Purchased a painted fender for my truck from this seller, They accepted my offer, accepted payment, and then several days later canceled the order claiming the part had already sold.
What makes this frustrating is the complete lack of communication. If shipping was underestimated, if the item was mislabeled, or if they had another option available, I would have gladly worked something out. A quick message could have solved the entire issue.
Instead, the order was simply canceled after several days with no effort to communicate or offer an alternative.
The bigger issue is that while waiting on this order, I passed on several other fenders I was bidding on because I believed this transaction was completed. Now those are gone too, and I’m back to searching all over again.
Just be careful if you’re purchasing through auctions or relying on timing-sensitive parts. In my case, it cost me other buying opportunities and wasted several days.

Bought an engine from Casey for a Dodge Challenger. We were told the engine was good and tested while running. As soon as we installed it and ran it for the first time we heard a knocking from the top area. I called Casey and told him the engine is no good but we might be able to replace the camshaft and valve lifters since we removed the valve covers and know whats wrong. Or he can send us another engine. He said to go ahead and do the repairs and he will refund $500 to cover parts and labor. Its been 2 months and we still haven't heard from him. Giving a warranty and then not honoring it costs us money and time.
The sales rep Vanessa is awesome. Very patient, knowledgeable, and informative. Customer service was top tier. And they had all the parts I need for my Kia Optima. Would recommend for sure!
