Very room bad attitude, no customer service got here at 5:22. He told me to close at 5:30. You say he was closed, but you don't close until six I recommend no one come here ever

They pay about half of other places. Decided to keep mine and go to landers

has lower prices than all other in area. by convience hours, short wait times

Biggest rip off EVER. deducts 4$ bc my Cana came in plastic trash bags. As if they totaled a pound.. if bagged he says NOT CLEAN if he wasn't so close I wouldn't go. I am used to his cheating ways but sure would NOT send anyone there and if I could I would go else where..biggest rip off EVER. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

They rob you take all your stuff give you little money I want ever go there again the old man is very rude

The guys are friendly and know their stuff. The place is huge and they have just about everything from kids bicycles to giant CVCC. We went on a Sunday 4:30 pm and it was pretty empty so we were in and out.

I've been recycling for 35 yrs. I know my weights & metals. He ripped me off BAD!!!and tried not paying me for my copper. He started cussing me and made him give me my money back. The following day I went to Orlando Metals Recycling and recieved nearly 3 TIMES the amount he tried paying me. He is a LOW LIFE- DISRESPECTFUL--CROOKED PIECE OF TRASH.

Haven't even been there yet but Danny sure ain't going after they're rudeness n lack of communication not to mention over 200 something negative stars....????

The people that works there are very rude to people the deduct money from you for nothing I wouldn't recommend this place at all unless they change the constantly speak other language to you even though you don't understand them

Get there and ask the guy behind the counter how much for steel. He tells me "$4.50 a pound." I said okay where do I go. He tells me I unload over 800lbs of steel, go back up and he gives me $34.00. I said hold on you're missing alot of money here. Then he tells me no no no $4.50 per 100lbs. Hold up when I drove up and asked you said nothing about per 100lbs you,told me 4.50 per pound. I will be contacting my lawyer and they will be in contact with you as I recorded our entire conversation with my Dash Cam.

Wouldn’t pick up the phone. When asked a simple question wastold no with an immediate hang up. Rude

Went their I had 15 minutes before they closed and the guy already had the gate closed lock on and he was sitting in his vehicle saying that their closed. I had copper piping and the dude just sent me away. NEVER GO THEIR!!!! PLUS THE SCALE IS OFF ACCORDING TO THE OTHER 200 REVIEWS.

Called to get a quote for some metal and he said not buying and hung up. So rude !

Wow almost every review is BAD! How is this place still in business? They will rip you off big time!!! A few years ago they got me and still they r at it...what a shame. Go back to your own countries and rip your people off!!

Place is a freaking joke. Straight theives. Worst scrape yard ever. Manually deducted $17.50 for straight clean steel and also gave us shreddable prices. Should be investigated for tax fraud and stealing. Very disrespectful.,rude and also treating and yelling at my mom in front my her 8 year old grandson Should be shut down and arested. Trust me go anywhere else. Waste of time.

Come here if you like being ripped off! The little foreign guy running the scales is a scam artist. Go to Trademark Metal Recycling. I wish I could have put negative stars but I had to give one star to leave a comment.

I had to call them 10 times for someone to answer the phone then wanted to know the price and they just hung up on me so rude

This company needs to lose their license if they even have one, owner is rude and have no clue of customer service. Surprise Florida hasn't shut them down already they seem very shady. Shame I couldn't give them zero stars. Stay away from these losers. Any good review they might receive is probably fake. Just call and talk to the owner dead giveaway.

Prompt easy service. I can usually get in and out in 10 to 15 minutes. Plus they are open every day until 6.

very bad, the boss or manager of the worst, we lowered the material and as we did not like the price after they did not want to put it back in the truck and did not let the workers help us, it took us about 1 hour trying to upload things

This place aint honest i dropped off over 200 lbs of sxhredded and got $10.. Osceola pays me that for like 1/20th of what I gave them . There scale doesn't show you your weight.

Granted I went in at the end of the day ,but these crooks shafted me.i worked my but off to get the little bit I took and they took me !!rushed me in and out i cant believe there was time for the screwing i got!!!!!prices as follows:clean alum. 0.25 lb (#2 copper 1.50 lb)( lead battery 0.13 lb )(#2 insulated 0.35 lb )(brass irony 0.25 lb)shreddable 0.03 lb )(mother board 0.50 lb.) You can be assured I will not bring so much as a pop top to this alleged recycling center , the place needs to be scrapped

Called the company to get a price quote. I was then transferred 4 times. They took my information Every time I was transfered, then at the last transfer was told they were not buying scrap metal!!!!!! I wish I knew that 3 transfers ago. Waste of time!!!

This recycler paid $20 less for scrap than I got earlier in the day by going to another place with the exact same load and weight

Their website says they take catalytic converters but the guy that I tried talking to on site that spoke no English at all just kept saying no when I showed him the two I was trying to recycle.

If you have no other option I would wait till another day or drivr further.... they will under pay you and give no proof or reciept to compare weights.... also very unorganized and messy scrapyard.... chances of blowing a tire very high.
