Don't even bother trying to donate, i tried calling and was just left on hold well over 10mins (i have patience). No one ever came back to the phone.

Maybe the most disappointing thrift store I’ve been to. Everything was mass produced, cheap quality and high priced. Quality and price just didn’t match. On the bright side, staff were very nice and there’s a parking lot that’s easy to access..

It's like treasure hunting. Finding new stuff at great prices and used stuff (some more than others) for "priced to buy" prices. All you need is a vision and a bit of creativity. Some of the new stuff is priced great....things you didn't know you needed.

This store is large and full of washers, dryers bookshelves, desks, computer, chairs, and other small home goods, such as cleaning products, sheets, and pillows. It’s easy and quick to donate goods and a lot of parking in front. Some items can be a little pricey others are good value for your money. Staff is friendly.

There used to be finds and good values but now a lot of the items are higher than retail it makes no sense you may find a bargain every once in a while. But if this continues it will be just like the 99cents store when they thought they could charge more than retail

I have been shopping at Habitat for Humanity stores for a long time and usually appreciate the mission and value they bring. However, at the La Brea location (1071 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90019), I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Rudey. Despite spending about $400 today, he was unprofessional, made unnecessary remarks, and didn’t even thank me for my purchase. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Habitat LA. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the experience for loyal customers like myself.

I want to gatekeeper this place so bad. But it’s my favorite store in l. A. There I said it.

Habitat for Humanity arrived to pick up my sofa & table. I don't write many reviews, but I want to praise the 2 men who did the job. Jeff and Leo not only took care of my furniture, they also took care of me. After 23 years in my condo, I am reluctantly downsizing to a smaller, senior-living community. I was sad. They were so considerate of me and very careful with my furniture. As people, they were so much more than employees just doing a job. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to donate items for pickup to Habitat for Humanity that you request these 2 men, Jeff and Leo. They will make letting go of your prized possessions so much easier.

Great value, competitive prices comparable to Facebook marketplace. Great for looking for a new couch or other home furniture.

Doners beware: A disappointing experience trying to donate. We have boxes of building supplies, hand tools, plumbing supplies, lumber, etc from our business. When I called to arrange pickup I was told there was a $50 fee for pickup- no exceptions to the policy. While I understand that it costs money to pickup donated items and they don't want to pay gas and labor to pickup donated items up items that won't cover their costs, it seems there could be a review process to see what's being donated and if the fee could be waived. I offered to send pictures of our items and was told there's no process to review before pickup. I was then told I needed to inventory the hundreds of items we have ready to donate and send a list before they would schedule pickup and to call back when that was done. We'll go elsewhere with our donation as it's become so difficult to donate here that I no longer want to support this organization

A fantastic place for furniture and home goods. They have a rotating selection of items, from new mirrors and candles to kitchen essentials like Caraway pots and pans. Whether you're furnishing a new home or looking to update your current one, they have everything you need, including appliances, beds, and kitchen tables. Plus, the prices are reasonable, and you're supporting a great cause. Highly recommend!

I'm working on a bathroom update on the cheap and spent the last month going to as many ReStores as possible in the LA/OC area. Everywhere has great staff, poised to help and work with you on any number if ideas/issues. I am grateful to have so many kind people who work for a business that benefits the community. I plan to leave this review on all the locations I visited because the experience was the same everywehre.

Came in on a Sunday and was amazed by the selection of items. Saw immediately cookware that I wanted and was assisted with all my questions and concerns by Renee - super nice and put me on a waitlist for a few items I was looking for. Highly recommend and will be coming back in the future.

I love Habitat for Humanity La Brea store and how they support our community. There's a young lady Chanel who knows her merch. Chanel help me make my decision on my furniture plus accessories. FYI just ask for Chanel you'll be happy ?

Renee is the kindest young woman I've ever encountered in a store. She shared with me about the wait list. Best news ever. She's a blessing and great customer service. High five ?

Impeccable service!!! Today, I had the pleasure of being assisted by a staff member by the name of Chanel. I was interested in an item and asked for more information on purchasing and delivery options. She was very knowledgeable and informative. After thoroughly explaining, she asked which item I was interested in and double checked to see if it was available. Unfortunately, the sectional was sold but mentioned 2 other sectionals that are available. She even went over and beyond by double checking their availability and sending pictures via text. Now this is the type of customer service that is very rare and hard to find now a days. As a consumer its very much appreciated when we find a worker that can answer questions and offer solutions. Just because of the great interaction I had with Chanel I will definitely be making a purchase soon and will be highly recommending this store to all. We need more Chanels in the world. If there were more stars to give I would. Thank you again Chanel.

Interesting place.... Prices seemed a little high on some of the items but, depending on what you're preferred style is and what you are looking for, it is worth a walkthrough before you purchase somewhere else.... If for no other reason than the great work they do and that your purchase will help that. Selection was much more limited than I had heard about.... Not sure if it's always like that as I have only visited once.

Great treasure finds. Also many useful things from household items to luxury goods.

I usually shop at the Restore in Atwater Village but it's closed on Mondays so I thought I would take a chance and visit this location.I was pleasantly surprised. From the large parking lot to the great selection this is one of the best places to find things to furnish your home. I purchased this beautiful print for $20 and there were so many things there that I wanted to purchase but didn't have room in my car. Plan to come back. Plus this goes to a wonderful charity Habitat for humanity which builds homes for those in need.

This is Heaven for a do-it-yourselfer. As soon as you walk in there's row after row of used furniture. There's cheap stuff and there's very expensive stuff it's priced very very low. Today I was able to purchase 12 ft pieces of molding for $8 each. Paint was $21 a gallon and I saw several very nice Sofas in near new condition for $75. Make sure you check out the appliances. All of the articles in the store are donated and your purchase goes to a great cause. Check it out, this store is one of several in Los Angeles with the Torrance store having and even greater stock of items. See you there, make sure you bring a tape measure.

This place is great. I went and just walked through, didn't make a purchase but will definitely be back. I am redoing my whole apartment and need more than just furniture and this place has it all. Stove tops, couches, tile, wood flooring, rugs, fridges, small things like glassware and coffee makers (Keurig $50, normally goes for 108.00 on Amazon) This is definitely my new favorite place to DIY my apartment on a dime.

Omg I wish I knew about this place sooner! They have everything you may need or want for your home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Alyssa at the front desk is super sweet. She put an item on hold for me thank goodness because I ended up buying it! I now am a very proud owner of a gorgeous couch and dining table!
