That said, because it’s right in the heart of the Florida Mall, there’s a nonstop flow of foot traffic—people are constantly stopping to admire these amazing machines. While it can get busy, it’s also a testament to just how captivating Tesla’s cars and innovations truly are. Definitely worth the stop! ?⚡

Absolutely disappointed with how this showroom is being managed. Our company has purchased multiple Cybertrucks from Tesla across different showrooms, and this location has been, by far, the worst experience. One of our company owners and a potential investor requested a demo of a Cyberbeast, as it was being considered for our fleet. Tesla provided a Cyberbeast for the demo; however, the vehicle had uncleaned vomit in the rear seat. Our representative was aware this issue existed prior to the demo. Two days earlier, he attempted to schedule a drive with the same Cyberbeast but was informed the vehicle had vomit from a child who had gotten sick in the back seat earlier that day. He was told to return the following day, as the truck would be cleaned that morning. The demo drive was then scheduled two days later, under the assumption the vehicle had been properly cleaned. Unfortunately, during the demo—well into the drive—the vomit was discovered still present in the back seat. This was extremely embarrassing, especially considering a child was seated in the back and had come into contact with the dried vomit before it was noticed. This is a clear biohazard, and at no point was the vehicle sealed off or removed from service. While this experience does not reflect our feelings toward the Tesla brand as a whole, it is deeply disappointing that such a situation was mishandled. Absurd to say the least. More to follow..

Still impressed years later! I bought my Tesla from the Orlando location a few years ago, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The team back then was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely excited about the product — they made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Years later, the car still runs like new. The technology, performance, and reliability have completely spoiled me — I can’t imagine going back to a gas car. Even the service center here has always treated me right whenever I’ve needed anything minor done. If you’re considering a Tesla, don’t hesitate. This location set the bar for what great customer service and long-term quality should look like.

Don’t ever order a car from here without seeing it first. Husband and I ordered a car. Scheduled for pickup the next day at 10am. Get there to pickup car and the entire passenger side rocker panel is damaged. We refused the car because none of this damage was shown on pictures or listed on the website. We were then told we would loose our $500 deposit on car unless we ordered another one. We found one on the lot but couldn’t move forward without another $500 deposit and had to reapply for the loan. They also wouldn’t honor the three months free supercharge and self driving that was on the original order. Loan rate went up from original. They victim blame, when the fact is if they would have been honest with the damage on the car and listed it in description and shown in pictures, we would have NEVER placed the order. Now we will be paying 1000s of dollars more over the life of the loan on the higher interest rate due to no fault of our own. Steer clear ordering online. Do yourself a favor and go in person to the store and see the cars prior to before placing any order!

My Experience with Paul I recently had an outstanding experience with Paul at this Tesla location over the phone. From the very beginning, Paul was empathetic and truly understood my concerns regarding my financial offer. The offer I had been given was different from the original one, and I had spent more than a week going back and forth with Tesla customer service trying to get my previous offer reinstated. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills Paul took the time to listen to my situation and immediately began working on a solution. While we were on the phone, he used his computer skills and expertise to resolve the issue. In no time, he managed to secure a new offer for me that was 99% identical to my original one. His ability to understand the problem and work efficiently was truly impressive. Outstanding Customer Service Throughout the process, Paul was patient, professional, and demonstrated a genuine desire to help. He made the entire experience stress-free and ensured that I was satisfied with the outcome. Thanks to Paul's dedication and resourcefulness, my finance issue was fixed quickly, and I am extremely grateful for his support. I had a great experience working with Alejandro at Tesla. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient throughout the entire process. Even though it was the release of the new iPhone and the mall was packed and hectic, Alejandro made us feel relaxed and well taken care of. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. His professionalism and genuine care made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Because of the outstanding service he provided, I would absolutely return to Tesla in the future.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Cachea on three separate occasions, and each time I’ve been blown away by her patience, professionalism, and kindness. Dealing with a damaged vehicle is stressful enough, but Cachea’s calm and accommodating demeanor consistently made the experience smoother and far less intimidating. Most recently, I showed up at the center without an appointment — stressed, confused by the app, and probably not at my best. I had misunderstood the process and was already en route when I spoke to her on the phone. Instead of making me feel like a burden, Cachea calmly reassured me and told me she’d walk me through the steps when I arrived. True to her word, she took my phone, navigated the process with ease, and made it all look so simple. She even advocated for my case during the technician’s lunch break to keep things moving — and they took my car right then and there, despite the potential for a long wait. Her empathy and service went way above and beyond. Today, I called again with yet another (possibly dumb) question — and once again, I had the good fortune of speaking with her. Same thoughtful, courteous, and genuinely helpful attitude. Cachea is truly a gem. I hope her superiors recognize how lucky they are to have someone like her representing Tesla. She turned a stressful situation into something human, and even uplifting. Thank you, Cachea — you’re the reason I’m writing this review

