I called for a tow for any time the next day and they said they have no trucks available after I told them my drop off was on Hartzog Rd. Car is able to go in N, crazy how they are booked the entire day only after hearing my drop off. I could have even accepted Friday, but he hung up before I could ask
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY AGGRESSIVE & UNPROFESSIONAL.
I called this morning Friday April 4th to talk about using this company for our future services, we use towing service for many works. I began asking couple of questions and this guy start yelling and arguing with us without any reasons, he told us email Guss we don't have time going back and forth, I said can I call Guss instead of emailing him to avoid going back and forth and he continued to be super agressive and very unprofessional so we had to end the conversation.
Gus at East Florida Towing and Recovery was quick; delivered a tow within 30 minutes of call, and had my car to service within the hour. Courteous and reasonable price. Made a stressful situation better.
Great, quick and affordable service.
Before using his services, I called another towing company and they were charging almost double.

I highly recommend East Florida Towing.I blow two tires on way to work Sunday morning 6:30am. Both on drivers side. Needed flatbed and quick tow. Bam found East Florida thank goodness. They arrived in 20 mins. Priced fair and reasonable. Knew area well. I will keep there number forever

My tire blew out on I-4 and I was terrified out of my mind. The guy got there very fast and got me to a Walmart. When Walmart did not have my tire size, he put the donut on for me. Highly recommended and very professional
After my accident on I4 I called several tow companies. Everyone wanted in the $150 range for a short tow and it was going to be at least 2 hrs to get to me. Called EFTR and he was there in 30 min and was far cheaper then anyone else. Very nice and professional.

I received a tow at 9 at night on the side of the turnpike. He was able to pick me up within 20 minutes. $55/hook and $3/mile at the time of this review. Quick, efficient, and courteous service. Would absolutely recommend.
Quick service and super friendly. Got to me and my car quickly and took great care of me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but if I do I'll be calling these guys.
