I recently purchased a car from Rincon’s Auto Shop, and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable. There was a genuine sense of trust and care that you just don’t find often these days. Everyone at Rincon’s ,even the mechanics ,was kind, professional, and attentive. At one point, I overheard a staff member calmly helping an upset customer, and the way they handled the situation with such patience and respect truly impressed me. I just stood there smiling, thinking, “Wow, this is real customer service.” Juan ,you’re amazing! Thank you for your care, honesty, and professionalism. You made this experience even better. This place is more than just a car dealership ,it’s a team of people who truly care. They’re honest, reliable, and treat you like family. I highly recommend Rincon’s Auto Shop to anyone looking for a place they can trust.

HORRIBLE SERVICEEEEEEEEE OVERCHARGED ME the part was only $80 but told me it was $120 what are you putting extra fees on a part from auto zone when I can go get it myself and they get a discount JUST PATHETIC n instead of taking accountability they just stop answering my calls and messages and constantly showing proof they overcharged me if you go to them use your bank card so you can dispute if you find out later you was overcharged the lady wanted to YELL ON THE PHONE N CUSS ME OUT BUT NOT GIVE ME A REFUND !!!! sad business I will make them regret taking my bill money !!!

Best shop in central Florida. Got me in same day and had my vehicle diagnosed and repaired the next day. Kept me informed every step of the way. Even sent photos and video as the repair progressed. I can't say enough about their service, knowledge, and integrity. Dealership would have taken a week to diagnose issue and charged double.

Excellent service. The employees are nice and give you a reasonable price, they are trustworthy and do an excellent work.

I was really happy with the service I received at Rincon’s. The staff were nice and extremely helpful. They sent me a video of the inside of my car so I could actually see what the issues were and why they were quoting the repairs they suggested. I felt like everything was fairly priced and the work was prompt. I will gladly be bringing my car here from now on and I highly recommend you go here too. Thanks again everyone at Rincon!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP UNLESS U SPEAK SPANISH OR A MAN They scammed me out of my hard earned money and took full advantage of me and my mother since we are two black females coming in and really needed my car fixed they told me the part I needed was $120 and told me they would look for the best price for the part they claimed the part was $120 from autozone WRONG I went to autozone to look up the EXACT part it was only $80 and then in the beginning told me labor was $120 but then it was changed to $140 I texted them multiple times asking for a particular refund explaining and sending proof that I was extremely overcharged THEY STOPPED RESPONDING because they know exactly what they doing and probably do it to so many people nobody just double checking behind a mechanic because people are putting they trust in them .DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP BAD BUSINESS and the man with the horrible teeth is the worth PLEASE RUN FROM THIS PLACE PLZZZZZZ !!!!!

Everyone is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I moved here a year and 2 months ago. I brought my car in the first time for a serpentine belt change then later on for my headlight and bumper, and today for a check-up. I have always had a great experience. I am very happy with their service and customer care. It is the only place I trust to take my car. They are very accommodating and I appreciate their service.

They were able to easily identify the problem and quickly fixed it. Very accommodating as we didn’t have an appointment before. Very affordable.

My experience here was exceptional! It’s always nerve wrecking as a female to go to a mechanic but I had someone recommend this shop to me and I gave it a try. I initially took my car for what I thought would be a huge issue and it turned out to be something simple and an easy fix for these expert mechanics. Where I really knew I had found honest people was when I brought in my son’s jeep thinking I needed to replace the head gasket or maybe even the engine. I was pleasantly surprised by them saying it was another part that had to be replaced one with the fraction of the cost. They could have very well said it was the most expensive fix I would have no idea, but they were honest and fixed my son’s car in a matter of 2 days. I will always bring my cars here and recommend any one that asks. It is hard to find honest knowledgeable mechanics and this place has them! Thank you so much for your service!!

I’m giving 5 stars because this is hands down the best mechanic in Orlando! Super reliable, honest, and fast. Every time I’ve had an issue, he checks the car out right away, no long wait times. He explains everything clearly. Great prices, great service, and always gets the job done. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

I went here for the first time since I moved farther from my regular mechanic. I was in an accident and Rincon was able to provide a quote. And although my car was totaled by insurance, Rincon was able to walk me through how to get a rebuilt title (Since I love my car) and was able to repair my car in a timely manner! (The longest wait was for the parts) Highly recommend this shop!!

If I could give more stars, I would. We were visiting from Indiana and on our way home. Less than 30 mins in to our trip our water pump failed. By the grace of God, we rolled in to Rincon’s. The shop has a calm atmosphere and quickly established that they do excellent, honest work. The team worked us right in, charged a fair market value, and communicated at each step of the repair. If I lived nearby, I would bring my vehicles here.

Highly recommend this shop. We broke down traveling through Orlando at night. Tow truck took us to the "recommended" auto repair shop which wanted $2500 to fix a serpentine belt, idler pulley and an oil filter o ring. We said "No!!", based on Google reviews we paid for a second tow to this shop. $325 and 3 hours later we were back on the road again. Brayan is an honest mechanic and doesn't take advantage of tourists. If you break down near Disney World, this is the place to bring your car!!

On vacation in Orlando. Had car trouble on the highway. We were really worried that we wouldn't be able to get anyone to check out our vehicle on late notice during the weekend. They were able to see our car quickly. They gave professional friendly service! Would recommend them to everyone! It can be hard to have car trouble when you don't know the area. My family and I driving on highway and there was a scrapping sound suddenly. I was worried, as not able to drive fast and very concerned. We made it to a couple mechanics/shops who were too busy to look or help except for an 1.5 hours wait. We rode further down the road and drive in to Rincon’s auto shop. Theses gentlemen were hospitable, kind, swift to diagnose, reasonable with a dash of humor. They stopped their work to attend to my car and it only took 15mins and was inexpensive. They saved the day allowing our family to make it to the beach safely and back home. What a sigh of relief and safety? This took place back in summer, but still had the card and needed to Justice in sharing this review, but also giving credit where credit is due. May each of you experience the “honesty,” care, efficiency, and kindness my family was wowed with. Blessings of 2023 to you all! Grateful customer!

I had the absolute best experience!! After being told so many different things about my vehicle; Rincon’s auto shop helped me identify the correct problem and then managed to accommodate me even more by getting it done same day!! Had a great experience here today. A cover fell out of the bottom of my car while driving on the turnpike, thankfully Rincon's was still open on Memorial Day. I was helped by Rafael and he was awesome - kept me updated with what had happened to my car and even gave me some pointers about general car maintenance! Would totally recommend this place to others, 10/10 service.

Brayan is great, brought him 3 different cars, latest being my diesel Mercedes. Each time he sends detailed pictures and videos and always kept me updated. Very Reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone needing car repairs.
