I would give them a 0 if I could!!! I ordered a transmission for my 1984 Tercel from them. They charge me for the transmission and shipping. They never delivered it, refused to answer phone calls, etc. I don't think they ever had the transmission I needed. In other words, they charged me for something they didn't have!!

My name is James Allen. I bought a motor or I thought I had bought a motor from them over a year ago. They were supposed to give me my money back. They still haven't given it to me. I post it a review, hoping that it would make them give me my money back. Also had to hire a lawyer, they ignored My lawyer reaching out to them. This company is garbage, they rip people off, and if you do get the product, it's probably in no good condition because they don't have the property, they buy it and charge you for buying it. If you value your money, do not buy from this company, they will string you along. Put you with another person that works with them. And you'll never get your satisfaction. This company should be banned and should be sued fully. If I could give them no stars, I would, they've cost me over $16000. The second episode of the first days of iPhone. I'm still waiting on my refund, which is over a year ago

The worst online auto parts company ever!!! They lie to you just to get your money..if it was at all possible.i would give them a rating of negative 3.? these scammers got me for $1612.00 for an engine. They lied and said that i would receive my engine in 8-10 days..it’s been well over a month now. And still haven’t received my engine..i talked to Sean David the scammer,after the 10days had passed..I tried to call him again and lo and behold..i can’t get ahold of him or anyone from the auto square company..i emailed, I called all 3 numbers, I texted .. nothing.. so do yourselves a favor..never order anything from these scammers.. I ordered a motor 11/26/2024 the motor never came and they won't refund my money they said they would but didn't and then they tried to put more charges on my credit card that's fraud. Dont buy anything from these people

If I could give zero stars, I would! I purchased a motor for $1,107, and I was assured it was in working condition—but that was far from the truth. The motor did not work at all! It was supposed to be guaranteed for 90 days, yet when I reached out for support, they ignored my calls and completely refused to honor the warranty. This company is completely unreliable and dishonest. Avoid them at all costs!

Total scam! Take your money, promise delivery in 7/8 business days. Then IF you can reach them they will give you a fake tracking #. In my case I went to the fraud dept at my bank after a month and opened a claim. Amazingly enough the very next morning I got a call from autosquare telling me to open a claim thru my bank ( already done) because they didn't ship the part. Yet they won't refund me it was my bank that had to foot the bill! Bunch of BS! Don't buy from them!!

I highly do not recommend this company. I paid for an engine and transmission for a 1997 jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, I needed the parts ASAP and they told me they would be here. I was even assured multiple times that I would receive the parts, the parts were originally supposed to be delivered Sunday, February 23rd 2025. I gave them some leeway because it was at a business that was closed on Sunday and hoped they would be in Monday. They never came in, I was then informed after multiple calls and voicemails that the truck delivering the parts, broke down and they would be delivered on Friday February 30th, they did not come in. Right now I am going to be in the process of trying to get my money back as I found a better company with the parts I need, I knew this company was shady from the start whenever they were talking about it would be 8 days before I found out where my parts were going or 8 days before I receive any tracking information, not to mention, they asked me to wire the money instead of paying with a debit card like I had with the transmission. Karma is gonna come to the scammers, one way or another.

If it could be zero stars i would choose that. Company is a joke. All good till they got the money and has been nothing but excuses since. Once you may ever receive a tracking number it never worked and then there was more excuses. Ordered a month ago today. (Jan.27-Feb.27) Now no one is answering the phones. Absolutely ridiculous company!!!!! DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!!!

This is a very shady company. Ordered the engine from them twice and they never sent it. They avoided me and stopped answering the phone yet they billed me $2,300. I am now making a lawsuit to take them to court. They are a bunch of liars with fake names. Just a bunch of foreigners selling fake stuff. The amount of lies and the amount of miscommunication is no joke. Please avoid this company as they are shady and do not honor nothing

Whatever you do don’t deal with these people. SCAMMERS They are quick to answer the phone and make the sale. But once they have your money. They will not answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold and never come back to your all. Then they just will not answer your calls at all! They tell you that you will have your order in 8 -9 business days. Once those days are up then they say o we still testing your parts. Then these people say it’s been shipped and give me a tracking number a tracking number that doesn’t work.

