I work in automotive, and every part I’ve ordered from them has been wrong, I called to request a return and it was “You have to order a part, for us to come pick up returns”, then the rep hung up on me when I attempted to question it. I reach out to their customer first line, got a call, and was told “that’s the policy”, so I ordered another part for a different vehicle, after ensuring they put a return request in, and was told “the driver will pick them up”, low and behold, the driver shows up, the new part was wrong (surprise), and they didn’t even pick up the returns (shocker). So now I have more wrong parts, and the driver couldn’t even be bothered to hand our front counter the receipt for what was dropped off. They sped in, handed everything to a tech, and sped off.<br><br>Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a parts vendor. I will now have to drive these wrong parts 50 miles to them, to ensure they get returned, after being assured it would be handled. Tried their way, and got shafted yet again. Beware.
Every order I've ordered in the last 6 months has been wrong. EVERY PART.was wrong. I've lost so much business because of this. You call to place an order and ask, how long. The answer you get is when it gets there you'll know. Yup when it arrives the store doesn't tell you. I ordered a part and they said when it gets to the store location it will be sent out ASAP. I called about an order and they also said oh yah it came 3 days ago, we will deliver it. It was the wrong part again. Lost another customer. $580 sale. 7 one in the last month and that was one of the lowest sale . I've lost almost $3,000 in these 7 orders. I'm going back to my original source. Besides they owe my for all the wrong part's they sent.still waiting. It's been mounts . They want their money, but don't want to give it back. This can destroy a business.100° . Let's see how long it takes to respond if any.
These guys are lifesavers.<br>The warehouse manager Orlando is amazing with accommodating last minute orders, and pickups.<br>Everyone in the warehouse from drivers Al the way up to management is professional, and super helpful!
Never found the place so i gave up Gps brought me to what looked like an office buildingbwith several different businesses utilizing the space but never saw a logo or signage for world pac... I must have missed something or gps was off.
The BEST parts distributor ever. Our representative Ezio is unbelievably helpful, friendly, professional, and resourceful. We are extremely happy with Worldpac's service and his service as well.