They do excellent work! Had minor accident from using summons.(another story smh). But they have reasonable Tesla rentals why you wait for your vehicle to be fixed. Meagan took care of me and is awesome Xavier is in the rental department and he helped me out too. They did a great job with everything I have no complaints. Highly recommended.

I’m extremely upset with the way my Tesla was returned after collision repairs. The car was delivered with a cup holder full of unknown chemical residue, and my 3-year-old child touched it before I even noticed. This is reckless and a serious health hazard to families. A collision repair shop—especially a Tesla-certified one—should return vehicles clean and safe. Based on this negligence, I cannot recommend this shop. Robbed my insurance for small repair. 1 star is for associate to be nice

Bunch of lying price gouging con artists. Brought in for repair of a cracked bumper cover, mind you this was a small crack from hitting a piece of roadkill in the corner of the bumper. Was told 2000-2200 MAX onsite with adjuster. Of course get an email today and that magically has gone up to 3k with some added things that have ZERO to do with the repair. Have had 4 teslas, this is the last straw

Tesla Service Center (Orlando/Merritt Island): Legendary On Inefficiency If you live in Palm Bay or anywhere outside Orlando, be ready for a logistical nightmare. You can’t take your car directly to the Orlando Service Center for repairs. First, you have to schedule a validation appointment in Merritt Island—which is about 45 minutes away—just to confirm the issue exists. That alone takes 3 to 4 weeks. Once that’s done, you wait another 3 to 4 weeks to get scheduled at the actual repair location in Orlando—another hour and ten minutes away, if there’s no traffic. Total joke. I brought my Tesla in for paint defects that came straight from the factory. They repainted the bumper and trunk, but when I picked it up, the job was clearly rushed. Paint was peeling under the headlights, and I could see dust and debris under the clear coat from five feet away. That’s not nitpicking—it’s just poor quality control. I had to go back not once, not twice, but three separate times because every time they “fixed” it, they introduced new problems. The people working there—especially the customer reps—are decent to deal with. But the overall service process is trash. They’re slow and disorganized, and the repair quality is weak. When I questioned the painter about the poor finish, he told me “it’ll never be perfect” after repainting. What kind of excuse is that? Any competent paint shop could’ve done better. That’s just laziness being passed off as policy. The loaner car they gave me was also a disaster. Older model, expired tags, busted tire that kept losing air. I had to keep filling it up myself. They literally called me and said they hoped I didn’t get in trouble with the expired registration. Unreal. To top it off, they rush you to pick up the car the second it’s “ready.” No regard for your schedule. They take forever to get anything done, but once they’re finished (poorly), they expect you to be there immediately. When I picked up my car the last time, it had new scratches all over it. Turns out they just wipe down cars with regular rags after washing. And yes, those rags will scratch your clear coat. They even admitted cats sometimes jump on the cars while they’re sitting outside. You read that right—cats. One of the guys even asked me if I was “going to point out every little thing.” Yeah, I am. It’s a brand-new car. Why wouldn’t I? Bottom line: I dropped my car off with a few paint defects. I got it back with more scratches, dust, and peeling issues than it started with. The Orlando Service Center is completely overwhelmed. The lot is jam-packed, and clearly they’re cutting corners to get through the volume. This isn’t just a “bad day at the shop”—this is a broken system that fails the customer at every level. Avoid this place if you have any other option. The people aren’t the problem—the process is. Tesla needs to open more service centers, hire more competent paint techs, and actually care about the vehicles we paid a fortune for. Until then, expect delays, excuses, and a worse car than you dropped off.

