This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Recent feedback on Orlando Towing Group in Orlando, FL signals a solid yet uneven picture: 74/100. Many cite fast response, dependable drivers, and clear communication; pricing is often fair, though some call it high or inconsistent. Themes repeat: quick ETAs and friendly staff versus long waits/no‑shows, unreachable phones, rough treatment, and a few damage or towing disputes with weak follow‑up. Yard organization, inventory variety, and parts‑finding aren’t covered by these reviews. A few posts seem misattributed, so minor uncertainty remains; overall, speed is good but professionalism varies.
I recently had an utterly dreadful encounter with this company. They scratched the rim of my tire right before my eyes, and then shockingly refused to take responsibility for their actions. Their proposed solution? A measly $40 discount on the towing fee. I am beyond disappointed with their lack of professionalism, accountability, and disregard for customer satisfaction.
From the moment this incident occurred, it was clear that they had no intention of rectifying the situation(insisted I use nail polish to fix it). Instead of owning up to their mistake and offering a proper solution, they chose to dismiss the issue and belittle the damage caused. It's truly disheartening to see a company operate with such blatant disregard for customer care.
As a customer, I expected the towing company to prioritize customer satisfaction and take immediate steps to address the damage they caused. However, they not only failed to offer any sort of resolution but also demonstrated a shocking lack of empathy and accountability. Their refusal to fix the problem, apart from the pitiful $40 discount, is an insult to any customer who values quality service.
The scratch on my tire rim may seem insignificant to some, but it represents the company's overall attitude towards its customers. Their dismissive behavior and refusal to take responsibility have left me with a feeling of deep frustration and disappointment. I trusted them to handle my vehicle with care, and they let me down in the worst possible way.
I strongly advise against using for any towing needs. They not only damaged my property but also demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and customer service. I urge potential customers to steer clear of this company, as they clearly prioritize their own interests over the satisfaction and well-being of their customers.
In summary, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. The unprofessionalism displayed, coupled with their refusal to fix the damage they caused, has left me deeply dissatisfied. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable and responsible towing service. This company does not deserve your business or trust.
In the last year I’ve only used Orlando Towing and will continue to only use them. Their fast and efficient communication, reliable services, and dependability is incomparable to any company I’ve ever worked with. I spoke with Adam over the phone and he was very professional and knowledgeable, thank you guys!
I was totally impressed with the entire experience. They communicated well, were very courteous and helpful, made me feel at ease. When the tow truck got here they were also kind courteous and helpful and on time. They went out of their way to be accommodating. So nice to see in today’s world. I would recommend and use again definitely.

My car broke down on the highway. My insurance company put me in contact with orlando towing. To my delight they showed up super quick and had my car towed off the highway and to my garage within an hour. The driver Avi was also easy going and allowed me to sit in his truck while he hooked up my car and then took my car to my local shop with no questions asked . I would definitely recommend Orlando towing if you want to get towed quick and and easy. Thanks avi and Orlando towing for making my nightmare of a day a little less nightmarish!! Gold star service for sure !!
I was visiting Orlando when my friend's car died. I called and told him the issue. His insurance company sent out OTG. They arrived quick and got me going. Wish this type of service be that quick in NY.