I bought a engine for a 2016 bmw x6 after receiving my engine I paid the mechanics to install after installing the engine didn’t perform correctly I reached out to auto square several times left numerous of voice messages. I even emailed they got to the point that they stopped answering my calls. I paid 5200 and some odd dollars for my Engine 4000 to install my engine I can’t let them get away from this very bad business I’m not a happy camper so my next steps are filing a claim with Better Business Bureau, then getting a lawyer and taking them to court this is all in the process of right now buyers beware…

Worst experience that I ever had told me that I’ll be getting my delivery 8 to 10 business days never did. It’s been over a month now waiting for my transmission for my car and now I haven’t received it as yet already got my money and I haven’t got my transmission, making me waste a lot of money in rental and storage for a vehicle that is in the shop. I’m sick and tired of lies because they always tell you a whole bunch of on truth stories can’t get a hold of them properly when you call nobody wanna answer the phone and they keep on lying lying lying to you so please people out there. They are nothing but scammers don’t ever buy no transmission or engine from those people buy your stuff on safe site as ebay car parts.com or rock auto if I buy my transmission from those people I already got my transmission already got my money and I haven’t received my merchandise. You said that I’ll be receiving my merchandise by 24 January, which that was a lie now they tell me I supposed to receiving it on 1 February, which I don’t believe I’ll be receiving it, this company is nothing but scammers and bogus so people out there be aware away from this company go someplace else and conduct your business with somebody else don’t give them your money because they’re going to rip you off

This company is scamming people of their hard earned money. They mad promise to deliver engine within 3days just take my money. When ask for refund it is now two weeks and every day they have said the have made started the transaction to deposit back my money and still no money. Last excuse was that there having problems with their bank. This has been a big inconvenience to me I can't pay for my mechanic the rest of his money. And everyday my car is there it cost me $100 and I zero money at this point to pay. These people are scammers. They come off as friendly when taking your money and then everything changes after. I will be filing a complaint and reporting them. These people do not have a official place of business the address that they have posted is for a abandoned property and someone apartment. They are scammers

DISHONEST. RIP-OFF. FALSE ADVERTISING. My engine seized on Monday, December 2nd, 2024. My mechanic looked around and could not find an engine locally for less than $4800. I decided to look for myself, and of the dozen options I found, Auto Square stood out. I needed to replace my car engine, and I needed it as fast and cheap as possible. In hindsight, I did not do enough investigation before choosing Auto Square. The website looks great: 30 years in business, multiple locations, free shipping in 8-10 days, etc. On the surface, Auto Square looked like the best option. I *should* have checked the fineprint and reviews. (Mistake number 1) I contacted Auto Square, and after some back and forth by phone and email, I signed the contract on Monday, December 9, 2024 (mistake number 2). At that time, I was assured I would receive tracking information within 2-3 days. On the 16th, I emailed asking for an update. After a few missed calls on both sides, I spoke to a different person who advised that the engine not only had NOT been shipped, it had not even been pulled from the old vehicle. I was told the company needed to retrieve the vehicle, extract the engine, and have their expert inspect it before it could be prepped for shipping, and it would likely take another week for that to happen. (Why hadn't this process been completed yet, and how was the part listing on their website so detailed if these steps had not already been done???) In addition, since that would put shipping in the week of Christmas, shipping would likely not happen until after the new year - due to the holidays and company closures for Auto Square and the carrier they use. Needless to say, I was not happy. At this point, I looked closer at the contract and the "fine print" on the website. Auto Square had me "over a barrell" as the saying goes. If I cancelled, there would be a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. A RESTOCKING FEE FOR A PART THEY HAD NOT EVEN PULLED FROM THE PREVIOUS VEHICLE YET, AND SHIPPING FEES FOR SHIPPING THAT HAD NOT HAPPENED YET - AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE!!! Worse, I had not kept track of each person I had spoken to or the time/date/method of each contact. (Mistake number 3) I was contacted by another agent from Auto Square on December 26, 2024 absolutely assuring the engine would be delivered to my mechanic on January 3rd or 4th, 2025. I had them repeat this three times to make absolutely certain that we had an understanding. The engine did not arrive on January 3rd or 4th. I called today and was told the engine was at the carrier's shipping terminal but could not be shipped until Friday (January 10th), and tracking information will not be available until the following Monday. So a full month after placing the order and being charged, the engine has not even shipped. It is still in Florida. I have talked to at least 4 different people, been given conflicting information and empty reassurances, and it will be at least another 2-3 weeks before my mechanic MIGHT receive delivery of the engine. At this point, their word is meaningless. One more thing: there was an added hidden fee because I was not sending them my engine as an exchange. Yet I still had to provide the VIN from my engine. (Why?) The total cost was over $600 higher than the listed price of $2800. BUYER BEWARE. As this matter is far from resolved, I may post additional information in a review.

