I went there last week to get a slow leak fixed in one of my rear tires. After they took it into a bay, this guy came out and told me that they couldn't get one of the lug nuts off and could break it or do something that would cost $200. I told him to put it back together and I went home and took off the "frozen" lug nut with my wrench with ease. Also, mysteriously, my front tires were 4 or 5 lbs low in air. And there was another customer there with the same lug nut issue. Hmmm... Stay away from this Tire Kingdom, people!

Have been here several times with various tire related issues and they have always been amazing about working me in and giving good quality service.

I always come here first with any tire issue and recommend you do the same.

Alex the service manager is the most honest, helpful, professional, and courteous service repair manager I have ever come across. I've taken my car to his shop for years and he has never let me down. This is my second time visiting this Tire Kingdom on Narcoosee Rd. Both times I noticed a nail in my tire that needed to be patched. This time in particular it was a screw, meaning a larger hole in my tire. I was worried I would need a new tire. I walked in with no appointment and was helped almost immediately. The employees working the front desk were very professional and helpful. The patch was completed quickly and the service was great. I recommend this location.

Had a great experience at Tire Kingdom on Narcoossee Rd. I picked up a nail in my tire unexpectedly and had to make a quick emergency stop. Thankfully I live close to this location, and they were able to get me in quickly even without an appointment.

I’ve used this Tire Kingdom several times in the past, and every visit has been a positive experience. The staff is always professional, friendly, and straightforward about what needs to be done. They worked efficiently, kept me updated, and got me safely back on the road fast.

It’s hard to find places nowadays with consistently good customer service, but this location has always treated me well. Definitely appreciate the team here and would recommend them to anyone in the Lake Nona/Narcoossee area.

Great experience at Mavis Discount Tire. Came in because I had a nail in my tire and they took care of it quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly. Eddie was great. I walked into the store. He approached me with a smile. I told him I had an issue with a tire. He said he’ll get right to it quickly. Within two hours. I was in and out can’t say anything more than Tire Kingdom Narcoossee is one of the best!

I had a really great experience at this Tire Kingdom location off of Narcoossee Rd in Orlando. I called ahead and showed up about 20 minutes before closing, and they still took care of me without any hesitation.

They had a lot going on, but you wouldn’t even know it by how smoothly everything ran. They got my tire issue handled quickly and didn’t make me feel rushed at all - they just fit me right into their workflow and kept everything moving.

Everyone I interacted with was super easygoing and professional, and the whole thing was way less stressful than I expected. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job and taking care of people, not just getting through the day.

Really appreciate the help - definitely coming back and would recommend them to anyone.

My car had a flat tire and after my husband calling ahead, Tire Kingdom was able to get me in within a few minutes. The wait was not long once I got there and they were able to quickly patch it up and it was super affordable. Eddie was incredibly helpful and patient, which we greatly appreciated. I had a wheel lock on my tire but lost the key, and the team at Tire Kingdom helped me out right away. The mechanic remembered helping me previously, came outside to look at the tire, and even though he was busy, he took care of it immediately. He removed the wheel lock in just a few minutes and even refused to charge me for the quick fix.

That level of professionalism and customer service is rare. I really appreciate the help and the honesty. Highly recommend Tire Kingdom if you want people who genuinely care about their customers.

You can tell there is a strong team culture here, and that starts with Ray’s leadership. It really shows in how smoothly everything runs and how well the staff works together. This kind of consistency is hard to find, and it’s why I continue to trust Tire Kingdom for my vehicle and confidently recommend them to others.

Went to this location to get a tire patched. Alex provided outstanding customer service and had me back on the road in 25 mins. I will definitely be returning for any future tire needs. Great experience!!

Great experience today. Walked in with loss of air pressure on rear left tire. Greeted and seamless check in.
