This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
KS Towing & Recovery in Orlando, FL shows mixed sentiment: many commend fast response and professional drivers, careful handling, and clear communication (Kevin praised), but several 1-star reviews allege road-blocking, rude behavior, and disputed drop fees near $120 tied to social media dustups. Pricing transparency is the main complaint; wait times are generally short; customer service often rates high. Little to no info on parts inventory or yard organization. Overall: 75/100. For users prioritizing speed and professionalism over price clarity, this provider may still fit.
After seeing the viral TikTok video, it truly speaks for itself KS towing and recovery is out there to scam people on drop fees… and no telling what else. search up “Uberdashcam” on TT and look through his channel you’ll find his recent video of this company. Driver in the video also states that he’s willing to smack the person for recording as he was caught scamming. Hope the company can learn from this and try to make things right for the city of Orlando.

Poor business this owner like to take the cars and loves the drama like to post it all over social media at this point I think he like the drama more than the tows rude and extremely unprofessional cussin yelling yes wen your car is being towed of course we are upset but wen I ask y and get told because and windows get rolled up that’s a issue for me
They were blocking the road so I couldn’t get threw. I asked driver nicely to move forward and he told me to call police. It was a easy fix to just pull forward.
Great customer service and fast response time. Was stuck on the side of the road in the middle of the night and Kevin came right away. Even offered me water after trying to get my car started wish there was more than 5 stars to rate awesome expierence !
