Went to have my AC checked, and these guys did an incredible and honest job; fixed my AC and saved me money. Matt provided a great service.

This was such a wonderful experience I had to type about it! Eugene and Terry were extremely polite, knowledgeable and caring. I was overwhelmed by their kindness. As soon as I arrived, I felt prioritized, seen and valuable. In such a cruel world where everything is fast paced, it was nice to not be rushed but heard. Terry actively listened to the concerns I was experiencing with my vehicle. With the help of Eugene, we came up with a solid plan. I’m now excited to have a local shop that I can trust and refer to others! Keep being awesome!

If I had one word to describe this business it would be professional. Corey and his team are just the best. Professional work at a fair price and never any pressure to do more. So far they have worked on my Honda, Toyota, and Subaru. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend them five stars.

It is so, so hard to know and trust a mechanic but I was very luckily referred here by a coworker. The dealership quoted me over $5,000 for repairs and I was able to have the repair made for a little over half of that. They were so quick and kept me in the loop throughout the process. My older car had AC issues a few months later and they worked with me to find a solution within my budget. I cannot recommend them enough, I trust that my car will be taken care of and I will not be bamboozled or misled into additional unnecessary services. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been so nice and the online booking made it an extremely easy process. I will continue to bring my car here and have recommended them to family and friends.

At Orlando Import I feel more like a family than a customer. They make sure you’re taking care of and provide great customer service. Also they check on you to make sure your car is running well with no problems. I trust no one else to handle my car issues but Orlando Import!

I came in with my sister, she was having some work done on her vehicle. Not only was the service exceptional, but Terry the guy that helped my sister throughout the visit was phenomenal. Dude, is a great person and even better employee. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this establishment.

I contacted Orlando Import Specialists about a car I suspected was having transmission issues. Terry was extremely helpful, taking the time to explain the possible causes and what their shop could—and could not—address. We brought the car in for a diagnostic evaluation. They ran several diagnostics and test‑drove the car for several miles but couldn’t reproduce the problem and believed it was likely a temporary issue. In the end, they didn’t charge us anything for the diagnostic. Their honesty and customer‑first approach truly impressed me—something that feels rare in today’s automotive service world. I’ll gladly bring any future car issues to Orlando Import Specialists.

Corey and all the guys from Orlando import auto, did an amazing job. Brought in a dead truck, troubleshooted everything. They kept me in the loop. They called me on the weekend to inquire about the vehicle. They did an incredible job. I believe they personally want to fix your vehicle, that's the kind of shop you want to go too. I worked commercial diesel for 16 years, i dont care for others working on my stuff lol but sometimes you don't have time or the tools you need. They do, thank you guys.

My experience at Orlando Import Auto Specialists was awesome! They are super friendly staff (LGBTQ+ friendly on top of it) and after they did an inspection, they didn’t recommend a ton of unnecessary things - only what was needed. Definitely recommend!

Dereck and Matty did a fantastic job on my Honda. They did a full brake job and some maintenance on my transmission. They kept me fully updated on pricing as they saw concerns regarding safety on my car. My car feels brand new! Will definitely be using them again.

All of the staff here whether it’s Derek Jack or Corey have been absolutely phenomenal. They always call after they find the problem and verify price. And always ask you to sign off before they start any work. They keep your vehicle running well also explaining to you, any problems in as much depth as you want to know I recommended them to my friends and family and even strangers who I over here, talking about car problems. I can’t recommend them enough!

Love this place! I was looking for alternatives to dealer service for my Acura and read the reviews for OIAS. These guys are first class all the way. The work performed is always perfect and their prices are some of the most competitive in the area. I have found my go to service shop for all of my vehicles.

These guys are like your buddies you’ve known for years that happen to own a car repair shop. I called them up, told them I needed a new battery for my hybrid (not the hybrid battery yet). They ordered it, I dropped the car off, done later that day. Always excellent service, always reasonable, always good to do business with them. They are “my mechanics” and I recommend them all the time.

I cannot thank you enough for restoring my faith in mechanics! I’ve had this recurring issue of engine light coming on and off since last year for my Honda Fit and I’ve gone to three different mechanics saying different things. I neglected the issues until I decided to give them a chance. It was not a cheap repair by any means, but it surely put life back into my very first car. I had an issue exactly one week after I got my car fixed (just old battery). I panicked and drove back to the shop, and they were able to assist me right away and diagnose the problem (Again, just old battery.) I had such bad anxiety, but Jack was so calm and kind in jumping my car back up and helping me get back on the road. I really appreciated that. I've been bringing my vehicles to Orlando Import for years, even prior to COVID, and these guys are great! I have taken my cars in for a rear/front brake replacement, oil changes, spark plugs, and other things gone wrong. The guys have always taken good care of my cars and for most jobs you're in & out within a couple hours or by the end of day. Thanks for the professionalism, flexibility, and great service!

I dropped off my ‘09 Civic for a safety inspection and quote for repairs. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the report, which came over itemized with repair estimates, photos, and even impact statements. The communication was incredible, and remarkably attentive to my concerns, so I decided to move forward with the recommended repairs on a busy holiday weekend. The quoted price was reasonable - I didn’t shop it around, but I did research average costs for similar work - and during the course of the repairs, no new costs came up. Repairs did require one extra day due to worse-than-expected wear to one part, which required a new one to be rushed over - but again, communication was excellent and the shop did a great job to ensure the delay was minimal. I appreciate the urgency. When I picked up the car, they told me the car had been driven and tested thoroughly, and reminded me that parts and labor are covered by a 2 year warranty. They also brought up my initial concerns, noting how they had been addressed. They also included excellent documentation of the job, all of which is available electronically in addition to the printed receipt. My total came in a tiny bit below the initial estimate, and the car is testifying to the efficacy and necessity of the job in feel and sound. While car maintenance is never cheap, I’m very impressed with the quality and communication from this shop. It’s busy for a reason.

I have finally found an honest and incredible mechanic/team. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, Dereck & his team made sure my car was being taken care of for such affordable pricing!! I appreciate their transparency so much when it comes to pricing. I would always go back & forth with previous mechanics over pricing since they would always say one thing and end up with another price, but not here! I can confidently say this is my spot from now on.

Wow I'm extremely amazed by the service I just received at Orlando Import Auto Specialist. So 3 days before taken a work road trip I received the news that my two front shocks in my truck were leaking. So I immediately searched on Google Maps for a mechanic that can perform the repairs before leaving out of town. I came across Orlando Import Auto Specialists and saw their reviews and made me curious about their services. So I picked up the phone and called them, a nice gentleman by the name of Correy at the front desk welcomed me and provided an immediate quote and their availability. At first he informed me that they were slammed with work and couldn't perform the repairs until the end of next week. So I explained to Correy that I would deeply appreciate if he can find any way to squeeze me in and perform the repairs before my road trip. Without hesitation he looked into his schedule and said that he would try his hardest to make it happen. He recommended for me to drop off the vehicle early the next day so that he can have enough time to fix it in less than 3 days. So the very next morning at 8 a.m. I left my truck and went off to work. Well to my surprise 7 hours later I received a phone call stating that the truck was ready! I was blown away by this call. The fact that they were able to squeeze me in, make the repairs, and have it ready the same day was amazing! Finding a good mechanic is a serious hassle and I'm just thankful that Google Maps was able to help me locate a great mechanic shop near my home. They just earned themselves a loyal customer!
