This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on the latest reviews, G&D Towing LLC in Orlando, FL earns a stellar 98/100. Sentiment is overwhelmingly positive: drivers are praised for professionalism, care with vehicles, clear communication, and fast response times (often minutes). Many cite fair or competitive pricing, reliability, and courteous service; repeat customers back the consistency. Wait times are generally short. One outlier reports an improper tow, suggesting room to improve judgment on property rules. Little feedback covers inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts—this is a towing-focused shop.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for G&D Towing LLC – Towing My Honda CR-V
I recently used G&D Towing LLC to tow my Honda CR-V, and overall I had a great experience. From the moment I called, the service was fast, professional, and courteous.
The owner was clear when explaining estimated arrival time and pricing, and the driver arrived right on schedule. He handled my CR-V with care — loading it onto the truck safely and securely without a scratch. What I appreciated most was how respectful and communicative the driver was throughout the process. He explained what he was doing and made sure the vehicle was positioned properly for transport.
Whether you’re in a stressful situation, need a quick tow, or just want reliable help when your car isn’t running, I highly recommend G&D Towing LLC. He made what could’ve been a frustrating experience smooth and worry-free.
Ran out of gas on the side of the road and I shot him a call then within 15 minutes he was there and didn’t make me pay until he was already there! Great service I 100 percent recommend.
I have a Hyundai Sonata 12 years old. This is to my forever car as I am getting older. Yesterday I broke down. Was pulling out of a parking spot. Put car in drive and heard a load muffler noise. And it was dead. I called my insurance company and they sent a tow truck. The driver advised me to take the car to Pep Boys. I did as he suggested but was not to comfortable about Pep Boys working on my car. I got up early this morning and was looking for someone to go pickup my car and take to the dealership. I am sure it is not just a dead battery but something more serious. I called Daniel at G&D towing and not only did he go get my car me. He come and picked me up my home and we went together to go get my car from Pep Boys and took it to the dealership. We talked and laughed and he made me feel very comfortable. The price was right. And had a wonderful time with Daniel. A very enjoyable experience. Best tow I ever had. Highly recommend. Thank you, Daniel
The driver was extremely patient and had great communication throughout the process. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and got my truck delivered without any issues. It was raining that day, but he still managed to handle everything safely and professionally. Excellent service I highly recommend!

D&G Towing Services were given to us as a referral 6 months ago and because we have a very problematic vehicle....unfortunately we have had to be towed 3 times since then. But we didnt consider using anyone other than D&G for many readons. Not only was the price extremely competitive but Dwayne is always very prompt so that we never have to sit broke down for very long AND most importantly, when one car problem after another can be extremely depressing, his charismatic, positive personality somehow brings light in the midst of darkness and has made us laugh and smile each and every time. Thank you Dwayne at D&G. We HIGHLY recommend you to everyone in need.
My car just stopped accelerating on the way to work this morning; but Dwayne was able to quickly find my location and tow my car to safety... very professional! Thank you.
