If I could rate the service, I received higher than a 5 I would absolutely do it!! I was stranded on 436 at Hanging moss road in the lunch rush traffic. It was very nerve wrecking, praying that someone wouldn't hit me considering I was on my way to the auto repair shop from already being rear ended 2 weeks prior.... I called in a panic and dispatch had so much empathy for me, calmed me down and put me at ease and literally said they would be there in 10 minutes. And they literally were!! I was so blessed to be rescued. The price was great, better than ANY other place I called. And the towing equipment is bar none. The way they don't put have to put chains on your axle is right on!!I have their card in my car bc they're gonna be my 1 and only goto for towing service from here on out!! Thank you so much BME!!
Brett, was amazing and very knowledgeable on how to get an RV bus out. It, took three tries but third times a charm You guys so so much we truly appreciate it!!!

Ryan from BME towing was great and god sent when our rental car had issues. Even though Ryan was working as a contractor for the rental company, he was very helpful and sympathetic to our situation (being overseas visitors to the US) and replaced the car twice due to the rental car having issues, he also understood our requirements.
Even though we are not residents of Florida, we would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

These people really don’t understand in the business they are in!!! I scheduled a pickup for my RV at 8am they said they would be 1 hr late and then never showed up!! NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE AGAIN. Literally left us stranded without even an excuse!!!
