This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Overall take on Crouch Tow Trucks in Orlando, FL: mixed and polarized, scoring 65/100. Many reviews applaud fast response, friendly/professional staff, helpful sales follow‑through, reliable pickups, and solid equipment—including custom builds. On the flip side, recurring issues include rude or unprofessional behavior, missed/shifted ETAs and long waits, calls rolling to voicemail, vehicle damage claims, opaque or disputed pricing, and alleged improper tows. Inventory variety appears strong, but yard organization/parts-finding isn’t addressed, so certainty there’s low. Expect either excellent help or frustration.
What clients say about Crouch Tow Trucks in Orlando (FL)
Be careful doing business with this dealership. They will lie to you and sell you damaged brand new equipment. There business practices and customer service is dishonest and fraudulent! You’ve been warned!
Great customer service, really take care of their customers even after the sale. My sales guy is Todd Clary and doesn’t matter what time it is he will answer the phone and is prompt in taking care of any issues I may have or questions I have. Also all other staff is very friendly and always welcoming when I go in for anything.
Pretty Bad When you try to spend money local and you have to go out of state, I have put a deposit down on a trucks, can't even get a update from another crouches, really starting to lose faith in these people and companies!
Mikey an his staff down in Miami are amazing built my truck from start too finish highly recommend these guys thanks again to crouch wrecker for my beautiful and amazing work horse
I called for a quote and gave my email to Chris and he said he would follow up with me. I never received a quote or a call back. Terrible customer service!
Stephen black was very helpful, zack the sales manager is awesome as well very appreciative of great service and great team definitely winning my business for a very long time without a doubt.
Carmen is the absolute best! Store was closed but she still took the time out of her day to help me out purchasing what I needed for my company. Thank you Carmen 10/10!!!
We came to a verbal agreement on a truck, I waited a month for them to fix the truck, and then they sold it from underneath me. Made excuses but they new I was waiting for the truck. Then they said "it is what it is", and that pretty much sums up what they think of their customers. I bought a truck from them before, I will never buy a truck from them again.
Spoke with Jimmy about a couple trucks they have had for awhile asked about a package deal on both he stated he was already taking a loss on them and really didn't care if we bought from them or not. So we definitely won't be doing business with him or Crouch Wrecker Sales if that's how they do business
Crouches Wrecker and Equipment has been our choice for tow trucks and tow truck supplies. I would highly recommend them for any of the wrecker and wrecker supplies.
Scott Wilson the General Manager and his staff has always been very helpful.
