Eric was extremely efficient and was very careful with our vehicle. He took his time making sure our vehicle was placed on the flat bed carefully and when removing it. Service was amazing!

These guys like to drive around with a light show of work lights at night. Flashing so much it could just about make anyone who didn't know they had epilepsy find out real quick. So hard for anyone else on the road to to see. Everyone had to slow down and let their truck move up through traffic with a car on the back because it's so bright they can't see. Caught it on video. Will be making post about this. I usually wouldn't even bother going out of my way to write something like this but this is very unprofessional and dangerous.

Last night my husband and I were driving from Miami to Orlando and our tire popped 50 minutes out from our destination . Zachary was literally heaven sent . It was freezing last night and he automatically put us in his tow truck and turned on the heater . Gave me a charger because my phone was dying and made great conversation the whole ride ! Zach thank you because I was about to cry on the road and you changed my mood right away! Highly recommended

I had an excellent experience with this tow truck company. Adam was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He acted swiftly to send the tag and followed up promptly to make sure everything was handled correctly. On top of that, he went above and beyond by helping me get rid of my car after it was totaled, which took a huge burden off my shoulders. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend this company and Adam in particular.

I want to shout out Maurice, he helped tow my broken down BMW back to my house and he really helped make my day better by not just helping out with my car but helping my mood by having conversations with me, hearing me out and even cracking jokes. Had my BMW towed from Kissimmee to Orlando. They were extremely reasonably priced and professional when I went to go pick up the car.

I had one small issue. There was a missing piece on the bumper when I picked it up from the dealership and confirmed it was the tow company.

The owners were extremely honorable and immediately Zelle’d me the money. I would highly recommend this company as they are very honorable and do a great job.

George went above and beyond to help me get my car towed home. He quickly made all the arrangements and ensured someone came right away, even though I hadn’t left the key in the car.

Initially, I called a two truck because my car keys was unrecognizable to my car. I was told that I would need to go to the dealership to get the keys fixed. But, my friendly truck driver, Willie, realized that it was my car battery that was not working.

He charged my battery for me and influenced me to go to the nearest auto shop to get a new battery with my warranty which I did. I’m so happy for his advice and understanding to the situation. Make sure to ask for Willie if you’re in a pickle especially for the ladies!

AATR is a really good flat bed company. Maurice was the technician sent out this morning to help us with a large boat trailer. He was a great problem solver, courteous and got the job done with a pleasant attitude. The BEST!

Let me tell you a story about a manager named George!!!! He is useless and believes in robbing Peter to pay Paul... His driver I asked his driver to drop me and the car off at the next exit and I would have AAA meet me there to pick up my car. He didn't really say anything. When we got there he asked do you need anything else from your car. I said no but thought it was a weird question. The next thing I see is him driving off. So I ran after him screaming but never cought up. He was going to tow me home for $178 I really didn't have that much money.

So he never told me about the extra fees. So I called on Saturday and they said anything about the extra fees. So there lot is CLOSED and they charged me $125 a day. If the driver would have told me about the extra fees I would have borrowed money and took it home. So what could have been $178 was now $537. This company is a scam... Think twice before you use them!!!!!

My brand new 2025 car broke down for whatever reason and I was referred to this towing company by Geico. After a quick call with Geico, I waited no more than 20 minutes until Willie showed up. Willie provided me an exceptional service. He first tried to diagnose the problem before moving forward with the tow. He also worked with me despite my car having the parking brakes on and even helped transport the car into my garage. Willie is the absolute best.

Fast response time and good communication. Driver Victor Catala really helped me out by helping find the issue with my battery. Avoiding me having to go to mechanic.

My vehicle broke down at a stoplight at a busy intersection tonight. The tow truck driver who came was excellent. I didn’t catch his name, but I really wish I would have. He was both knowledgeable and caring, and instantly put me at ease in a very stressful situation. I highly recommend this company!

AATR was fantastic start to finish for our heavy hauling needs. Russell made the scheduling process smooth and drivers Michael and Shun where prompt, knowledgeable on their rigs capabilities and overall great for the pickup and delivery. Would 10/10 recommend and use AATR in the future.

Just had my car towed less than a mile to work and Jorge was the absolute sweetest person. And it didn’t take nearly as long as I expected.

GEICO utilized this company to pick up my disabled vehicle and deliver to the body shop. When booked, the shop called and texted to tell me that the driver would arrive in one hour. Willie came rollling up 58 minutes later and whisked my ride away. Top notch service and accurate with timing, which is huge. Thank you!

Miguel Rodriguez was awesome, he helped me jumped my car and figured how to get my car up and off the road safely. Had a great conversation as we drove to the destination with my girl and I. Quick , efficient and friendly. HE DESERVES A RAISE.

Manuel is literally a life savor. My insurance uses this towing company and Manuel came super fast in the same time they said it would take for him to arrive. He was extremely careful with my corvette making sure to not cause any damage which I appreciate greatly. He also managed to bring the car in a very tight spot where my shop is so he's legitimately the best tow truck driver I've seen. Thank you Manuel for helping me out.
