Waited 3 hours for help because of a safety concern asked if someone can come lift the truck to relocate the stands they made called a bunch of times and every single person that answered said someone will be there shortly and just hung up on me waited and waited no one came then called again and one person sounded like he was going to get it handled saying ah! You shouldn't be treated that way your a customer trying to buy parts from us and that's unacceptable making it sound like I was going to get helped that I deserved even said that the manager was the one going over to help me never showed up once again then I called the last time and said your just going to half to come to the front desk bro! So I did and said my peace respectfully and left before I left they offered to help me I just said unbelievable

What a disappointing experience to say the least. After paying $3 to go on a hunting mission after looking at a map in lobby that lead me to a huge paved yard at a nearly 100 degrees temperatures with no where to look for signage/floor painting directions of any kind as to where to go and thanks to a kind Samaritan that lead me to the right direction as no one was there to assist you otherwise. Found the right car where I was in need of the window trims and after doing all the hard work cine to find out was same price in FACT more than online where I could’ve saved the hassle and have it delivered home at no extra cost. I was at awed by the cost of parts since it was my understanding that would save me a significant amount for going through the hassle plus the drive there and back. Total lack of sympathy by refusing to see the price I was able to find versus theirs and picking up pieces I picked out and trashing them and saying that owner would rather “throw them away instead of piling them up” (thought could turn it into inventory) sad. Then telling me that because I spoke to manager (the Venezuelan gentleman that greeted me) I had messed up my chances of getting a deal then same young man proceeded to say other shady stuff that were plain lies. Asked for refund after paying by card then gave back to me casi without counting and without thinking of it when got home and counted amount was incorrect. Was short changed and I then wondered why didn’t he count cash as he was giving back to me as usually practiced. I was almost in tears as I felt totally bullied and tried to have taken advantage of. I emailed corporate same day this happened in regards to my money so they can check transaction through video, haven’t heard back