I ordered an engine from this company. It took a while to process the order, about 3 weeks. Catherin Joseph was great. I originally got a call saying the delivery will be delayed by two weeks. Catherin called me to let me know it's coming on Dec 26, the day after Christmas. I am pleased with this. I might give another review after the engine is received. We will see in what shape the engine is when it arrives.

This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with absolutely horrible no credibility at all refuse to refund you money when they are unable to deliver. Currently filing fraud/criminal charges with the Florida DAO

Total Scam. If you make the mistake of letting them charge your card do not call and cancel your order!!!! They will keep 30% for restocking and the amount of shipping one way. Thats where they are scamming people. I was told the motor i ordered was sitting on a pallet and i was going to get it within 9 days. Never happened after being told the same thing three times. After going over the contract and seeing where it says to contact them before you dispute the transaction I realized what they are doing and called my credit card company and disputed the transaction. Took sixty days but I got all my money back.

So far these guys have been amazing...... reached out the morning after I submitted the request that was 7 days ago today I place the order and my motor is sitting in my back yard today...... haven't installed it yet so that remains to be seen but service and delivery were phenomenal

So I purchased an engine August 12th. The sales guy, Sam, told me it would take 12-15 days to get the engine. Patiently waited and never got an email or call. So I decided to call them and when I did, the person I talked to told me the part would be shipped right away. But it was not, and they kept giving me the run around week after week. I myself tried to also reach out in emails thinking it would be a faster and better way to get them to contact me and it still didn't work. They just ignored all the emails I sent. Now it's November 14, called them one last time to ask because they promised last week that the engine would be sent on the 7th. So I called today pissed because I'm tired of their lies and false promises and asked for a full refund. I will tell anyone who is looking for any engine or car parts to not order from them! They like to BS you and give you excuses and each time you call and tell you something different. They even hang up the phone on you and you have to call over and over to get someone to answer. I will wait for my refund and if it does not go through, I will definitely contact a lawyer. Catherine Joseph and Steve Walker were the other people that strung me along the whole time. And Catherine even told me to not put a review knowing it will add on to the many that are already on Google! I knew I wasn't the only one! STAY AWAY from these scammers!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company started off okay until they got paid. I ordered a motor on 9/18/24 I was told 8 to 10 business days for delivery after many emails and calls I finally received my package 11/1/24 "Damaged" tipped over on the shipping pallet the motor was laying right on the side that broke. I took pictures and emailed them over right away. It was obvious it was not packet right or the delivery was crazy. Either way now they want me to pay shipping to either get my money back or get a new motor ? how is any of that my problem? But of course it's not the packaging or delivery's fault it's the buyer's fault and I got to pay more money ???? For the record I didn't want to have to pick a star this site made me or I couldn't hit submit. Better off going to your local junk yard and spending more.

My uncle ordered parts from this company and was so happy they arrived on time and in good condition. Steve Walker was particularly helpful in making the experience go smoothly and he went above and beyond to get the job done. Thank you, we will definitely order from you in the future.

This people ripped us off $4500 they sent a bad motor we were suppose to get a exchange instead they picked up the bad one and wanted $2000 more to get another one. Been going on since June thought we had it resolved when we were told 2 weeks ago that the money would be refund that Friday but instead more run around and steal no refund. Run don't buy from them we are out 4500 plus 1200 to install the bad motor than remove it and been paying car payment and insurance on the vechicle since June. My wife has a terminal disease and we are paying massive medical bills and this stress has made her condition worse. These people should be locked up for this scam. Dave, Kevin Catherine you know who we are and we will up date this post if you do the right thing.