I want to give a big shout out to Erik for being very very helpful through the entire process my car was in there. It was being dealt with insurance and told me it’ll take 4 weeks but managed to get it out in 2 weeks. Very professional people and Erik makes sure you are updated and not worried through the whole process. If you dropped your car off damaged it’ll get picked up like you bought it from the dealership. Prince as well was very welcoming and understanding with any questions I had and helped me even in the rain. Huge ups to prince and Erik who know what true customer service is and how to help and ensure people the best service. Whatever the other people complain about is their own problems they don’t understand. My experience. Dropped it off they fixed it and I picked it up. Love these guys.

Very satisfied with the repairs on my 2024 Tesla Model 3. I had a rear-end collision and the entire back of my vehicle was essentially crushed. I thought my vehicle would have been considered a Total Loss but it was deemed as repairable. Of course I brought it to my closest collision center which was the Orlando location. Cachea from the front desk at Tesla has been wonderful. From my first phone call with her, she has been keeping me well informed of the repair process as well as providing semi-weekly updates on the status of my vehicle. There was roughly 6 extensions for the completion of my vehicle, but she was able to provide me appropriate reasoning for the extensions. Dumi who was my service advisor also kept me well informed of updates to repairs for my vehicle and was able to greet me upon arrival to the collision center and walk me through the repairs completed. The day after I took delivery, the front tow hook cover was unsecured and detached from the front bumper. I sent a message through the Tesla app with an image and the team responded in an appropriate time frame and was able to replace and secure the new part. I will be honest and say the repair process is long, tedious, and sometimes stressful but remember that your vehicle is in good hands. The repair process for my vehicle was close to 60 days but I am truly satisfied and thankful.

You couldn’t ask for a better experience or team! I’m so grateful to have the experience of working with Cachea and Alvin on repairing my Cyberbeast. They promised my truck would be back within a specific window and it came back on the earliest end of the estimate. During the repair, Alvin proactively communicated with me on the status of my truck and took the time to explain the repair process to me. We had to replace 2 doors and a quarter panel and the truck came back looking better than the day I picked it up! They even cleaned the truck (inside and out) for me too, making it pleasant to drive my truck home after pickup. The team here work really hard to service the entirely of central Florida, and we really couldn’t ask for a better team. Thank-you for taking care of Megatron (my stainless steal tank)!

I got my Tesla Model 3 taken to Tesla collision. These 2 gentlemen named Prince and Junior went about my vehicle’s estimate and damages very professionally. I love the office space inside as well and the front woman named Hilary was just as great. If you manage to need repairs, ask for Prince to assess your estimate.

“Don’t worry, our team will take very good care of your car”. Those are the first words that I heard from the Tesla Collision Orlando, after my car suffered what one would call “a kill scene” from a vampire movie (directed by Hurricane Helene). From the initial call right after the tow truck delivery, to the follow-ups through every step, they made the whole operation a breeze. Thank you to the exceptionally charming and welcoming front desk Cachea and to John, the estimator extraordinaire who, appart from knowing everything there is to know, has a great sense of humor and is awesome, and his fantastic crew. With how my car came in dead and how it came back out alive and new again, I can honestly say that everyone at the Tesla Collision Orlando has exceeded my expectations of my collision repairs, in every way possible. Saying that I hope to see them soon again would be silly of course, but if so, I know they would turn another catastrophic event into a miracle with a smile. Thanks so much guys! ???

