U-Pull-&-Pay Orlando in Orlando, FL earns an overall 87/100. Most reviewers report an easy, money-saving visit thanks to exceptionally helpful staff and courteous customer service, a large, searchable inventory (helpful website, part-pull for a fee), and a generally organized yard with wheelbarrows, a wash station, and a low entry fee. Strengths include variety and finds even on older models. Common complaints: pricing can feel high or nickel‑and‑dimed (warranty add‑ons, per‑bolt charges), some rows hard to navigate or over‑picked, and tight security/bag checks that a few felt were inconsistently applied. Phone responsiveness mixed. Overall, value beats hassles for most.
I’ve visited this place twice now, and both times I received exactly what I needed. What really made my experience special, though, was Miss Jackie. She was exceptionally kind, patient, and truly extraordinary. She made me feel comfortable and valued, and her dedication to helping me did not go unnoticed. Customer service like hers is rare, and I deeply appreciate everything she did for me.
Miss Jackie truly went above and beyond to help me, and her professionalism and warm attitude made such a difference. I’m very grateful for her assistance and will definitely be coming back!
Their automated system is HORRIBLE. You cant get through to anyone it gate keeps. An I have already had an issue where it said the part was there. Gone down there to find out the part isnt there. So I want to talk to someone to make sure. But nope nope their ai puts you in a call que and NO MATTER what time you call it says they are always busy. I called 5 times directly on the opening hour 1 day it still would not let me talk to someone and kept saying all our agents are busy...
I’ve been coming to Pull-A-Part since before the name changed to You Pull & Pay. I first came here as a child with my father. Today, I came as an Army veteran.
At the Orlando location, the front desk employee was respectful and allowed me free entry after I showed my military ID—thank you for that.
However, at checkout, when I asked about a veteran discount, the cashier laughed, said there was none, and told me to “write corporate.” The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. If there’s no discount, that can be explained respectfully—mockery isn’t acceptable.
Because entry was honored, I’m giving 1 star instead of 0. Veterans should be aware that treatment and information here may be inconsistent.
Thank you to the employee who checked me in and showed respect to a disabled American veteran.
Hello everyone with me and my fiancéFirst time coming to pull and pay they have so many nice things tools that saved my life on parts lol the employees are so nice and kind and made me feel welcomed Big shout out to Mrs Jackson for make us feel welcomed and kind and helping us with everything she possibly could to help us and I wanna make a big shout out to the the 2 lady's in the front they were very kind and nice but overall this is the best place I ever been this is my Orlando mall lol will be returning soon
Security is tight, tool boxes searched on entry and exit, no grinders allowed (bad), no guns allowed, tons of vehicles, wheelbarow avail for carting around, parts wash station, only a $2 entry fee, friendly and efficient staff, BIG parking lot. Rows n aisles poorly marked, but stickers on rear quarter panel of each vehicle, works better than crayon on windshields, tells U year, & make. I liked it here and will shop here again. Wish they would spray paint the row # in big letters on wood bordering fence that surrounds the place.
Found what we needed. Helpful guys there pulled parts for a fee. Saved time , hassle, and lugging tools through the yard. Admission price, part were a tiny bit on high side for junk yard.. although their computerized inventory and extremely large inventory made up for that fee!
They were nice and friendly. Also you can get a discount of 10% if you call in over the phone and ask for it. Join the VIP program for free and save as well.
Edit: Now they will even pull a part for a fee and you jut pick it up when it's ready. Good place overall.

Sasha at U Pull & Pay Orlando is the best! Every time I go, she’s super helpful, friendly, and always goes out of her way to make sure I get exactly what I need. She really knows her stuff and treats everyone with respect and patience. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, not just the job. It’s always a good vibe when she’s around — she makes the whole experience so much easier. Big thanks to Sasha for always taking care of me when I stop by!
Been getting auto parts from u pull & pay for 10 years or more. Fair & reasonable prices. Reasonable hours open, plus 7 days a week !
Their website seems to be kept up to date.
This company is better than a regular junk yard.
Attendant Sasha, who checked me in & out this past Friday 9/26/25 was ; professional, pleasant, friendly, polite, informative & also she had a cheerful upbeat personality.! She was instrumental in making my visit that day a good day !.
Thank you both U Pull & Pay & Sasha !!
My father and I went to the Orlando location today to see if a truck I had seen in the fenced area next to the office two weeks ago had been put out on the lot yet and found it wasn't moved to the lot yet. Thanks to a very nice black lady that works there had said it is there because it has premium parts on it and if I was interested in something specific, I could purchase the parts if they we're there. So I purchased both fenders and the hood. While removing the parts, she brought my father and I nice cold bottles of water for us and kept a watchful eye on us and brought us a couple of more while we we're pulling the parts. The lady went above and beyond too as to accommodate us and the ones taking admission and check us exceeded the expectations as well. Can't say enough about the experience we had. Again thank you to everyone at the U-Pull & Pay in Orlando, FL. It's nice too see the care for customers battling the summer heat & humidity while pulling parts.
Pretty good plenty of parking, overall very organized. Certain things were super over picked with not much left to pick off. We paid $2 bucks per person to enter. Workers at the front were nice and offered us some water on the way out, and we appreciated that as it was super hot! Bring an umbrella or something to protect yourself from the heat no matter how silly you look, you will appreciate it.
Well-maintained and organized vehicle graveyard. When you forget to pull your plate off your donated car, they kindly hold it for you. They're hard to reach by phone, but to be fair, nearly every request can be handled online. Many kind thanks to everyone who helped! 10/10 would forget to pull the plate off my donated vehicle again.
Great place for used and cheap parts. Even though prices been going up over the years. I think some parts are ridiculously priced when you can find the same parts brand new Online or cheaper in some cases.
Amazing experience, Jackie, Benito and the team went out of their way to help me secure some parts I needed for my son‘s car and I greatly appreciate how well run and organized the whole operation is. Everyone is super friendly. The prices are great. I’ll definitely be back.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Singlehandedly keeping my Honda on the road. And the prices are fantastic! Everyone I have interacted with here so far has been absolutely awesome. I highly recommend this junkyard!
Great junkyard. Organizing and clean. All the staff is great. Jacqueline always helps me out at the front with inventory and any questions I ever have.
U-Pull-&-Pay Orlando, is my place to go for used car parts. Great pricing and vehicle availability. I really like the notification option. That way you now when the vehicle you're looking for has arrived. The staff is super friendly and courtesy. I really recommend U-Pull-and-Pay Orlando
Upon arrival to the facility everything was neatly organized, the staff were eager to help and very knowledgeable about what I was looking for.
Lots of intact vehicle to choose parts from for a great price.
