Choose this mechanic! Mikey and his family were kind, honest and fair. They went the extra mile checking my car and their waiting area was comfy too! I was very happy worth the experience here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

If you're having any car trouble or just need an oil change this is the place to go to. They are pleasant and recommend services without pushing. Even going so far as to tell me about an issue but informing me that we should wait until I come for the next oil change bc it's a pricey fix and to make sure that is actually the problem. I really appreciate the customer service and the small but perfectly stocked and comfortable waiting room.

Perez Auto Service is alot more than just a family owned business. They’re polite, knowledgeable and offer their honest opinion on what and how to fix your car. My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree for over seven months. Other mechanics led me to believe my issue was something other than what it actually was. This is the only place I’ll take my car …. and I travel a good distance to take it there! Thank you so much Mikey!

This is more than a mechanic shop, it’s a honest peace of mind shop. I brought my car here after other mechanic shops gave me bad advice and had me repairing parts that was unnecessary. These people are intelligent and straight forward. I left the shop feeling so happy and relieved to finally have my car fixed, and also someone I can trust for any future car issues. 10/10!!!

The work performed at Perez Auto is definitely one you can feel great and in peace, knowing that when you come back to pick your car up, and is going to be in top shape. What i personally like the most is the professionalism and the extra mile the put in each vehicle. They searched and researched until they find the best solution to fix your car. And they let you know if something doesn’t look right, even if has nothing to do with the issue the vehicle was brought in. I totally recommend this shop to anyone

Perez Auto Repair is a fantastic place to get your car repaired. They are knowledgeable and honest. Communication with them is prompt and my questions were responded to quickly. Their prices are fair and they were a godsend to me when I got into a fender bender 3 hours away from home in Orlando. The dealership quoted me a price that was 3 times more than Perez repaired my car for. They were also pleasant and friendly on the phone when I called in in my distress. I cannot recommend Perez Auto highly enough. 6/5 stars, the best!!!!

Mikey was a great technician! Very easy, nice and outgoing. Just went in for a simple oil change and filter and change and my car was done in under an hour. I recommend the shop to anyone in the area; great service and speedy too!

The lobby is always clean and organized. The office clerk is always welcoming and understanding. The mechanics always make time to educate me about my vehicle and they always explain it to me on my level of understanding. Parts and labor are always a fair price. Amazing people! I called looking for help because my AC went out in my car while on vacation. I called numerous places, there was no where else that could help that day so I called them, they booked for 1pm but not long after they called back and said they can take me earlier. I was there for maybe 2-3 hours with 3 kids, the woman gave them oranges an talked with us as if she was an old friend. They even cut down my expense lower than it would’ve costed to repair anywhere else. Would definitely recommend going there for your car trouble.

I visited Perez for a keyless malfunction, which made me annoyed for a few months. They fixed it by restarting the battery. And even no charge on me. What a nice guy! Definitely will visit here again if I have any other problems on my car.

They were referred to me by a frugal friend. It took a week to get an appointment so I just took Lyft for a week until I could get in to see them.I found the service to be excellent. They got major work done in a decent time frame. The prices were competitive and fair. I don't mind paying for good service I just need to know that I can rely on it. I'm no mechanic, so I have nothing to go on, but how well my car runs now. It runs great :-) I will use them from now on.

Perez Auto Service is the best auto repair I’ve ever been to. They’re friendly, personable, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, quick and will do anything to help reduce cost of the service they’re providing for you. I’ve been 10 or mores times total for oil changes, brake pad replacements, rotor replacements, engine repair and transmission service. I’ve never left disappointed with the service or the cost of the service. If you’re around the Orlando area this is the place you need to be going hands down. I love this place and will only ever bring my car to them.
