LIFE SAVER!! My car broke down on the way back from Thanksgiving. Not only were they open, the price was affordable for my budget, and my driver was super nice and helpful!! 10/10 would definitely call them again
The guy who came and towed my car didn’t tell me his name but imma call him “Jesus” cuz he saved me ??? I only needed a tow but he even educated me on a few things that he saw that needed to be fixed as well. The whole interaction was genuine and he wasted no time getting me home. I used insurance but for issues that can be resolved through insurance I’ll DEFINITELY call them first. My alternator went out soon as I got off work last night and they helped me asap. I’m sure they also rushed because I broke down on the highway and FHP put a sticker on my window literally 8 hours later. Thank you, Good Hooks, you all are GOOD PEOPLE.
Very decent price for the service. I was not on location for pickup, but they were able work with me to move the car fast and efficiently, price was as quoted, no extra fees or shady stuff that I've had with other tow companies. I hope I won't need towing again, but if needed, I know I'll be back.
Driver called 15 minutes away and arrived promptly. He was professional and courteous through the whole towing issue. He was pleasant to talk to as I was in the cab with him while my truck was being towed home. I would recommend this company and would use them again if I have any towing needs in the future.
The Tow Truck Driver Khaled Was So Sweet He Helped Me Put Air In My Tire of My other car while he loaded my car to get dropped off at the mechanic shop ! He was so sweet and so nice and so empathetic about my situation he even helped me try to find places to get parts for my car.

The gentleman who answered the phone at 12:30 am this morning, Thank you. He was understanding, kind, compassionate, and true to his word. He helped my son last night who would have been stranded with no spare fix his tire. It was a very reasonable price, too. If you ever need roadside assistance, give these nice people a call.
Phenomenal service!!! Quick too! If you’re in the Disney area definitely call them!! They took care of my car and towed it within 45 min. Every other tow company told me it would be 4 hours. Would Highly recommend this company!
The driver showed up and was very nice and got the car started, but unfortunately drove over a sprinkler box which broke a sprinkler line In the front yard. Since we are staying at an Airbnb it’s a huge hassle dealing with getting a hosts water line fixed for something I didn’t do.
What sometimes looks like a bad situation turns out to be a good experience and you get to meet a good person whos doing a great job! I recommend Good Hooks Towing Services, Khaled is a professional and commendable. He came out promptly, had excellent communication, had to get creative to tow our personal watercraft double wide trailer but, he did it easily and got us to our hotel safely. Thank you!?

Khaled was amazing. He was prompt, concise, professional, very fairly priced, kind, competent, compassionate and reliable. We waited 12 hours for a AAA tow before we decided to take things into our own hands. We were grateful to find Khaled and he "rescued" us within a 1/2 hour. Thank you Good Hooks! We highly recommended. Wish I would have called him 11 hours earlier and billed AAA. Next time I will. And you should too! Filed for AAA reimbursement today.
Kind, caring and compassionate. My family was stranded in rental in the rain, offered a ride, umbrella, and even paper towels to dry my face off with. Good hooks ROCKS!
Our driver Khaled was incredibly professional to work with. He made sure to secure my Honda with the utmost care and double-checked at every point to make sure the car was safely attached to his truck. He also took extra care in unloading just to make sure our car was safely positioned before he left. With help from Khaled and Good Hooks Towing Services we were able to end an otherwise stressful evening on a high note.
10/10, would recommend for all your towing and recovery needs!