These people are the worse I've ever dealt with. I order a motor on May 6 they said I needed to wire it to them it was over $9000 I did so through my bank. It took over a month before the could tell me where my engine was only to tell me it was damaged in route and they would have find me another one. I was pissed. The communication between them is none existing. The lie and give you false hope the then told me the had a better engine with less miles but it's going to cost more money I was desperate so I paid the extra. Only for it to take another month to be ship to the dealership. Once it was delivered to dealership the dealership told me that engine was old rusty and broken with missing parts. I was devastated they sent pictures of this motor that looked like it had been kept outside. I quickly call them about this and they said will pick it back up and refund my money. It took them days to pick up the engine and told me once they received the engine they'd refund my moneynever happen as of yet . They Manger David lies ever time he opens mouth this company cannot be trusted. They don't own any anything that you will order this company buys parts from other companies then charge you extra so they can make there profits of your money. They address is a apartment complex in Orlando fl where I'm located. I found this out only after no would answer my calls. They will use your money to buy the part they don't have no ideal what shape the parts in and they honestly don't care. It's 3 months now and I still haven't got my refund. Please if you value your money and your sanity don't waste your time or your money this company will rip you off. It is now august twenty second and I still haven't Received my refund. That was promised over a month and a 1/2 ago. They would tell you that they're gonna give you a refund only to buy more time. This company has been ripping people off for months ever since they got started. Please be careful in purchasing anything. But this company because they will lie and pass you off to another member. Who would do the same thing? It's ashamed that I've been dealing with this since May 6. It is now Oct- 22 -2024 and my money still has not fully been refunded from May 6 2024 . How does this company stay in business they lie about having the parts in house. They order what your looking for from other dealers then charge you shipping fee's and product never reaches destinations or badly damaged. They are heartless people that be hard working people out there money. How do they expect you to buy another motor when they have your money tied up. I've lost well over 10.000 dollars with this company plus lawyer fees...dont trust them at all.

After over a month of calling and hounding about my transmission, they have finally sent it & the tracking number I was always promised to receive. Alex the sales rep promised 8-9 business days on shipping for a transmission with 71k miles, but the 1st shipment truck broke down, WHICH I HAD TO CALL IN TO FIND OUT ABOUT. I was never sent a tracking number with the first shipment so who knows if that 71k transmission was ever sent. Then I call in a 2nd time and its Columbus Day so only 1 person is manning the phones, however that person was very rude and didn’t attempt to assist me and kept telling me he the only person there and to call in tomorrow. Then later on that same Columbus Day, I get a call from a different rep and says that it’s taking too long for the 71k transmission to get back so they can reship. So instead they will reinspect and ship a 76k mile (75,900 if u wanna be specific), and told me that this should be as good as the other transmission I was promised. Today, October 18th, I finally get a text from Estes Express that my shipment was on the way. Then, I get a call from Mark, and he makes sure to text me the shipping company name, Shipment number, and ETA (which is wrong ofc vs what Estes says is earliest possible delivery). However what has bothered me more was the fact that Mark kept trying to hound me to click on the google review link and write a review that specifically mentions his name, BUT He wanted me to do it while we were on the phone and kept telling me he couldn’t understand me when I was trying to get off so I could continue my day at work and be able to write the review. You could tell he was monitoring the review page as he was telling/demanding me to click the link & write a review with Mark’s name in it. So Mark, Alex, & the rest of Auto Square shipping and customer support departments. Please read this & Learn from this detailed review because if this “new” transmission with 76k miles is a dud, I will demand my money back and will no longer do business with the company. It’s a shame to be treated in such a way and then still be hounded to stay on a phone call until I leave a review!

Do Not Use This So Called Company, They Give You False Info Promise After Promise And They Never Come Through. Always With The Delay Story. I Regret Using This Guys ? Stay Away From Them. This company is a scam. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with this company. I have been promised (3) times for the delivery of the motor purchase and recently was called by shipping out of Florida (was told engine was in a warehouse in New York) telling me the truck had broken down wanting to deliver on weekend. Another excuse and another empty promise date that I did not except because Tuesday (9/10/24) was the 3rd promised date to me. The motor needed to be delivered today and they can not follow through with delivery. All you will get is empty promised from Sean David (sales) and the purchasing department.
