This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In Orlando, FL, feedback on webuyanycar.com is overwhelmingly positive—97/100. Customers applaud staff professionalism, clear explanations, and a fast, hassle-free sale (often 20–30 minutes) with quick payment and even home visits. Pricing is widely viewed as fair, though a few felt offers were below online quotes or hopes; transparent valuation eased concerns. Wait times are short and service is courteous. Little to no info on inventory variety, yard organization, or finding parts. Overall, a smooth, reliable option with only rare mixed notes.
Great service. Really saves the headache of a private sell. I am pretty busy and do not have a set schedule. Luis was really helpful and made it a straitforward and seemless selling experience. I am so happy with the outcome. Highly recommend!
Francine was great!!!! She took the time to patiently explain the process to me. She was knowledgeable of any questions l asked, very kind doing my time at We Buy Any Car.
Francine was very helpful, very nice and patient with the whole process, she explained absolutely everything and made it a good experience. I wish all customer service agents were as nice and efficient as she is. Highly recommended it location, the Union park location. Thank you Francine.
Second time I elected to work with webuyanycar.com on the sale of a family automobile. I I have found them to be very honest, understanding and sensitive to many scenarios. Very thankful for the opportunity to work with them again. They were very fair on the purchase price.
Great people to do business with. As long as you’re realistic about the condition of your wheels, the process is smooth. Luis Santiago was outstanding.
Wonderful experience. Offer for my vehicle was very fair and the process was effortless on my behalf. Luis Santiago was extremely courteous and efficient. This is the second time I have sold a vehicle through them and I won't hesitate to use them again.
Process was easy and got a fair price for a vehicle i no longer needed. Luis was very professional, prompt, and easy to deal with. I would use them again.
Noel was very helpful and explained everything clearly. We did not get as much for the vehicle as we hoped, but the process was easy and the payment came through quickly. Would definitely recommend if you need to sell a car quick and hassle free.
They have vowed to improve their customer satisfaction experience through training and continously monitoring employees interaction. They have come a long way it takes time to erase negative image from customer's perception. Good Luck
Lily was fantastic. Very friendly, polite and made every step of the transfer very clear. She made a stressful situation easy, put me at ease and processed everything very efficiently. Highly recommend .
Excellent response time and great communication throughout the process. Made the appointment and completed the sale in less than 24 hours. Perfect! Luis was great, walked me through the process, and clearly answered my questions. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I would recommend them.
Luis was great to work with. He made the whole process very easy and gave us great price on our car. Was done in 30min from initial meet to handing us a check. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Luis and WeBuyAnyCar.
Easy transaction, very professional and fair. Luis showed up right on time took 20 min and I had a check in my hand.
webuyanycar visited my location to inspect my car for sale. The review of documents at my location rather than asking me to submit them electronically was very helpful. This was a very positive experience and a very helpful service. Luis was especially helpful in my sale of my late husband's vehicle.
Luis is a wonderful employee. He was extremely professional and very friendly. I had a 2:30 appointment but he called to confirm and said he had a cancellation and asked if he could come early. This fit perfectly with my schedule and he came at 11:30. He did his job and called to say he was finished. I met him downstairs, signed the papers, got my check and he left. Everything went very smoothly. Thank you and thank him.
From the beginning, Liliana was a tremendous help! The valuation I received in person was lower than what I received online, but Liliana walked me through every step and explained every influencing factor in-depth. When it came time to negotiate, I told Liliana what I needed, and she came through. Look no further when selling your car!
I needed to sell my car and made an appointment for 3 p.m.
When I arrived, I was greeted by Mrs. Liliana Tsourounis. The way she treated me was incredible, as if she had known me all my life. She was very professional, explaining every detail. She was very self-confident and had immense knowledge.
When you buy or sell your car, you always want the best, and many times you are taken advantage of. Mrs. Liliana treated me with confidence and opened the doors of my heart to that trust. I want to thank her and commend her.
I recommend that if you need to sell your car, come to her. She will treat you fairly, respectfully, and honestly.
Mrs. Liliana, my wife and I, truly appreciate everything you did for us.
Thank you.

10/10 recommend for anyone considering selling their car. Liliana was absolutely phenomenal. I made the appointment and within an hour received a phone call walking me through a few steps of “things to know” before the appointment to make sure this was a good fit for me. I went in and had my quote within 20 minutes. Her business is great but her personality was the cherry on top. So easy to talk to and made the entire process a joy. The check at the end didn’t hurt either! Will for sure send anyone looking to sell their car to this location. Thank you Liliana!!
The reason I chose this place was because of the reviews and how great Liliana is. The reviews did not disappoint. Liliana was great and made me selling my car a quick and easy process. She made my husband and I feel comfortable and put me at ease that my car would be in good hands. Thank you again! I would definitely recommend this place.
