I wanted to let the manager from this store know that when customers come into the store to purchase the two employees were very disrespectful and busy talked to me with an attitude and then making you feel unwanted I felt like walking out of the store. She even walked away from me when I finally noticed she was standing to help me but because I was distracted and the other nice employee came to help me. It should not be like this! From now on I will be shopping at discount auto or O'Reilly. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Alejandra! She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my issue and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Went into this auto zone, as I entered there was a lady behind a counter. She had on big sunglasses, thin black hair, with a red shirt on I proceeded to say excuse me to her. She turned around looked at me and walked away. Then she turned around again and completely ignored me standing there. She has terrible customer service and is unkind. She could’ve redirected me or simply say someone will be with me shortly. Instead I was met with a dismissive attitude.

These guys are always willing to help with any questions that may come up and don't mind taking the extra minute to cross reference parts and double check fit as best they can with the info on hand to them. It's my go to for non specialty parts.

I had the pleasure of working with Alejandra at AutoZone, and she went above and beyond! She fixed my headlight issue and even switched out my battery — I didn’t have to touch a thing. She was knowledgeable, gave me great insight, and even taught me a few things about my car that I didn’t know. On top of that, she was friendly and great to talk to. I really appreciate her help and highly recommend asking for her if you go to AutoZone!

5 star! i was down in Orlando for vacation (drove down there) my car wanted to start whenever , the battery was my issue i stopped at autozone got a battery test done for free & a great deal from the store manager on a Duarlast Gold battery , she was very helpful & informed me about the warranty of the battery & how it works , also the store is very well organized & clean up nice & nest easy to find anything your looking for , smells very good too ! shout out to the store manager who keeps her store & employees up to par!

Alejandra y Omaira gave and outstanding service! I thought my alternator was damaged but they were so kind by explaining that my battery was about do die due to a particular smell, which I assume their years of experience could tell. They even made sure my previous battery had a warranty which resulted in zero cost for me, and went above and beyond by even changing my battery. This is definitely what a great service is all about. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you both once again, you guys are great!

Went into Autozone to purchase a headlight for my car. Asked Brian O for help and he assisted when looking up which light bulb I needed. Did offer to assist to put in. But I asked for help. He said NO. Then I went out to put in the bulb and realized he didn't even help because the one he said was the right bulb was in fact the wrong one. However he proceeded to help someone else including came outside & looked at his car. I asked him while he can come outside & help someone else, but when I ask3d for assistance he said NO? No answer. I went to speak with his Manager Alehandra. I apologize if I misspelled your name. But she assisted me in getting the correct bulb, gave me a discount for the trouble & came outside to assist in putting the bulb in. I appreciated her assistance. Kindness goes a long way. And Brian O needs to learn it or get out of the Customer service business. God Bless you Sir & Manager. I hope this review help someone else.

Needed to come for a quick restroom stop, come in and tried to ask any coworkers where the restroom is. To start with no one greeted and when I went to talk they continued talking amongst themselves eating there food near the cash registers, they did not answer my question, I went to another coworker who was on their cell phone I asked if there’s a restroom, with attitude she looks up and says yeah then gets back on her phone. I’m wondering where and ask if it’s in the back and once again as annoyed as she could be that I went to ask a question she proceeded with just “yeah” The animosity and unprofessionalism here just had me baffled. I felt uncomfortable in this environment.

I came in needing help replacing a battery that I had purchased at a different AutoZone location! Alejandra was so helpful, she even replaced a bolt that was missing! she also took in my old battery and reimbursed me on the core charge! lovely location!

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION IF IT’S THE LAST THING YOU DO! I want to save people their time, safety, and money. I came to this location needing only a battery swap under my warranty, and left with a situation that could have cost me my life driving my vehicle home in the condition it was in and unexpected expenses/damage done to my vehicle. *The associate tested my battery and the test claimed it was still good but the top had corrosion all over it so she decided to clean it off and test my battery again, and same results as the first test. BOTH TESTS NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT MY ALTERNATOR - KEEP THAT IN MIND* I will not name names, but the manager on site at the time and store associate took part in swapping my battery and told me that my fuse box was not in a correct position so they both took turns using different tools trying to bang it into place to make it fit. This went on for quite some time, and they were both unsuccessful at getting it flush. The manager and the associate decided to take pliers to my fuse box and chip off big pieces of it and managed to mess up wiring connected to it. Mind you, the associate and manager were having a disagreement in spanish during this (I don’t speak spanish but it was clear in their tone and gestures that they weren’t agreeing on something, and it caused tension.) Eventually they got it to “fit” then they sent me on my way, but that whole process took over an hour. Two hours later the battery light came on and my car started to fill with this awful burning smell, it was so strong I had to get out of my car and let it air out. I took it back to Autozone and when I arrived the manager and associate that assisted me were standing up front. He turned around to look at me, rolled his eyes, shook his head, and walked away. The associate came out and tested the NEW battery and said it dropped 10% in battery because of my ALTERNATOR. She said “your alternator is extremely old, that’s the problem.” When I mentioned nothing came up about the alternator in the last two tests and there was no burning smell she had no response other than “it’s your alternator, take it to your mechanic.” Then she walked back in the building and that was it. I had to drive my car from this location all the way to Saint Cloud to my mechanic, and upon his inspection, my alternator was completely MELTED so that needed repairing and I needed a new cable and sensor replacement. I want to give the biggest thanks to Juan and Michelle who are District Managers for Autozone in FL. I explained to them the situation and they were empathetic and prompt with assisting me and offering the best solution. When going back to the Autozone location for reimbursement, the associate who worked on my car was still there AND doing services on customers vehicles outside, which is very concerning. The store manager also didn’t seem very concerned or apologetic about the situation so maybe this is a reoccurring thing that happens at this location.

Guy wasn't very nice no casual talk and didn't seem to happy about carrying my purchase out to my car,I'm disable and walk with a cane the alternator I got was heavy When I bought back the the old one I asked again can you please get it from the car.Then when I asked if he could bench test it he said the tester was down.Which I don't believe. The store in Clermont was nice and very helpful but I went to the one on oakridge because that's where my friend that put it in for me lives

If you have a bad day just don’t go to work or take it on a customer..a girl employee there has no experience on car at all she also rude and mean she shouldn’t be working at this place at all I will never go to this autozone anymore and please autozone hire someone that know about car and care about the customer!!

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Jorge and I must say his customer service was outstanding! Jorge went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. Super knowledgeable! As expected the store maintains an incredibly beautiful display throughout the environment. The associates were somewhat helpful. Unfortunately for your business I am a disabled Veteran who requires an appropriate latrine service. What do you mean your bathrooms are closed and out of service? I'm pretty sure that's not up to real code and you're risking an entire fine over it, So for this main reason. Im going to rate you 3 stars , although u could have been a near perfect rating.

Alejandra at Store # 6744 was amazing. The store was packed and she worked with me until I was satisfied with the transaction, but did not discount the needs of others at the same time. One of the best multi-taskers that I have witnessed. Great Job, and I will definitely be back.

Two Mexican managers very rude one nice puertorican. I asked Rus to check my engine light and very rudely was giving me the reader to do it myself. I asked him to please do it because i don’t know how he told me “ I’m not going outside I don’t feel like it”
