Excellent service and friendly workers. I went to go test-fit a bracket I 3D-printed and they were very helpful and supportive of what I was doing. Even though I wasn't shopping for an engine, they treated me with the same respect as if I was a paying customer. 10/10 would recommend if you need an engine for your current or next project.

Come in and ask for Jim great guy straight forward and to the point, called day ahead in advance he kept his word on everything 100% recommend.

I’ve been shopping for a motor for a while and came across JDM Website. Item said not in stock but like some major coffee store apps, it may not reflect true up to date info. So I called JDM in Orlando, spoke to Jim, asking if what was looking forward in stock. Unfortunately, it was not, but said, “gimme 30 minutes to locate one and call you back.” True to his word, 20 minutes later, he located one and had it ready for pickup later that week. True customer service! When I went to pick it up, he and his staff had it waiting for me and was in and out within ten minutes. Took it to my mechanic and I’m back on the road again! Jim, JDM is second to none! Best service experience I’ve had in a long time.

I could not be happier with the engine I received! It arrived clean, with many parts I was not expecting to be included and shipping was fast. I had a friend who owns a local garage install the engine and he called me the day it arrived asking where I got it.The engine turned over right away and has not had an issue. The shop owner who installed the engine says he’s recommending JDM Orlando to all his customers. I normally do not leave reviews but I felt inclined to do so.

Spoke to Jim the first time and was quite friendly and helpful. I called the morning and spoke to Omar and he was friendly too, they let me walked around so I can see what they have, from that it shows me they were not hiding anything and I will be doing business with them on a regular basis.

Was quoted $1200 over the phone when I asked for a 03WRXSTI engine. Took time out of work and drove from Tampa to pick it up. When I got there they put a legacy motor on my trailer and told me that’s what the $1200 motor was. The gentleman that was originally helped me was trying to be as helpful as possible but the other gentleman there was not very helpful. I have been going here for yrs and sending my customers here as well. So i spent 2 hours of my day driving plus another 3 hrs of back and forth. I understand that for engine and transmission it would maybe cost 1800 but all i needed was a motor. He even said let me listen to the phone recording of when i called, he even heard his employee state $1200 for what i asked for. In the end i ended up paying $1900 because no one else had it in stock. This is the last time i will be sending my customers and buying from this company. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

Ramon the Wizard at JDM orlando helped me over the phone pinpoint th problem in my installation of my 99 honda civic, it was the iacv sensor and pinpointed the problem and took my calls to help me right when I needed it by looking at some photos over the phone. Exceptional personal service called me back numerous times just to help and a blessing to get my car back on the road engine and tranny 5 speed swap. Knowledge is power thank you so much for your time and beyond ill be an extended customer to jdm orlando.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I purchased a used engine,exactly as described ,clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. The engine runs perfectly and has exceeded my expectations. Communication was clear and professional and everything was handled smoothly. I highly recommend this supplier to anyone looking for a reliable used engine. Would definitely buy from them again. They took care of me in about 15-20 mins and the loaded it for me. Can never go wrong at the right place.

i have honestly dealt with many used auto parts locations and have never been pleased but JDM Orlando has been the exception. to start off i called Jim and told him what i was looking for and a week later i made the drive to get a motor, trans and harness. due to my mistake i asked for the wrong part. jim was more than understanding and let me swap the parts for the correct ones. Can confirm if you buy a rotary engine from them it may work. (Don’t expect long term reliablity from a used rotary engine) so for what it’s worth I put one of their motors in my 2005 rx8. And she will get me around till my blown motor is rebuilt. Very good pricing I may got back for another just for parts for another another engine. If your a rotary in a pickle these guys are an affordable alternative. Tho rebuild your blown motor or save up to buy a new one as for the money you shouldnt be asking for more. Perfect place to get your rotary running till your other rotary can run.

Just got a k24 engine! Not only they help me out and got my engine in my car smooth as butter but they gave me some advice with the k24! Forgot the guys name but he’s A1 in the JDM business! Will be coming back for the transmission very soon! Thanks for the great customer service! Ps* first time there, came all the way from Wesley Chapel!!!!

I bought a used JDM K20 Si transmission, it shipped out the same day, tracking was provided, secured safely on a pallet and wrapped with plastic. The trans is very clean and works well. Great seller and I’ll be back for sure. Thank you!
