Been going here for years, never the same employees for to long, out of about 5-6 employees there only 1 seemed to know english, all seemed to have attitude ..and to top that off, they put the wrong size tire on my car. Had to return 30 min later after noticing to get the correct tire and deal with the bad attitude again and no apology for the way too big of a tire that was wrongfully put on my car
Fast at everything, especially if you almost have a completely flat tire and the wawa pretty much right across the street air pump is broken from the idiots that are always using (or breaking it) and you can't never use it for whichever reason. Thank you Empire Tire you were literally a life saver yesterday ?

The store manager sat behind the desk while I waiting at the counter to pay making what seemed like a personal phone call. He never even looked up to acknowledge me. Customer service was nonexistent!
If they ask you for your ID don't forget to get it back cuz they keep it and then they say they throw it away and know you don't have id and they won't give you the money to get one and there service it's not great either not a good place to go to unless you have money to throw away to give them.
Fast and convenient! Pulled up at 5:30 with someone ahead of me, left with 2 tires mounted, balanced and installed by 6 pm! Not easy to see when driving by, but if you're on a budget keep an eye out! Fast and affordable in a pinch!
Went in to get a tire put onto another rim, had the tire and the rim and was charged 30 to put the tire on the rim! That is insane I was in emergency is only reason I paid it after waiting almost an hr. Never again
If y’all are ever looking for good tires or need a tire fixed. DO NOT GO TO EMPIRE TIRES. People don’t have money to throw away in this economy so please be careful. I used to get them all the time because it was close to me and obviously if a tire is flat you try and find the nearest place but your better off buying a new tire or making it to another tire shop because they might mess something up and will NOT make it right. Tire went flat less than 24 hours later went back and they patched it but a couple weeks later it still was going flat so I had to go back and get another one apparently the person who put it on put it on so tight it striped the wheel lock and they basically were like oh well I have to buy a new wheel lock and pay for another tire for them to put on even though I just bought it 2 weeks ago. They had to use a sledgehammer for a while to get the tire off. The supervisors and district managers don’t pick up. They claim it’s because I didn’t have the original receipt but the charge is on a bank statement. I could see if I payed cash. Regardless there is proof of purchase, so you know y’all are the ones who put the tire on. People don’t have money to just give away for poor work.
Damn good prices for 18 rim size. just role up took less than an hour for both tires. 3 guys had 6 cars in front of me at one point. 12/16 is date i went. Their team is legit. Appreciate you fellas!
Service was very convenient, quick, and reasonably priced. I didn't have to get out of my vehicle except to pay. They should have a mobile point of sale at your vehicle. I have mobility issues so it would have been nice to not have to get out of the vehicle at all.
I called up to empire tire while i was sitting in the rain on the side of the highway and asked if they had 2 tires that fit my car. The man on the phone told me yes and price but i was so out of it because of my situation i didn’t pay much attention. When i got to empire i had to walk inside to get greeted. After telling them my tire size Jonath changed my tires. At the end of service when going to pay i was asked how much was i told. I told him i don’t remember I've had a lot going on. He chuckled and said you do know. I said again i dont. He said well i know what he said. I said well if you knew why would you ask me he said i was just checking you should remember cause i could of charged you more. This was just very unprofessional for me.
The customer service was awesome they gave me a good deal hats off to everybody who works there I want to give them a shout out this is the Puerto Rican from the Bronx that had the black Acura. Came in and got two tires and a rotation.
This is absolutely, positively the best tire shop/service center that I have ever been to.
Multiple times they have not only given me excellent, professional, and efficient service, but each time saved me a lot of money. They could have not only charged me a lot more money but could have completely raked me over the coals.
If you go anywhere else, well, you only have yourself to blame!
Love going here!! Any time I need a new tire or a nail taken out of a tire or new air they always are efficient and quick! Great customer service. I’ve been going since 2019 and will definitely be coming back!
Worst customer service I’ve ever had . I had a blowout came up to get it replaced sat there waiting for 20 minutes while the 2 guys sat on their phone completely ignoring customers . One guy then greets me with a horrible attitude name was t o because I seem to interrupted whatever he was doing on his phone blurted a price out to me I agreed. Made it home and tire is dead flat . I’ve been coming to empire for 13 years and the new staff / management is horrendous. I then call to see about coming back to replace it no answer . Horrible service , staff just sitting around ignoring customers . I would avoid this place at any costs if you want to be respected .
Excellent service! I had a small puncture in my tire so I went to Discount Tire first, where the rep tried to sell me 4 tires before even looking at the problem…Waited almost 3 hrs for them to look at it for 5 seconds and say it wasn’t repairable and I would need to buy a new tire. Came over to Empire the next day on my lunch break and Scoob made it happen in under 20 minutes! 10/10
Fast service to plug a flat tire. They have about 4 outside bays. Took the tire off and plugged it from the inside. I was in and out in 15 minutes without an appointment. Fast service and very reasonable prices.
Missing the 5th star because of the junkyard-like feel. Not a problem as everyone was polite and respectful.
Everytime that I go there is an excellent service. The all the guys are nice, friendly and do everything that they can for help you. They have a cheap prices for used tires and for services. Always is a good place to go for a fast tire check, put some air on the tires or even go to do a rotation and balance for the tires (are cheap only 10 dollars for balance and rotating your car/ minivan tires) The are awesome! Definitely recommend!
The old tire has proven lines from a different shop . Good feeling driving away and your car isn’t vibrating any longer. The guy at empire was determine to help me and because my older tires which is 48 hours old had a bubble in it also.
Thieves. Stay away from this place. Charged me tax on a used tire, even though I showed him my tax id.
So I went to patch a flat tire, they said my tire is no good and start replacing
On top of that, told me to back up my truck, while I was in my truck, they changed the tire without me even seeing it, how it was.
So I paid $43 for a used tire I didn’t see. Extremely rude service as well.
Prices are high for no reason, they charge $20 for patching a flat tire, other places charge $5-10.
Needed a quick patch. I had my reservations about stopping in, but seeing the star-level here spoke volumes. Service was performed promptly and correctly. Staff, even the ones not assisting me were respectful and inviting. I don't know the going rate for patches, but given the "tips appreciated" signs, I'd think they're less expensive. I'd definitely consider coming here in the future. Barry was great.
One employee there was so rude. Listened to his headphones while I asked him a question. The guy that assisted made up for his rude behavior. He was informative, answered all my questions, and was so quick.
