entire crew at this location. Steve was great as well.

I was very happy that I took my car to the Disney Car Center. The service I received was excellent! I was kept up to date with exactly what was wrong with my car, how they were going to fix it and was given a very good price. I had previously taken my car to two other auto mechanics, and was quoted close to $1,000 more, than what I was being charged for at the Disney Car Center. I will definitely return in the future!

Got a flat tire at nine in the morning, Colby had us on the road by noon with a special order tire that he had to bring in. It was a great experience, and we truly appreciate his efforts to get us home safely! Thank you, Colby and the team!

Colby y and his team are awesome! We checked out of our hotel and had a flat. I called his shop, told him what tire we needed. Just to be sure, Colby asked that I send a picture just to be sure. Colby was able to locate and have the specific tire sent to his location. The wait time was minimal. No one likes to check out of a Disney trip to a flat tire, but this was handled as magically as it could have been

We had a great experience with the car care center. Having the shuttle take us to the TTP was wonderful, and made it feel like we did not miss a beat on our vacation. While new brakes were not part of the vacation plan, I can honestly say the work was priced appropriately, done quickly (within hours), and done well.

Last week I learned that Disney has a car care center and I am so grateful. After a few busy days at the parks, I drove over a nail somewhere between the back end of All-Star music in the front parking lot. I wouldn’t realize this until getting in my car after spending half a day at Hollywood Studios. I was so ready to head home but ended up stranded in the parking lot next-door after my PSI plummeted, and my tire went completely flat. AAA was going to take 2 1/2 hours to get someone out to put my spare tire on. I knew Disney must have some way to help and googled “Disney car,” relieved to find out about the car care center. Within 30 minutes, Isaiah arrived with a tow truck, but fortunately only needed to put on my spare. A quick drive over to the car care center by Magic Kingdom, Colby and Steve were able to get my car in for the tire to be patched and I was back on the road by 3:30 - the time AAA said they would be arriving. It cost $45 to patch the tire (plus a tip to Isaiah) but that money was well worth the time I saved getting back on the road. The car care center can sell you a tire, do mechanical work on your car, you name it. I can also set you up with a rental service, and of course, the gas station is right there as you’re leaving Magic Kingdom on the right. Forever, grateful that Disney has this amenity. Thank you all so much!

We thought we were just low on air in our RV tires but Colby and Lee took a look under our rig and found out we had a flat tire on the inside duel tire. We had no idea and it would have been super dangerous on our 700 mile trip home. They took their time and made sure all the other tires were the correct psi (all low..) and filled the flat tire so we could hobble our way to an rv repair place. Thanks guys! You really saved us big time. Highly recommend these guys if you ever get into a bind.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. I was able to make a same-day appointment, which was super convenient, and Steve really took care of us from start to finish. The service was excellent and surprisingly quick, we were in and out in less than 2 hours. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other service centers in the area. The staff was friendly and professional, and the place was very clean and well-kept, which made the wait comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

Absolutely amazing people to work with. Colby helped me out and made sure I had all the options. Very sympathetic of my situation and made sure I was well taken care of. While the magic was gone for a short amount of time cause of car troubles, Colby managed to sprinkle that pixie dust and get us back into the magic.

Wow! ? I could not be more grateful for the service. I experienced a flat tire halfway through my 3 Hour Dr. down to Disney and just knowing that the car center was available and that it was trusting made all the difference. Shout out to Steve for his kindness and compassion and for his support through the process.

We started losing air on our way to Disney from WV in one tire. Walmart couldn’t even find the leak. We took the car to Colby and his team at the car care center. They helped us navigate the issue and when our tire couldn’t be repaired, they found us a very similar tire and got us in the very same day to get us back on the road. Colby answered everytime I called and the whole team was very accommodating, providing transportation to and from the TTC so our day at Epcot could go as planned. The assistance the team gave us was amazing and kept our Disney vacation enjoyable and stress free. Thank you so much!!! We left wishing that every service ship in WV had employees who care this much!

We just got a flat tire on the way to Animal Kingdom and TJ, from WDW Car Care Center, quickly stopped to offer free assistance, and switched us to my spare within minutes, literally. I have roadside assistance, but he just told me to cancel the request for them because he's got and, and he did. Jon, from Disney security, also stopped by to ensure that we were taken care of. One more reason we love Disney!

Pulled into the Walt Disney World car care center expecting a long wait and maybe a small existential crisis in the parking lot—but Steve, Nick, and the crew had other plans. They slapped new tires on my trailer rims faster than a FastPass line at Space Mountain. I barely had time to finish my Mickey-shaped snack before they were done. Friendly, fast, and magically efficient. I don’t know if they’re mechanics or low-key Disney sorcerers, but either way—10/10, would let them take my wheels to the ball again.