The service I received from this location was horrible. I had issues just setting up the appointment in the first place. I picked up my model y brand new and it had paint defects on the trunk door. I was told by the service center I had to take it to the collision center for paint repairs. First Megan gave me a hard time about having to go through insurance, when it was a defect that existed with my brand new car. It took forever for me to even get my car seen because when I was going to take my car in I was told it would take at least a week for repairs and they had no loaner for me and could give me an uber credit. So I can get back home but I won’t have a vehicle to drive for at least 7-10 days. Prince took care of my car. They had my car for three weeks, one of those weeks being during hurricane Milton where they just left the car outside in the lot during the bad weather. Had I had my car back I would’ve had it parked in my garage. I somehow picked up my car in even worse condition than I dropped it off. The paint isn’t smooth at all, bunched up in some spots or cracked even worse than it was before the work was done. I showed this to Prince before leaving with my car and he said it wouldn’t be an issue but also my vehicle is under warranty so no big deal. He didn’t even stick around to inspect my entire vehicle. I couldn’t even leave my feedback in the app because the survey isn’t open for 24 hours and it was already closed before the weekend was over and I picked up my car on a Friday. Based on the service I’ve received since I’ve had my vehicle for a few months, I’ll never buy another Tesla again. I honestly wish I could return my car.

When I dropped off my car here, I had to be mentally prepared that it was going to take a while, these guys have a long backlog and I was OK with waiting to get the best result. I was not disappointed in terms of the quality of the repair done to my Tesla. The car is about 8 months old, and I cannot with the naked eye tell where the repair was done compared to the rest of the car, it truly feels like I got my new car back. My service advisor was Alvin, he was good. I also used GEICO, which Tesla states was very good to work with during the process, they came out to see the damage once the teardown was finished and approved additional repairs needed. So, overall, a great experience. I'm so glad I didn't rush to take the car to another shop just to get it done faster. To me, repair quality was the most important aspect of choosing a shop, and I got the best quality result from the manufacturer. Thank you Tesla, Alvin, and GEICO!

If, I could give a no star rating I would. In the past 18 months I have had 3 tire blowouts on the highway. Each has left me stranded while awaiting help from Tesla roadside service ( an unpleasant experience would be a vast understatement). After not hearing anything back from Tesla Roadside, I was able to contact the service department of my dealership directly. I explained to them how the car began to shake and that pieces of the tire well literally peeled off. They instructed me to have the vehicle towed to them (a distance of 114 miles). When we arrived at 5:04 pm, I was rudely advised that they were closed, though the door was open and the place full of employees. I explained what happened, told them that I was instructed by Tesla to have the car towed to their location, and showed them pictures I had taken of the car. Without offering to come outside and look at the car, I was abruptly told by an individual behind the desk that it was a collision problem and that I must have hit something, (which itself was both insulting and rather condescending). I then asked if they could help me, to which I was again told “we don’t do collision work”. After being stranded on a dangerous stretch of open highway, walking 3 miles to find a safe place to wait for the tow truck, and following the instructions given to me by Tesla, it was not only disappointing, but downright insulting to be treated like I was imposing on their time. Tesla may have a good name, but my experiences with them speak otherwise. It may be fun buying the new vehicle from them, but God help you if something goes wrong later.

Really sad experience here I was about to preorder mine model Y I made mine appointment for 3 pm I was there at 230pm it’s 330pm and the car is not back yet I wanted to test it before I buy it. There’s something that I like to do when I purchase a new vehicle and more when it comes to electrical card. Sorry I’m not shopping over here anymore. Very sad Experians overall

I was so excited to be visiting my first Tesla repair shop. I made my appointment time online and when I arrived at my appointment time there were many people around helping but no one approached me. I had to get out of the car and go up to the service person and tell them I'm here. She told me to wait in car until my service advisor came. I waited for about 10 min before the advisor showed up. I had several things I wanted the team to inspect on the vehicle but I was shot down with, "If it was not in the appointment paperwork prior to me coming, I have to make another appointment." I was like but I'm already here, ok...... I was told to go into the building's waiting room. I went into the building but started to walk around about 1 hour later. While I was out, I noticed that my vehicle had not moved. I had been there for 1 hour and my car still had not been touched. I don't think this service center respects the customer time. My car was moved inside 1.5 hours after the appointment time. This is the first part of my experience, I will continue after I get my car back.

The stores presents such a simple and elegant design, almost equally as they cars! I entered just out of curiosity, always admired Tesla and wanted to see they cars by myself! The service there was exceptional, they treated me very well. It’s important to say that you can make orders completely remotely, and visit the store just to confirm the build quality of they products! Just hope to visit it again, but hopefully, going out of it driving a Tesla!
