The best yard in central Florida. Free water, nice staff and very good cars to pull parts. I found Hummer H2 and a 2018 mercedes AMG C43 with a complete twin turbo engine
Over priced and no warranty, I'm never coming back. Very bad customer service. They also search your bag like your stealing. They actually stick their hands in your bag. That is so uncomfortable I won't never be back .

Central Florida is a good place to get parts. Office is indoors and has many registers to check in and check out. They offer free water on the way in. The office staff is friendly with Jose and Jenny checking you in and Jennifer and Evelyn checking you out. The yard is well organized with new inventory daily.
Far too expensive for used parts that you have pull yourself in the hot sun with your own tools, and that have been sitting outside open to the elements for sometimes months. We got some fiber board with felt glued on to it storage boxes about 11 inches long for a Subaru. They smelled like mild from being rained on for 2 months in an open back car, had dirt and chocolate milk stains. Two of these and one eye bolt and they wanted $130. That's NUTS! Never going back. Was much cheaper elsewhere.
double charged me for two parts in one purchase, tried to call and left a message and no one ever returned my call. the shopping carts they have are nice, but the asphalt lot is full of oil filled potholes which makes navigating a shopping cart a hassle
We got a 5.3 V8 engine with a complete transmission, we received excellent service at the location and we are very happy. I highly recommend the place.
I like this place I use to go to different junkyard sometimes I find what I need, some other time I don't but at Central Florida Pick & Pay you can find everything that you need with affordable price and when you call them to ask about parts they're friendly and ready to help like, last time I call to ask about a window I find a very kind and comprehensive person at the other side is name is Emil Reyes, he was very helpful even though I didn't find the part that I needed but it's understandable because it's a recent car (year 2019) that is why I didn't find because he told me they have the old ones like (2005 - 2009) so we good, keep it up Emil Reyes, you're doing great, every company should have a person like you.
Told me $500 for my car but then wanted to give me $150 because my muffler was welded and that’s all they take from the car. Why not say “it can be as high as 500 depending on the muffler when the tow truck employees look it”. False information and misleading.
Supper easy to get in contact with them, I only called once and this nice gentleman Emil answered with good costumer service and I understood everything he explained to me.
Want to be honest. The place has good vibe good people. But there prices is a little to steep. Like I been to other junkyard and there prices is way better then this place. I bought some light plugs and some bolts and screws and a door handle and a door latch. For all of that right there they charge me 65 dollars. I paid it because I needed it. I’m glad I didn’t take the seats or the liner. They probably would of charge me 1000
My roommate left his phone in a car he sold to CFPP. They found it and called me from his contacts and we made arrangements to pick it up the next day. Prices are skyrocketing to the heavens. Considering the time you could have spent on paid work, their high prices for used parts, the entrance fee, some additional charge they include in the receipt, and the paid warranty (without which there’s no return), a visit to this place turns out to be far from cheap — and possibly even more expensive than buying a new part.
And low prices are probably the main thing customers expect from this place, I think.
Beware of buying parts here . I bought an abs module with code issues different from my original. Went back and exchanged it for another with no problem. The 2nd one also had different issues. Went
To get store credit since they had no other.they said now i own the bad part because I had exchanged it once already. So now they keep my money and I have to keep the bad part
They used to have good, affordable prices, but now their prices are completely out of control. I bought a bumper yesterday, and this month it costs as much as a new one—or even more. It’s ridiculous. They want to charge you for everything separately, and I’m pretty sure they even charged me for the paint.
