I was in a bad accident and was taken to the ER. Ace transported my car from the accident to their impound yard. Later when I went to Ace's impound yard to finalize things and get my belongings out of the car (I had never dealt with them before) I wont lie, I was expecting the usual crappy, dirty, rude and bad experience you come to expect at an impound yard. (If you have ever been to one, you know I'm not exaggerating). However, when I called, Jeff was nice and had great customer service over the phone. It gave me a glimmer of hope! I said to myself, well at least there is ONE cool person there, but I was wrong. EVERY person that I dealt with there was fantastic. Customer service that was really great! and it wasn't just Jeff, it was everyone there. Yes, yes, all their trucks are new and clean and beautiful, and top of the line, but its not fancy trucks or any of that stuff that sets them apart from everyone else. Its their their people and their customer service standards. From the drivers, to the guy in the yard (sorry I forgot his name) to Jeff and Heather in the office, they COMPLETELY exceeded my customer service expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I felt they ALL genuinely cared about my situation. Not what I was expecting from a tow truck operation AT ALL. Absolutely five stars. A+++++ In my opinion, Ace Wrecker Service is what all the other towing companies want to be when they grow up. Period. Shout out to "Heather and the Jeffs" :-)

Francoise! Can't say enough good about her. Showed up on time despite traffic from Deltona to Champion's Gate, darn good at hooking a box truck & drove like a champ despite the crosswind. Most impressed & will recommend your service on the merit of Francoise great work.

Kirk was the greatest. My F350 had blown a head casket. The first shop that I took it to decided that it was too much to for their facility to work on. Kirk came out to tow it to a different facility. He took amazing care to ensure that the truck's cap was not damaged during the extraction from the first facility. He had arrived 30 minutes early. If I ever need another tow, I will definitely call Ace Wrecker.

Caleb the driver was AMAZING! We had to get a bus out of a backyard and it wasn’t very easy but he was very professional. My only issue was the pricing wasn’t transparent that I got from the office. Overall now that I know I’ll definitely use them again.

We called Ace Wrecker out of Orlando. Our driver, Quincy, was absolutely fantastic—super courteous, professional. I was in an awesome location and Quincy, worked with thr staff very politely and got my truck out with no issues! Very knowledgeable and fast.

Man what can I say, clutch went out in my 389 and had to get towed to a shop! Here my truck is a car hauler loaded down with large units with very little turn radius and I just have to say Caleb came out and did an awesome job! Very nice, professional all around operator! I also have to say the equipment that was used was very clean and well kept! The way a company takes care of its equipment tells a lot about them! Caleb and Jon worked diligently and hard to get me from being stuck on a construction site. I missed the turn at the love’s truck stop in my semi thinking I had found a good turn around spot and failed. They were great and did not give up they got me out and I was so happy and excited because I could now go to sleep. Thank you guys so much for your hard work and dedication to your job. Other than the wait(was told because they were busy) service was excellent. Pickup person friendly, careful with my suv, explained process, and delivered to service place as directed and gave key to people directly. (Did not just drop keys in box and run ). Payment process was convenient and easy. Would recommend use of service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We broke down in our company bread truck and were stranded in Clermont. We called Ace Wrecker out of Orlando, and within 40 minutes, they showed up in a beautiful, clean truck. Our driver, Quincy, was absolutely fantastic—super courteous, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He had a great attitude, was funny, and just an all-around really nice person. He took his time and did everything the right way: safety chains, tow lights, dropped the driveshaft, and made sure everything was secure. The inside of the truck was spotless, and Quincy made what could have been a stressful situation feel totally under control. These guys really know how to take care of their customers. Couldn’t be more thrilled with the service. Highly recommend!
